本发明提供了一种净味无苯防起扉子丙烯酸特清底漆,由丙烯酸特清底漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成;所说的丙烯酸底漆包括60-71%的丙烯酸树脂,固化剂中包括75%的TDI三聚体。本产品改善了聚氨酯特清底漆防蹋陷差、厚涂容易起扉子和起泡等缺陷;它具备聚氨酯特清底漆保护性好、打磨性好、透明性好、干燥快、易施工的优点。相比与目前市场上销售的聚氨酯特清底漆,它具有连续湿喷湿不起扉子和不起泡、气味小、打磨性好、耐黄性好、硬度高、耐热、耐溶剂、耐酸、耐碱盐雾性能好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净味无苯防起扉子特清底漆,具体涉及一种涂装在多种造型的木器表面的丙烯酸特清底漆。
背景技术
现在市面上销售的聚氨酯特清底漆大都是采用醇酸树脂改善它的性能。其具有装饰效果好、易施工等特点。但由于容易蹋陷、厚涂容易起扉子和起泡等弊端。现在通用的聚氨酯特清底漆的配方,其施工比例为:油漆主剂:稀释剂=1:0.5:0.5–0.8,其油漆主剂主要由以下组分构成:含醇酸树脂50-60%、有机膨润土浆2-3%、醋酸丁酯8-10%、 锌粉和滑石粉10-15%、醋酸丁酯8-10%,稀释剂主要由以下组分构成:甲苯10-20%、醋酸丁酯25-30%、EAC醋酸乙酯5-10%、碳醋二甲酯25-30%、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10-15%。因此亟待开发出克服目前聚氨酯特清底漆所存在的问题的净味无苯防起扉子丙烯酸特清底漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决聚氨酯特清底漆连续多次湿喷湿容易起扉子和起泡、气味大、容易蹋陷的技术缺陷。提供一种净味无苯丙烯酸清底漆。
本发明设计净味无苯丙烯酸清底漆,其特征在于,由丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成,丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆:固化剂:稀释剂的重量比为100:50:50-60,
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
低分子量丙烯酸树脂          60%-71%,
醋酸乙酯                    5-8.5%,
聚酰胺腊防沉剂              0.10%-0.30%,
消泡剂                      0.3%-0.50%,
滑石粉                      5%-15%,
锌粉                         4%-5%, 
磷酸                        0.1%-0.2%, 
醋酸丁酯                      7-11%,
 以上各组分总和为100;
所述固化剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:
改性三聚体       45~50.0%,
D262三聚体      25~30.0%,
醋酸丁酯         20 ~30.0%
以上各组分总和为100;
所述稀释剂组分配比为:
醋酸乙酯                   5.00 ~10.0%,
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯           35~ 45.0%,
碳酸二甲酯                 25~ 35.0%,
醋酸丁酯                    15~20.0%,
以上各组分总和为100。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的效果是:本发明具有连续多次厚涂不起扉子、不起泡、干燥快、漆膜硬度高、机械强度好、耐溶剂、耐热、耐酸碱性优异。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施案例1:
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆,低分子量丙烯酸树脂70.00千克、醋酸丁酯10.80千克、醋酸乙酯8.50千克、滑石粉TM-1250 6.0千克、锌粉BT1819 4.0千克、0.20千克的华夏HX2300非硅类消泡剂,破泡聚合物,具有优异的消泡性能,0.20千克的华夏HX2030有机硅类消泡剂,破泡聚硅氧烷物,对粉体的排列有帮助作用,防沉剂0.20千克, 磷酸0.10千克。
所述固化剂组份及重量配比如下:二异氰酸酯(TDI)改性三聚体45千克、未端为异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物(TDI)三聚体30.0千克、醋酸丁酯25.0千克。
所述稀释剂组份配比为:醋酸丁酯20.0千克、碳醋二甲酯35.0千克、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 40.0千克、醋酸乙酯5千克。
施工配比:丙烯酸清底漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:50:50。施工方式:手工喷涂或静电喷涂。
实施案例2:
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆,低分子量丙烯酸树脂68.10千克、醋酸丁酯10.00千克、醋酸乙酯7.50千克、滑石粉TM-1250 9.0千克、锌粉BT1819 4.50千克、0.25千克的华夏HX2300非硅类消泡剂破泡聚合物,具有优异的消泡性能,0.25千克的华夏HX2030有机硅类消泡剂破泡聚硅氧烷物,对粉体的排列有帮助作用,防沉剂0.25千克, 磷酸0.15千克。
所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:二异氰酸酯(TDI)改性三聚体47.00千克、未端为异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物(TDI)三聚体28.00千克、醋酸丁酯25.0千克。
所述稀释剂组分配比为:醋酸丁酯19.00千克、碳醋二甲酯31.00千克、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 42.00千克、醋酸乙酯8.00千克。 
施工配比:丙烯酸清底漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:50:50。施工方式:手工喷涂或静电喷涂。
实施案例3:
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆,低分子量丙烯酸树脂63.00千克、醋酸丁酯9.50千克、醋酸乙酯6.50千克、滑石粉TM-1250 15.00千克、锌粉BT1819 5.0千克、0.30千克的华夏HX2300非硅类消泡剂,破泡聚合物,具有优异的消泡性能,0.20千克的华夏HX2030有机硅类消泡剂,破泡聚硅氧烷物,对粉体的排列有帮助作用,防沉剂0.30千克, 磷酸0.2千克。
所述固化剂组分及重量配比如下:二异氰酸酯(TDI)改性三聚体49千克、未端为异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物(TDI)三聚体26.0千克、醋酸丁酯25.0千克。
所述稀释剂组分配比为:醋酸丁酯17.00千克、碳醋二甲酯28.0千克、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 45.0千克、醋酸乙酯10.00千克。
施工配比:丙烯酸清底漆:固化剂:稀释剂=100:50:50。施工方式:手工喷涂或静电喷涂。
根据GB 18581-2009《室内装饰装修材料  溶剂型木器涂料中有害物质限量》检测,实际检测数据如下:
1、在容器中状态参数                 搅拌后均匀无硬块

4、实干时间                              ≤40min
5、贮存稳定性(50℃/7d)                 无异常
6、涂膜外观                              正常

Claims (1)

1.净味无苯丙烯酸清底漆,其特征在于,由丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆、固化剂、稀释剂组成,丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆:固化剂:稀释剂的重量比为100:50:50-60,
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯清底漆包括如下重量百分比的组分:
低分子量丙烯酸树脂          60%-71%,
醋酸乙酯                    5-8.5%,
聚酰胺腊防沉剂              0.10%-0.30%,
消泡剂                      0.3%-0.50%,
滑石粉                      5%-15%,
锌粉                         4%-5%, 
磷酸                        0.1%-0.2%, 
醋酸丁酯                      7-11%,
 以上各组分总和为100;
所述固化剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:
改性三聚体       45~50.0%,
D262三聚体      25~30.0%,
醋酸丁酯         20 ~30.0%
以上各组分总和为100;
所述稀释剂组分配比为:
醋酸乙酯                   5.00 ~10.0%,
