Abstract

具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,涉及两偏心或三偏心的双向密封蝶阀。本发明的主要技术特点是在蝶阀的阀体下部设有沿阀体内壁圆周方向设置的密闭水槽,在阀体内壁上围绕该密闭水槽设有第一弹性密封圈,在密闭水槽上设有注水孔。本发明可以使得阀座沿阀体轴心线方向能较轻便地移动,使得偏心蝶阀在开启与关闭时的操作性能得到显著改善。同时采用压力水通道与弹性密封圈联合组成防泥沙结构,避免蝶阀使用中流体中所含杂质进入阀轴与轴套之间的配合间隙,有效防止磨损,达到保护阀轴和轴套的效果。本发明可有效提高反向承压时蝶阀操作的便利性和密封的可靠性,并拓展蝶阀的适用范围。

Description

具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,特别涉及双偏心或三偏心的双向密封蝶阀,适合于单相或含固体杂质的多相流体输送。
背景技术
目前先进的蝶阀技术一般采用双偏心或三偏心的原理,这样可以减小蝶阀正向承压时的操作力矩,使得阀门的开启与闭合更加便利、快捷。所以,国内外多使用单向密封的偏心蝶阀。对于双向密封蝶阀,当阀板反向承压时,不仅面临因水作用力矩大而蝶阀启闭操作困难的问题,而且很容易出现阀座与阀体之间摩擦力过大而导致的不能正常开启或关闭等意外事故。此外,为了限制阀板承受反向压力时的轴向位移,双向密封蝶阀常采用整体结构的金属挡圈。当蝶阀直径较大时,金属挡圈的重量很大,这样使得蝶阀的加工及装配非常困难。因此,通过改进偏心双向密封蝶阀的结构,优化双向密封蝶阀的性能势在必行。
由于蝶阀常使用在含固相杂质的场合,为了进一步扩大偏心双向密封蝶阀的工程应用,必须对蝶阀的阀轴密封结构进行必要的革新。
本发明设计了具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀。这种结构除了能有效满足双向密封的要求外,主要是通过采用液力浮动式阀座和分块式挡圈,改善了蝶阀的操作性能,有利于提高蝶阀的使用效率;通过增加具有防泥沙功能的结构,使得该蝶阀可以适用于含固体杂质的流动,扩大了蝶阀的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,该结构主要改善了偏心蝶阀反向承压时的启闭操作性能,能保证蝶阀的双向密封的要求,同时增强了蝶阀的防泥沙效果,从整体上改善蝶阀的性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体,阀座,密封压板,阀板,压块,挡圈,下轴套以及下轴套润滑水槽,下阀轴和上阀轴。其中密封压板固定在阀板上,下轴套润滑水槽设在下轴套的外表面;下阀轴和上阀轴共中心线,阀板由下阀轴和上阀轴支撑。其特征在于:所述的阀体的下部设有密闭水槽,该密闭水槽沿阀体内壁圆周方向设置,密闭水槽所在圆弧的半径R对应的圆心角θ为10°~180°,密闭水槽的宽度L=G0/[2p01×R×sin(θ/2)],式中:p01为密闭水槽中的水压,G0为阀座的重量;
在该密闭水槽上设有注水孔,注水孔穿过阀体与外界相连通;在阀体的内壁上围绕密闭水槽设有第一弹性密封圈。
本发明的技术特征还在于:所述阀体上设有压力水进口和压力水出口,压力水进口和压力水出口的一端分别与下轴套润滑水槽相连通,压力水进口和压力水出口的另一端分别与外界相连通;在下轴套的两端分别设有第二弹性密封圈和第三弹性密封圈。
本发明的另一技术特征在于:所述挡圈采用分块式结构,且内嵌在阀体上;挡圈上固定有沿圆周方向均布的压块。
所述的阀座与阀体之间设有轴向间隙。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及技术效果:①由于密闭水槽设置在阀体的下部,水压作用于阀座的方向为垂直向上,即与重力的作用方向相反。当蝶阀启动时,具有一定压力的清水经由注水孔通入密闭水槽。阀座在通入清水的压力作用下进入悬浮状态(即此时水的作用力大于或等于阀座的重力),成为液力浮动式阀座。这样使得阀座沿阀体轴心线方向能较轻便地移动,从而使得偏心蝶阀在开启与关闭时的操作性能得到显著改善。②采用压力水通道与弹性密封圈联合组成防泥沙结构,避免蝶阀使用中流体中所含杂质进入阀轴与轴套之间的配合间隙,有效防止磨损,达到保护阀轴和轴套的效果;压力水通道直接与下轴套润滑水槽连通,强化了润滑轴套的效果。③蝶阀的挡圈采用了分体式的结构形式,克服了偏心式蝶阀大型化带来的加工与装配困难的缺点,也有利于改善蝶阀的制造与装配精度。④阀座与阀体之间设有轴向间隙,可保证蝶阀反向承压时阀座的轴向位置调整,有效实现蝶阀的双向密封功能。
这样可使得双向密封蝶阀的结构更加紧凑,加工与装配便利,操作快捷,工作可靠,且有效扩展蝶阀的适用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的原理、结构作进一步的说明。
图1为具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀的主剖视图。该双向密封蝶阀包括阀体1、阀座2、密封压板3、阀板4、压块5、挡圈6、下轴套12、下轴套润滑水槽18、下阀轴15和上阀轴17。密封压板3固定在阀板4上;下阀轴15和上阀轴17共中心线,且均安装在阀体1上;阀板4由下阀轴15和上阀轴17共同支撑。上阀轴17在外力作用下发生转动时,带动阀体绕上阀轴的中心线转动,实现蝶阀的开启和关闭。
当水流方向为正向(即从右向左)时,阀板4受到水压作用而具有向左运动的趋势。由于密封压板3与阀座2的接触面为锥面,使得阀板上承受的水压力通过阀座2及挡圈6向阀体1传递。这样使得密封压板3与阀座2保持紧密接触,实现正向密封。
当水流方向为反向(即从左向右)时,阀板4受到水压作用而具有向右运动的趋势。因为阀座2与阀体1之间设有轴向间隙10,作用在挡圈6上的水压力通过压块5推动阀座2向右移动,从而保证密封压板3与阀座2之间的良好密封效果。
为了保证蝶阀顺利启闭,在阀体1下部设有密闭水槽8,该密闭水槽沿阀体内壁圆周方向设置,所在圆弧的半径R对应的圆心角θ为10°~180°,密闭水槽的宽度L=G0/[2p01×R×sin(θ/2)],其中,p01为密闭水槽中的水压,G0为阀座2的重量。在阀体1上围绕密闭水槽设有第一弹性密封圈9,其作用是隔离密闭水槽与阀体内外的流体。在密闭水槽上设有注水孔7,注水孔穿过阀体与外界相连通。
阀座2在密闭水槽中的水压力作用下进入悬浮状态(即此时水压的作用力大于或等于阀座的重力),成为液力浮动式阀座。这样使得阀座沿阀体轴心线方向易于移动,可有效改善反向承压时蝶阀操作的便利性和密封的可靠性。
为了扩展双向密封蝶阀的适用范围,在阀体1的下部还布置了压力水进口11和压力水出口14,压力水进口11和压力水出口14的一端各自与下轴套润滑水槽18相连通,而压力水进口11和压力水出口14另一端各自与外界相连通。当阀门启动或关闭时,压力水(水压应大于蝶阀工作压力)从压力水进口11进入下轴套12,一方面起到润滑下轴套的作用,一方面压紧下轴套两端的第二弹性密封圈13和第三弹性密封圈16,阻止泥沙及其它杂质进入下轴套。这部分有压水最终从压力水出口14排出阀体之外。
蝶阀采用了分块式结构的挡圈6,该挡圈内嵌在阀体1上,由第一分块19、第二分块20和挡圈固定板21组成。第一分块和第二分块由螺栓固定在挡圈固定板上。第一分块和第二分块的数量根据蝶阀的尺寸决定,以便利挡圈各零件的加工与装配为原则。该结构克服了传统的一体式挡圈在加工、成型和安装上的局限性,更好地适应蝶阀大型化的需要。挡圈上固定有沿圆周方向均布的压块5。
具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀的工作过程如下:
蝶阀正常使用时,须从压力水进口11通入有一定压力(水压应大于蝶阀工作压力)的清水。当需要开启蝶阀时,上阀轴17在外加力矩作用下转动,带动阀板4在阀体1的内腔转动。这样使得密封压板3与阀座2脱离接触,阀板两侧的流体得以相互连通。当需要关闭蝶阀时,上阀轴17在外加力矩作用下转动,带动阀板4在阀体1的内腔转动。固定在阀板4上的密封压板3与阀座2逐渐接触。如果流动方向从右向左,则阀板4受到水压作用而具有向左运动的趋势。由于密封压板3与阀座2的接触面为锥面,这样使得密封压板3与阀座2紧密接触,切断了阀板两侧流体的连通,同时阀板上承受的水压力通过阀座2及挡圈6向阀体1传递;当水流方向从左向右时,阀板4受到水压作用而具有向右运动的趋势。在水压作用下,挡圈6和压块5将推动阀座2向右移动,从而保证密封压板3与阀座2之间的良好密封效果。
对于大型蝶阀,由于阀座具有较大重量,其与阀体之间存在较大摩擦力。为此,在操作蝶阀时预先从注水孔7注入压力为p01的清水,通入密闭水槽8。由于密闭水槽8被第一弹性密封圈9围绕,密闭水槽8中的水与阀体内外的其它流体处于隔离状态。阀座2在通入压力水的作用下进入悬浮状态(即水的作用力大于或等于阀座的重力),成为液力浮动式阀座。这样使得阀座与阀体间的摩擦力大大降低,挡圈和压块就很容易推动阀座向右移动,从而保证阀座与密封压板3紧密贴合。
因此,采用本发明的结构可有效改善反向承压时偏心蝶阀操作的便利性和密封的可靠性,并拓展蝶阀的适用范围。

1.具有液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、密封压板(3)、阀板(4)、压块(5)、挡圈(6)、下轴套(12)、下轴套润滑水槽(18)、下阀轴(15)和上阀轴(17);所述的密封压板(3)固定在阀板(4)上,下轴套润滑水槽(18)设在下轴套(12)的外表面;所述的下阀轴(15)和上阀轴(17)共中心线,且安装在阀体(1)上;阀板(4)由下阀轴(15)和上阀轴(17)共同支撑,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)的下部设有密闭水槽(8),该密闭水槽沿阀体(1)内壁圆周方向设置,密闭水槽所在圆弧的半径R对应的圆心角θ为10°~180°,密闭水槽的宽度L=G0/[2p01×R×sin(θ/2)];式中:p01为密闭水槽中的水压,G0为阀座(2)的重量;在该密闭水槽(8)上设有注水孔(7),注水孔穿过阀体与外界相连通;在阀体的内壁上围绕密闭水槽设有第一弹性密封圈(9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)上设有压力水进口(11)和压力水出口(14),压力水进口(11)和压力水出口(14)的一端分别与下轴套润滑水槽(18)相连通,压力水进口(11)和压力水出口(14)另一端分别与外界相连通;在下轴套(12)的两端分别设有第二弹性密封圈(13)和第三弹性密封圈(16)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的液力浮动式阀座及防泥沙功能的双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述挡圈(6)采用分块式结构,且内嵌在阀体(1)上;所述的压块(5)沿圆周方向均布在该挡圈上。
