    本发明主要涉及方便面调料及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种陈皮牛肉粉。
背景技术
    方便面粉包提供给方便面调味的作料,是人们食用方便面时作为调味的重要来源,市场上的方便面作料大多是以盐、味精等作为主料的,只能够起到调味的作用,并没有相应的保健功效,然而现今人们对方便面作料包的保健功效并不满意。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种陈皮牛肉粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种陈皮牛肉粉,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉50-60、紫薯20-30、银耳20-30、芦荟粉4-5、苦荞花粉3-4、陈皮4-5、菊花5-6、薄荷5-6、千日红4-5、风气草3-4、玫瑰花4-5、珍珠草4-5、灰树花3-4、黄酒20-30、菠萝汁30-40、生姜汁50-60、胡椒粉8-10、食盐500-600、白砂糖40-50、水适量。
一种陈皮牛肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块,至于锅中,加入黄酒、菠萝汁,加热焖煮,待牛肉煮熟后,将牛肉捞出,烘干水分后,做成牛肉粉;
(2)将紫薯洗净,切成片,与洗净的银耳一起至于锅中,加入生姜汁,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到紫薯银耳粉;
(3)将陈皮、菊花、薄荷、千日红、风气草、玫瑰花、珍珠草、灰树花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将牛肉粉、紫薯银耳粉、芦荟粉、苦荞花粉、中药粉、胡椒粉、食盐合并,混合均匀后,用小包装包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种陈皮牛肉粉,制作工艺简单,营养丰富,不仅含有牛肉等常规调料原料,而且加入了紫薯、芦荟粉等营养物质,丰富了本发明牛肉粉的营养,此外还特别添加陈皮、菊花、薄荷、千日红等提取物,具有很好的清热降火、美容养颜的功效。

一种陈皮牛肉粉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:牛肉50、紫薯20、银耳20、芦荟粉4、苦荞花粉3、陈皮4、菊花5、薄荷5、千日红4、风气草3、玫瑰花4、珍珠草4、灰树花3、黄酒20、菠萝汁30、生姜汁50、胡椒粉8、食盐500、白砂糖40、水适量。
一种陈皮牛肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块,至于锅中,加入黄酒、菠萝汁,加热焖煮,待牛肉煮熟后,将牛肉捞出,烘干水分后,做成牛肉粉;

1.一种陈皮牛肉粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉50-60、紫薯20-30、银耳20-30、芦荟粉4-5、苦荞花粉3-4、陈皮4-5、菊花5-6、薄荷5-6、千日红4-5、风气草3-4、玫瑰花4-5、珍珠草4-5、灰树花3-4、黄酒20-30、菠萝汁30-40、生姜汁50-60、胡椒粉8-10、食盐500-600、白砂糖40-50、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种陈皮牛肉粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块,至于锅中,加入黄酒、菠萝汁,加热焖煮,待牛肉煮熟后,将牛肉捞出,烘干水分后,做成牛肉粉;
(2)将紫薯洗净,切成片,与洗净的银耳一起至于锅中,加入生姜汁,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到紫薯银耳粉;
(3)将陈皮、菊花、薄荷、千日红、风气草、玫瑰花、珍珠草、灰树花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将牛肉粉、紫薯银耳粉、芦荟粉、苦荞花粉、中药粉、胡椒粉、食盐合并,混合均匀后,用小包装包装即可。
