Abstract

本发明公开了一种TPE冰箱门封粒料,其是由POE塑料40-50份、PP弹性体30-50份、SEBS15-20份、环烷油5-15份、抗氧剂0.2-0.6份、润滑剂0.2-0.6份、填料10-20份与颜料0-5份制备而成。本产品具有耐低温、抗老化、焊接效果更好,产品成材率高与密封性能好等特点,提高了对冰箱、冷柜等的密封性能,降低能耗,并延长了其本身的使用寿命。

一种TPE冰箱门封粒料
 
技术领域
 本发明属于冰箱、冷柜等电器用的磁性门封条技术领域,具体涉及一焊接效果更好的TPE冰箱门封粒料。
 
 技术背景
由于密封要求,冰箱、冷柜等门的开合处都要用到磁性门封条,其门封条大部分是以软质PVC加磁条制成。但受PVC材料本身特性的影响,其存在以下缺点:(一)柔软度不高,弹性低,密封性差。(二)高低温性能差,高温下***容易粘附在箱体上,低温脆性大,失去弹性,容易损坏。(三)不环保,邻苯增塑剂有毒性,不适合接触食品,对塑化部分的零部件材质要求必须是能抗腐蚀、抗磨损而且有较高的抛光性能。另外,PVC系卤族为欧盟等国家高度关注物质,属于被禁止使用的趋势。(四)防止 PVC加工过程中热分解产生气体,要求对动定模板表面进行镀铝处理,增加了工序。
TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer)是热塑性弹性体的简称,是一种具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性,又具有可注塑加工的特征的材料;既具有热塑性塑料的加工性能,又具有硫化橡胶的物理性能,可谓是塑料和橡胶优点的优势组合。因为TPE环保无毒且安全、硬度范围广,并有优良的着色性,触感柔软,耐候性,抗疲劳性和耐温性,加工性能优越,无须硫化,可以循环使用而降低成本,既可以二次注塑成型,与PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等基体材料包覆粘合,也可以单独成型。
所以TPE可以作为冰箱、冷柜等门封条的制作材料,目前公开的TPE门封条的弹性胶套材料主要是由SEBS与白矿油、PP等组成的配方,白矿油在材料配方中主要起到降低熔体的粘度,提高熔体的流动性。但由于白矿油的密度轻、分散性能差而容易迁移表面,其在焊接过程中,白矿油易迁出, TPE门封条焊接不良,而导致成材率低、焊角的拉力差,从而影响门封条的密封性能,浪费电能。而且由于其焊接拉力过小,则会导致在悬挂或运输的过程中其焊角开裂,在实际装配的时候焊角拉力过小也会导致焊角被撕裂,而造成材料的浪费。
 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种焊接效果好的TPE冰箱门封粒料,达到TPE门封条的成材率高、焊角拉力好的目的。   
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过下列技术方案来实现的:
一种TPE冰箱门封粒料,由下列组份按其重量份制备而成:
POE塑料                  40-50份
PP弹性体                  30-50份
SEBS                      15-20份
环烷油                     5-15份
抗氧剂                     0.2-0.6份
润滑剂                     0.2-0.6份
填料                       10-20份
颜料                       0-5份。
进一步,所述PP弹性体为等规聚丙烯的重复单元与无规分布的乙烯组成烯氢类弹性体;所述POE塑料为乙烯辛烯共聚物。
进一步,所述抗氧剂为四(β-(3, 5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯(1010)、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(168)、硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯(DSTDP)中的至少一种。
进一步,所述润滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、硅酮母粒中的至少一种。    
进一步,所述填料为镁强粉或碳酸钙。
本发明中所述颜料可选自无机颜料、有机颜料、染料等,如酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、钛白粉、炭黑、群青等。
本发明中SEBS是以聚苯乙烯为末端段,以聚丁二烯加氢得到的乙烯-丁烯共聚物为中间弹性嵌段的线性三嵌共聚物,SEBS不含不饱和双键,因此具有良好的稳定性和耐老化性。
环烷油具有饱和环状碳链结构,还会连接着饱和支链,其具有低倾点,高密度、高粘度、无毒副作用等特点。因为这种结构,使环烷油既具有芳香烃类的部分性质,又具有直链烃的部分性质,又由于环烷油来自天然石油,有价格低廉、来源可靠等优点,决定了环烷油能够在许多领域有着特殊的用途。
本发明的TPE冰箱门封粒料的制备按照现有加工方法进行混合、造粒即可得到。然后将其粒料使用挤出机成型胶套,穿入磁条并焊接成型后即可完成门封条的制造。
所以,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明提供的TPE冰箱门封粒料具有耐低温、抗老化特点,使用温度范围为-50~100℃,提高了对冰箱、冷柜等的密封性能,降低能耗,并延长了其本身的使用寿命。
2、本产品环保,不含邻苯二甲酸盐,生产加工过程无异味,对人体无害,并有利于回收利用。
3、由于采用高粘度的环烷油作为增塑剂,提高材料的粘合性,提高了其用作门封条胶套的成材率与密封性能。 
4、本发明的TPE冰箱门封粒料机械性能强,经试验测试结果表明,其拉伸强度≥13.5Mpa,断裂伸长率≥875%,焊角拉力≥147N;从而解决了门封条在挂架、运输及装配时带来的因焊角开裂导致门封条报废的问题,提高成品率,并减少材料与电能的浪费。
5、由于POE塑料分子结构中没有不饱和双键,能提高TPE材料的耐老化性能,并能改善填料的分散效果。
 
具体实施方式:
下面给出实施例以对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员根据本发明内容对本发明做出的一些非本质的改进和调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。

将上述组份投入高速混合机中混合4分钟,混合均匀后投入单螺杆造粒机中造粒,制得TPE弹性颗粒,其中双螺杆挤出机一区温度170℃、二区温度175℃、三区温度180℃、四区温度185℃、五区温度180℃、六区温度170℃、机头温度175℃;主机转速为105 r/min。
将上述粒料再通过单螺杆挤出机挤出门封条胶套,然后穿入磁条、焊接,即形成冰箱门封条。其中单螺杆挤出机螺杆前段温度为145℃、中段温度为160℃、后段温度为165℃、连接段温度为160℃、机头温度为160℃;螺杆转速为28r/min。

将上述实施例1-3制得的TPE门封条按照本行业检测标准分别对其密度、熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度进行测定,其测试数据如下表所示:

从上表中的可以看出,本发明的实施例1-3制备的各TPE门封条的密度、熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度均符合相关检测标准的要求,说明制得的TPE冰箱门封粒料的性能优良,具有耐低温、抗老化特点,提高了对冰箱、冷柜等的密封性能,降低能耗,并延长了其本身的使用寿命;在焊接过程中,焊接效果更好,其焊角拉大,提高了产品成材率与密封性能,同时提高了产品的粘合性;从而解决了门封条在挂架、运输及装配时带来的因焊角开裂导致门封条报废的问题,提高成品率,并减少材料与电能的浪费。

POE塑料                  40-50份
PP弹性体                  30-50份
SEBS                      15-20份
环烷油                     5-15份
抗氧剂                     0.2-0.6份
润滑剂                     0.2-0.6份
填料                       10-20份
颜料                       0-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPE冰箱门封粒料,其特征在于:所述PP弹性体为等规聚丙烯的重复单元与无规分布的乙烯组成烯氢类弹性体;所述POE塑料为乙烯辛烯共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPE冰箱门封粒料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为四(β-(3, 5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯(1010)、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(168)、硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯(DSTDP)中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPE冰箱门封粒料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、硅酮母粒中至少一种。
