Abstract

本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种快速响应的阀门,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,所述阀体为扇形阀体,其扇形面的轴心处安装有电机,扇形面靠近外设有有两个圆弧形凸起构成的圆弧形滑槽;所述阀盖为圆弧形阀盖,并通过螺栓安装于圆弧形滑槽上端;所述阀盖上开设有圆弧形通槽;所述阀芯为安装于该圆弧形滑槽内的圆弧形滑块;所述阀芯的下端面与圆弧形滑槽之间设有密封垫;所述圆弧形滑槽的底部设有下接头,阀芯的上部设有上接头;所述阀芯的上部还设有圆形凸台;所述阀芯通过连杆与电机的输出端连接。本发明中阀座设有圆弧形的滑槽,圆弧形的阀芯在电机驱动下载滑槽内滑动,以控制阀门的开启和关闭,结构简单,动作灵敏而且响应速度快。

一种快速响应的阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种快速响应的阀门。
背景技术
截止阀又称截门阀,属于强制密封式阀门,所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀瓣施加压力,以强制密封面***漏。当介质由阀瓣下方进入阀门时,操作力所需要克服的阻力,是阀杆和填料的摩擦力与由介质的压力所产生的推力,关阀门的力比开阀门的力大,所以阀杆的直径要大,否则会发生阀杆顶弯的故障。按连接方式分为三种:法兰连接、丝扣连接、焊接连接。从自密封的阀门出现后,截止阀的介质流向就改由阀瓣上方进入阀腔,这时在介质压力作用下,关阀门的力小,而开阀门的力大,阀杆的直径可以相应地减少。同时,在介质作用下,这种形式的阀门也较严密。我国阀门"三化给"曾规定,截止阀的流向,一律采用自上而下。截止阀开启时,阀瓣的开启高度,为公称直径的25%~30%时.流量已达到最大,表示阀门已达全开位置。所以截止阀的全开位置,应由阀瓣的行程来决定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种快速响应的阀门。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种快速响应的阀门,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,所述阀体为扇形阀体,其扇形面的轴心处安装有电机,扇形面靠近外设有有两个圆弧形凸起构成的圆弧形滑槽;所述阀盖为圆弧形阀盖,并通过螺栓安装于圆弧形滑槽上端;所述阀盖上开设有圆弧形通槽;所述阀芯为安装于该圆弧形滑槽内的圆弧形滑块;所述阀芯的下端面与圆弧形滑槽之间设有密封垫;所述圆弧形滑槽的底部设有下接头,阀芯的上部设有上接头;所述阀芯的上部还设有圆形凸台;所述阀芯通过连杆与电机的输出端连接。
所述连杆的一端与阀芯上的圆形凸台可旋转连接,另一端与电机的输出端固定连接。
所述上接头和下接头均设有外螺纹。
所述阀体的扇形面的轴心部设有向下延伸的用于安装电机的圆筒;所述圆筒的底部通过螺栓安装有下端盖。
所述阀盖的两端设有向下延伸的侧端盖。
有益效果:本发明的一种快速响应阀门,阀座设有圆弧形的滑槽,圆弧形的阀芯在电机驱动下载滑槽内滑动,以控制阀门的开启和关闭,结构简单,动作灵敏而且响应速度快。

下面结合说明书附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施例做进一步详细描述:
参照图1至图4所示的一种快速响应的阀门,包括阀体1、阀芯2和阀盖3,所述阀体1为扇形阀体,其扇形面的轴心处安装有电机4,扇形面靠近外设有有两个圆弧形凸起构成的圆弧形滑槽5;所述阀盖3为圆弧形阀盖3,并通过螺栓安装于圆弧形滑槽5上端;所述阀盖3上开设有圆弧形通槽;所述阀芯2为安装于该圆弧形滑槽5内的圆弧形滑块;所述阀芯2的下端面与圆弧形滑槽5之间设有密封垫6;所述圆弧形滑槽5的底部设有下接头7,阀芯2的上部设有上接头8;所述阀芯2的上部还设有圆形凸台9;所述阀芯2通过连杆13与电机4的输出端连接。
所述连杆13的一端与阀芯2上的圆形凸台9可旋转连接,另一端与电机4的输出端固定连接。
所述上接头8和下接头7均设有外螺纹。
所述阀体1的扇形面的轴心部设有向下延伸的用于安装电机4的圆筒10;所述圆筒10的底部通过螺栓安装有下端盖11。
所述阀盖3的两端设有向下延伸的侧端盖12。
本发明的一种快速响应阀门,阀座设有圆弧形的滑槽5,圆弧形的阀芯2在电机4驱动下载滑槽5内滑动,以控制阀门的开启和关闭,结构简单,动作灵敏而且响应速度快。

1.一种快速响应的阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)和阀盖(3),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)为扇形阀体,其扇形面的轴心处安装有电机(4),扇形面靠近外设有有两个圆弧形凸起构成的圆弧形滑槽(5);所述阀盖(3)为圆弧形阀盖(3),并通过螺栓安装于圆弧形滑槽(5)上端;所述阀盖(3)上开设有圆弧形通槽;所述阀芯(2)为安装于该圆弧形滑槽(5)内的圆弧形滑块;所述阀芯(2)的下端面与圆弧形滑槽(5)之间设有密封垫(6);所述圆弧形滑槽(5)的底部设有下接头(7),阀芯(2)的上部设有上接头(8);所述阀芯(2)的上部还设有圆形凸台(9);所述阀芯(2)通过连杆(13)与电机(4)的输出端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速响应的阀门,其特征在于:所述连杆(13)的一端与阀芯(2)上的圆形凸台(9)可旋转连接,另一端与电机(4)的输出端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速响应的阀门,其特征在于:所述上接头(8)和下接头(7)均设有外螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速响应的阀门,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的扇形面的轴心部设有向下延伸的用于安装电机(4)的圆筒(10);所述圆筒(10)的底部通过螺栓安装有下端盖(11)。
