技术领域
本发明及一种高压流体雾化器,具体是一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器。
背景技术
目前,传统高压流体雾化器,均为单喷射孔的单针小流量雾化器。无法将大流量的高压流体有效雾化。
发明内容
   本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器,包括阀体,阀杆,阀体上设置高压流体的进料口,和出料口,其特征是,所述出料口为至少两个以上的锥形喷射孔,阀杆的一个端面上设置至少两个以上与锥形喷射孔对应的锥形阀针,阀杆的另一端柱面上设置有密封圈,阀杆的另一端面和阀体之间设置有弹簧,活塞,在阀体的端盖上设置内螺纹,一颗螺栓旋入内螺纹穿过阀体的端盖顶在活塞上。
采用本设计的有益效果是:让达流量的高压流体分布在多个喷射孔内喷出,雾化效果好,另外只需调整螺栓和阀体的端盖的相对位移就能调整弹簧的压缩量,从而调整喷射压强和雾化程度。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本发明的一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器,包括阀体1,阀杆2,阀体1上设置高压流体的进料口3,和出料口4,其特征是,所述出料口4为至少两个以上的锥形喷射孔,阀杆2的一个端面上设置至少两个以上与锥形喷射孔对应的锥形阀针5,阀杆2的另一端柱面上设置有密封圈,阀杆2的另一端面和阀体1之间设置有弹簧6,活塞7,在阀体的端盖上设置内螺纹,一颗螺栓8旋入内螺纹穿过阀体1的端盖顶在活塞上。

1. 一种多针大流量高压流体雾化器,包括阀体(1),阀杆(2),阀体(1)上设置高压流体的进料口(3),和出料口(4),其特征是,所述出料口(4)为至少两个以上的锥形喷射孔,阀杆(2)的一个端面上设置至少两个以上与锥形喷射孔对应的锥形阀针(5),阀杆(2)的另一端柱面上设置有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多针大流量高压流体雾化器,其特征是,阀杆(2)的另一端面和阀体(1)之间设置有弹簧(6),活塞(7),在阀体的端盖上设置内螺纹,一颗螺栓(8)旋入内螺纹穿过阀体(1)的端盖顶在活塞上。
