Abstract

本发明为一种羊绒净洗剂，属于洗涤剂。本剂是将十八醇硫酸钠混合物与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类的非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂及水搅拌均匀而制得的；十八醇硫酸钠混合物是将十八醇加入石油醚与氯磺酸进行磺化反应，产物与氢氧化钠水溶液进行中和反应而制得。由于采用了十八醇和单硬脂酸甘油脂，并含有一定的游离十八醇，因而改善了洗后羊绒的手感及提高了去污能力。本剂具有洗涤持续性久，使羊绒具有白度高和光泽度好的特点。

Description

羊绒净洗剂
本发明为一种羊绒净洗剂，属于洗涤剂。
目前应用的羊绒洗涤剂的种类很少。它们要么价格昂贵(此类多为进口产品)，要么洗涤效果不甚理想，如：洗白度差、持续性差等。
为了解决羊绒洗涤剂的上述不足，本发明特提出了一种羊绒净洗剂。
本羊绒净洗剂是将十八醇硫酸钠混合物与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类的非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂及水搅拌均匀而制得的，其中非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂及水分别为总重量的2-12％、1-8％、10-30％；十八醇硫酸钠混合物是将十八醇加入石油醚与氯磺酸进行磺化反应，产物与氢氧化钠水溶液进行中和反应而制得，其中磺化温度控制在50-70℃，十八醇与石油醚的重量比为50比1-4，十八醇与氯磺酸的摩尔比为1∶1-1.3。
本羊绒净洗剂由于采用了十八醇和单硬脂酸甘油脂，并含有一定的游离十八醇，因而改善了洗后羊绒的手感及提高了去污能力。本羊绒净洗剂具有洗涤持续性久，同时洗后的羊绒具有白度高和光泽度好的特点。它还有比进口羊绒洗涤剂的价格低的特点。
实施例：(见图1)
取十八醇50KG(化妆品级)、氯磺酸25KG(工业级)、石油醚(溜程60～90℃，反应阻滞剂)1.5KG，搅拌并将温度控制在50至70℃进行反应(见下例反应方程式：)
经上述反应后生成十八醇硫酸脂和废气氯化氢。废气可被回收装置回收处理。十八醇硫酸脂再加氢氧化钠进行中和使其PH值达到7～8即可。(见下例方程式：)
经上述反应后，得十八醇硫酸钠混合物，然后配以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂和水拌匀，最后进行包装即可。

1.一种羊绒净洗剂，其特征在于本羊绒净洗剂是将十八醇硫酸钠混合物与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类的非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂及水搅拌均匀而制得的，其中非离子表面活性剂、单硬脂酸甘油脂及水分别为总重量的2-12％、1-8％、10-30％；十八醇硫酸钠混合物是将十八醇加入石油醚与氯磺酸进行磺化反应，产物与氢氧化钠水溶液进行中和反应而制得，其中磺化温度控制在50-70℃，十八醇与石油醚的重量比为50比1-4，十八醇与氯磺酸的摩尔比为1∶1-1.3。
