糯米粉是由糯米为原料制成,可用来制作汤团、元宵之类食品和家庭小吃。目前市场上销售的糯米粉的种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种猪油酒香糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种猪油酒香糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米400-440、枸杞子1-1.2、酸枣仁2-2.3、枳具子1.8-2、骨碎补1.4-1.7、淡竹叶1-1.2、铁脚草1.8-2、坡参2-2.2、山楂10-12、赤小豆20-22、大麦芽12-14、猪油1-2、奶茶4-5、白酒20-22、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。

(1)将枸杞子、酸枣仁、枳具子、骨碎补、淡竹叶、铁脚草、坡参加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将山楂去核,与赤小豆混合送入开水锅中,大火煮制30-35分钟后捞出、沥干,捣成泥,加入奶茶混合拌匀,焙干后研成粉末;
(3)将猪油入锅,大火加热2-3分钟后倒入大麦芽,翻炒20-25分钟,然后加入白酒,小火煮制15-20分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(4)将糯米与提取液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥后出锅,与步骤(3)所得物料混合拌匀,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
本发明中的倒生根为蔷薇科植物插田泡的根,铁脚草为中国蕨科植物黑足金粉蕨的全草,坡参为兰科植物小舌玉凤花的块茎。
本发明的有益效果为:

一种猪油酒香糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米440、枸杞子1.2、酸枣仁2.3、枳具子1.8、骨碎补1.7、淡竹叶1.2、铁脚草1.8、坡参2.2、山楂12、赤小豆22、大麦芽14、猪油1、奶茶5、白酒22、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:甜瓜11、枇杷花1.2、霸王花0.8、龙眼壳1.6、倒生根1.3、豆干90、山楂片5、藕粉10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
