Abstract

本发明涉及一种可调式电缆夹持装置,包括支撑板,支撑板的一端带有对称布置的固定板,固定板上带有固定孔;支撑板的另一端通过分切形成对称布置的挂钩板,挂钩板折弯形成挂钩部;挂钩板的端部带有矩形槽,所述矩形槽将所述挂钩板的端部分隔成盖合端板,盖合端板向支撑板弯折后盖合挂钩部。本发明结构简单,通过采取将电缆直接放置于挂钩部的方式对电缆进行悬挂,其操作简便;通过挂钩部的端板对电缆进行盖合,加强了电缆的固定强度。

本发明涉及电气技术领域,尤其是电缆的布置装置。
背景技术
目前,电缆布置于墙壁或地面上采用内置式和外露式两种,外露式布置时一般需要悬挂装置对电缆进行固定。现有的悬挂装置一般为挂钩或线卡,其缺点是电缆的装置操作较为繁琐、安装灵活度不高、工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术中存在的上述缺点,进行研究和设计,提供一种固定强度高、操作简便、布置简单的可调式电缆夹持装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种可调式电缆夹持装置,其特征在于:包括支撑板,支撑板的两端分别分切形成折弯板及对称分布于折弯板两侧的固定板,固定板上带有固定孔;折弯板折弯形成夹持空间,折弯板具有可调的折弯角度。
进一步的技术方案在于:
折弯板与支撑板的连接处带有弧形槽;折弯板的端部带有弧形导向部。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单,通过采取将直接放置电缆的方式对电缆进行夹持固定,其操作简便;电缆的夹持空间大小可以调整,其安装灵活、适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1、图2,本发明包括支撑板1,支撑板1的两端分别分切形成折弯板3及对称分布于折弯板3两侧的固定板2,固定板2上带有固定孔21;折弯板3分别向上折弯形成夹持空间4,电缆放置于夹持空间4中。本发明通过固定孔21并借助螺钉安装于墙壁或者地面上,由于折弯板3的折弯角度可以调整,因此可以适应多种不同规格电缆的安装。

1.一种可调式电缆夹持装置,其特征在于:包括支撑板,所述支撑板的两端分别分切形成折弯板及对称分布于所述折弯板两侧的固定板,所述固定板上带有固定孔;所述折弯板折弯形成夹持空间,所述折弯板具有可调的折弯角度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的可调式电缆夹持装置,其特征在于:所述折弯板与支撑板的连接处带有弧形槽。
3.按照权利要求1所述的可调式电缆夹持装置,其特征在于:所述折弯板的端部带有弧形导向部。
