本发明涉及一种自动翻转装置,包括由底座和盖子连接组成的壳体,在壳体内设有驱动机构和转轴,驱动机构和转轴通过连接轴套连接,在转轴末端套接有安装翻转件的连接件,转轴上还安装有轴承和固定轴套,在固定轴套内安装有扭簧;驱动机构还与控制***连接。本发明结构设计合理、成本低,驱动机构带动转轴转动时,转轴能够平稳转动,带动连接件和翻转件进行翻转,实现翻转件的自动开启或关闭,传输非常稳定,噪音非常低;当驱动机构发生异常不能工作,或翻转件闭合时遇到反力,又或当任一扭簧失效时,该装置能够自动采取相应措施防止安全事故发生,从而大大提高了该装置的使用安全性能,也大大提高了企业的市场竞争力和品牌形象。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业控制自动化领域中的一种自动翻转装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们对日常使用的电器产品的自动化程度需求越来越高。其中包含家用电器、汽车等,这些产品多数都带有翻转件(例如盖子或门),为了实现翻转件的自动开启及关闭功能,众多厂商都在抓紧研制相应的产品机构,但是市面上的产品机构存在以下问题:一、现有的翻转机构大多是用电机直接带动翻转件翻转,则需要电机的功率非常大,大功率电机工作时会产生噪音,同时会增加***的成本;而且翻转件翻转的力矩不是线性变化的,用电机直接带动翻转件翻转时,翻转件不能匀速流畅翻转,舒适性差。二、为了适应市场的需求,美化产品的外观,翻转件的设计也在不断的变化,有些翻转件重量较大,用电机直接带动时,电机的负荷较大,使电机长时间超负荷工作,极易导致电机损坏,增加了维修成本,用户容易产生抱怨,影响企业的市场竞争力和品牌形象。三、当在异常情况下(如:断电或零部件失效),翻转件在翻转过程中不能停止固定不动,翻转件会在重力的作用下,向下闭合,闭合时的冲击力很大,会砸伤人体,发生安全事故;当翻转件闭合遇到反力时,也不会停止或反转方向上升,任然继续下降,会夹伤人体,发生安全事故。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种自动翻转装置,包括由底座和盖子连接组成的壳体,在壳体内设有驱动机构和转轴,驱动机构和转轴通过连接轴套连接,在转轴末端套接有安装翻转件的连接件,所述转轴上还安装有轴承和固定轴套,在固定轴套内安装有扭簧;驱动机构还与控制***连接。
作为对上述方案的改进,上述固定轴套和扭簧分别至少为两组,且均匀对称设置于底座内。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,上述轴承设于固定轴套的左右两侧。
作为对上述方案的优化,上述控制***通过接插件与外部主电脑板连接,上述接插件设于底座外部。
本发明具有以下显著效果:
本发明翻转装置结构设计合理、成本低,通过在转轴上安装轴承和固定轴套,在固定轴套内安装扭簧,并且将驱动机构与控制***连接,驱动机构带动转轴转动时,转轴能够平稳转动,带动连接件和翻转件进行翻转,实现翻转件的自动开启或关闭,传输非常稳定,噪音非常低;当电机发生异常不能工作时,扭簧能够平衡翻转件的重量,使翻转件能够在任意角度停止;当翻转件闭合时遇到反力,控制***能够即时发出指令让电机反转,实现防夹功能;当任一扭簧失效时,控制***能够瞬间给出指令,使翻转件向上翻转打开,到达最终位置时停止运动,并使设备主体发出报警,从而大大提高了该装置的使用安全性能,大大提高企业的市场竞争力和品牌形象。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本发明进行进一步详细描述。
如附图1~2所示,一种自动翻转装置,包括由底座11和盖子12连接组成的壳体1,在壳体1内设有驱动机构2和转轴3,在此,驱动机构选择电机,根据翻转件的重量,选择不同功率和数量的电机,并通过底座11和盖子12将电机固定于壳体1内,壳体1可以防止灰尘和水进入壳体1内部和降低电机的工作噪音;驱动机构2和转轴3通过连接轴套4连接在一起,在转轴3末端套接有安装翻转件的连接件5,驱动机构2工作时通过连接轴套4带动转轴3转动,转轴3再带动连接件5和翻转件进行翻转。
本实施例中,在转轴3上还安装有固定轴套7,固定轴套7至少为两组,且均匀对称设置于底座11内,在固定轴套7内安装有扭簧8,在任一固定轴套7的左右两侧的转轴3上分别安装有轴承6,保证转轴3能够平稳转动;驱动机构2还与控制***9连接。控制***能监控驱动机构的电流变化,并即时做出相应反馈指令,控制***9底部通过连接线连接有接插件10,接插件10设于底座11外部,用于与翻转件的设备主体的外部主电脑板连接,实现翻转件的自动开启或关闭。
本发明自动翻转装置通过底座11固定于翻转件的设备主体上,需要翻转的翻转件固定于连接件5上,翻转翻转件时,启动电机正转,电机通过连接轴套4带动转轴3转动,在轴承6的作用下,转轴3平稳转动,转轴3带动连接件5和翻转件进行翻转;转轴3在转动的时候带动固定轴套7转动,随着固定轴套7的转动,扭簧8也随着被压缩,达到平衡翻转件的重量作用。故可以使电机所带动转轴3的扭矩为最小值,因此能够选择小功率的电机,能够严格控制电机的噪音,同时使电机在额定负载下工作,确保了设备使用的稳定性,提高产品的可靠性,实现了翻转件的匀速流畅的翻转。
当电机发生异常而不能工作时,扭簧8的扭力能够平衡翻转件的重量,使翻转件能够在任意角度停止,不会因自身重力而向下快速闭合,导致事故发生,确保了设备使用过程中的安全性。
另外,当翻转件在闭合遇到反力时,电机电流即刻发生变化,控制***9即时发出指令让电机反转,翻转件即反转方向上升,实现防夹功能,避免事故的发生,确保设备使用过程中的安全性。
还有,翻转件在翻转过程中,通过对电机电流的监控,可以在任一扭簧8失效时,瞬间给出指令,使翻转件向上翻转打开,到达最终位置时停止运动,并使设备主体发出报警,也确保了设备使用过程中的安全性。
上述实施例为本发明实现的优选方案,并非限定性穷举,在相同构思下本发明还可以有其他变换形式。需要说明的是,在不脱离本发明发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。

1.一种自动翻转装置,包括由底座(11)和盖子(12)连接组成的壳体(1),在壳体内设有驱动机构(2)和转轴(3),驱动机构和转轴通过连接轴套(4)连接,在转轴末端套接有安装翻转件的连接件(5),其特征在于:所述转轴上还安装有轴承(6)和固定轴套(7),在固定轴套内安装有扭簧(8);驱动机构还与控制***(9)连接;
所述固定轴套和扭簧分别至少为两组,且均匀对称设置于底座内;
所述轴承设于固定轴套的左右两侧;
所述控制***通过接插件(10)与外部主电脑板连接,所述接插件设于底座外部。
