Abstract
本发明实施例涉及一种调度方法、基站、用户设备和***。所述方法包括:基站根据QoS要求为UE配置HARQ参数;所述基站将所述HARQ参数发送给所述UE;所述基站接收所述UE根据所述HARQ参数发送的BSR;所述基站根据所述BSR为所述UE分配第一上行传输资源,并将所述第一上行传输资源调度给所述UE;所述基站接收所述UE通过所述第一上行传输资源发送的上行传输数据。本发明实施例的调动方法、基站、用户设备和***,UE可以根据QoS要求配置的HARQ参数来发送BSR,基站根据BSR为UE分配上行传输资源,UE根据上行传输资源向基站发送上行传输数据,从而减小***开销,提高处理效率。
