Abstract

一种喷气织机用主喷嘴,其环形加速腔外壁锥形的斜角为12°-16°,而内壁锥形的斜角为4°-8°。使喷气流的能量损失降至最小,从喷气流将能量传送到所要引入的纬纱上的效率达到最大值。该主喷嘴在极精确的时间内并以优选的线速将纬纱引入梭道中。

Description

喷气织机用改进型主喷嘴
本发明涉及一种喷气织机用主喷嘴,该喷嘴由于其环形加速腔的内、外壁具有适当的锥度能使用来将纬纱引入到梭道内的喷气处于最佳状态。
众所周知,在喷气织布中纬纱之所以能被引入到梭道中是由于在所要引入的纬纱与喷气流之间存在着流体动力学上的连系,即由主喷嘴所喷出的喷气流将挟带动能传送到纬纱上。
在现有技术中已知有各种型式的主喷嘴,所有这些喷嘴基本上都是由一设有压缩空气引入口和混合腔的外壳及一***其内的设有分布环的混合管构成的,在分布环上沿圆周分布着多个吹入槽,外壳及混合管在分布环的上游形成一个环形分布腔,而在分布环的下游则形成一个环形加速腔,该加速腔具有锥形壁它伸入到所说的混合腔内。
显然在这样一个结构中所说加速腔外壁的锥形的张开角不能太大,因为从所说分布环的环形吹入槽吹入的环形喷气流撞击在所说外壁上将会损失掉过多的能量。但这个张开角也不能太小因为这样喷嘴在轴向上将会太长,而这是在喷气织机上不可忽视的缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种喷气织机用主喷嘴。本发明提高了主喷嘴的效率和可靠性。本发明的喷嘴能在极精确的时间和以最佳线速将纬纱引入梭道中,也就是从供送气流压力到气流速度直至纬纱速度的能量传送过程中,能保持最大效率。
本发明的目的是由下述特征实现的,由一设有压缩空气引入口和混合腔的外壳及一***其内的设有分布环的混合管构成的喷气织机用主喷嘴,在其分布环上沿圆周分布着多个吹入槽,所说的外壳及混合管在分布环的上游形成一个环形分布腔,而在分布环的下游形成一个环形加速腔,该加速腔具有引伸到所说混合腔内的锥形壁,按照本发明,上述主喷嘴的特征为,所说环形加速腔外壁锥形的斜角在12°和16°之间,而其内壁锥形的斜角在4°和8°之间。
按照本发明的一个较优的实施例,所说的环形加速腔外壁锥形的斜角为15°,而其内壁锥形的斜角为7°。
实验证明当加速腔外壁锥形的斜角在12°和16°之间时喷气流的能量损失可以降至最小。
实验并证明当主喷嘴的加速腔外壁锥形具有所说斜角,而所说加速腔内壁锥形的斜角在4°和8°之间时,从喷气流将能量传送到所要引入的纬纱上的效率可以达到最大值。
本发明的优点是结构简单,效率高。本发明包括仅仅一个喷气织机用的主喷嘴和一个插在其内的混合管。而现有技术中的喷嘴要复杂得多。本发明的喷嘴易于安装和拆卸。本发明的主喷嘴的加速腔外壁锥形的斜角和内壁锥形的斜角使在压缩空气和喷嘴中的喷气流之间的能量传送中能量损失最小,并且在喷气流和引入纬纱的能量传送中,产生更恒定的纬纱速度。这二种能量传送都能达到最好效率。此外,很重要的是,在喷气织布中,有一系列不同的纬纱必须一一在一定时间内***织布中,所以在织布的生产过程中,每根纬纱必须在极精确的时间间隔中被引入。
下面本发明将结合附图对一个较优实施例进行详细说明,从该实施例稍作技术上和结构上的改动可以引伸出无限的实施例但仍不离开本发明的范围。
附图所示为按照本发明的主喷嘴的纵向剖面图。
图中标号1为主喷嘴的外壳,其上设有压缩空气引入口2并形成混合腔3,在该腔内纬纱4与喷气流接触并被它挟带。用螺纹拧入外壳1内的混合管5具有一个喇叭口6以便纬纱4的引入,一个中心通道7以便所说纬纱通过,还有一个分布环8,其上沿圆周分布着多个吹入槽9以便生成一个均匀分布在纬纱4周围的环形喷气流。所说混合管5与所说外壳1在所说分布环8的上游和下游分别形成一个与引入口2连接的环形分布腔10及一个环形加速腔11,该加速腔11具有加速所说环形喷气流用的锥形壁并与所说混合腔3连通。所说环形加速腔11外壁13锥形的斜角12在12°和16°之间,最好为15°,而环形加速腔11内壁15的斜角14在4°和8°之间最好为7°。

Claims (2)

1.一种喷气织机用主喷嘴,由一设有压缩空气引入口和混合腔的外壳及一插在其内的设有分布环的混合管构成,在分布环上沿圆周分布着多个吹入槽,所说外壳及所说混合管在所说分布环的上游形成一个环形分布腔,而在所说分布环的下游则形成一个环形加速腔,该加速腔具有引伸到所说混合腔的锥形壁,上述喷嘴的特征在于,所说加速腔外壁锥形的斜角在12°和16°之间,而内壁锥形的斜角在4°和8°之间。
2.按照权利要求1的喷气织机用主喷嘴,其特征在于,所说环形加速腔外壁锥形的斜角为15°而内壁锥形的斜角为7°。
