食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种银耳莲子草莓酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种银耳莲子草莓酱,由以下重量份原料组成:草莓360-370、番茄100-120、蓝莓80-90、银耳25-30、莲子15-20、牛奶70-80、黄油75-100、山药35-40、荸荠35-40、桑葚酒10-13、珍珠5-7、珍珠草4-6、何首乌5-7、蒲公英4-6、沙棘5-7、甜茶3-5、柚子皮3-5、食品添加剂7-9、白糖80-90、食盐30-40、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:黑麦5-7、桂花5-7、桃花2-4、刺梨粉4-6、芡实粉4-6、扁豆粉5-7、葡萄汁50-60、水适量:
食品添加剂的制备方法如下:将黑麦、桂花、桃花用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液与芡实粉、扁豆粉、葡萄汁合并,混匀即可。
一种银耳莲子草莓酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将草莓、番茄、蓝莓洗净,放入榨汁机中榨成汁,将汁液浓缩成果酱备用;
(2)将银耳、莲子洗净,放入锅中,加入适量的水,煮熟后,将银耳、莲子取出,晒干,碾成粉备用;
(3)将山药、荸荠洗净,去皮后,做成小粒,放入锅中,加入牛奶,加热焖熟后,将山药、荸荠取出备用;
(4)将珍珠、珍珠草、何首乌、蒲公英、沙棘、甜茶、柚子皮用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将黄油放入锅中,加热融化后,加入果酱、步骤2中的粉、山药、荸荠、中药粉、桑葚酒、食品添加剂、白糖、食盐,边加热边翻炒,混匀后,停止加热,冷却后灌装即可。
