Abstract

本发明是左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,包括定位平台,在定位平台上由左向右依次设置有左夹紧装置,夹紧装置和右夹紧装置,在左夹紧装置和夹紧装置上分别设置有有定位装置,在左夹紧装置上、定位装置的上方设置有定心夹紧机构,每个定位装置均包括有L形支架,在每个L形支架上通过螺纹连接有定位销,定心夹紧机构为固定插销。本发明设计的夹具将散热器安装横梁板总成放置在夹具上,通过夹具上的定位销和固定插销来固定住散热器安装横梁板和散热器的支架,从而使散热器安装横梁板在夹具中固定稳定,保证了焊接的准确性,从而为焊接提供了方便。本发明结构简单,制作方便,便于操作,有效的提高了生产效率,提高了生产质量。

左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具
技术领域
    本发明属于汽车制造领域,具体的说是涉及一种夹具,尤其是一种左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具。
背景技术
    汽车散热器是是汽车水冷发动机冷却***中不可缺少的重要部件,散热器芯部应具有足够的通流面积,让冷却液通过,同时也应具备足够的空气通流面积,让足量的空气通过以带走冷却液传给散热器的热量,还必须具有足够的散热面积,来完成冷却液、空气和散热片之间的热量交换。对其进行焊接加工时首先要保证散热器横梁板的稳定性,因此夹具对工件固定性对焊接工件是至关重要的。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了了一种简单实用的左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具。
    为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
    本发明是左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,包括定位平台,在定位平台上由左向右依次设置有左夹紧装置,夹紧装置和右夹紧装置,在左夹紧装置和夹紧装置上分别设置有有定位装置,在左夹紧装置上、定位装置的上方设置有定心夹紧机构。
本发明的进一步改进在于:每个定位装置均包括有L形支架,在每个L形支架上通过螺纹连接有定位销。
  本发明的进一步改进在于:定心夹紧机构为固定插销。
   本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计的夹具将散热器安装横梁板总成放置在夹具上,通过夹具上的定位销和固定插销来固定住散热器安装横梁板和散热器的支架,从而使散热器安装横梁板在夹具中固定稳定,保证了焊接的准确性,从而为焊接提供了方便。
    本发明结构简单,制作方便,便于操作,有效的提高了生产效率,提高了生产质量。

    如图1-3所示,本发明是左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,包括定位平台4,在所述定位平台4上由左向右依次设置有左夹紧装置3,夹紧装置2和右夹紧装置1,将所述散热器安装横梁板总成放置在所述左夹紧装置3,夹紧装置2和右夹紧装置1,在所述左夹紧装置3和所述夹紧装置2上分别设置有有定位装置5,在所述左夹紧装置3上、所述定位装置5的上方设置有定心夹紧机构6,分别通过定位装置5和定心夹紧机构6对散热器安装横梁板总成进行定位,然后进行焊接,保证了在焊接过程中工件的稳定性,提高了生产质量,所述每个定位装置5均包括有L形支架7,在所述每个L形支架7上通过螺纹连接有定位销8,所述定心夹紧机构6为固定插销。本发明设计的夹具将散热器安装横梁板总成放置在夹具上,通过夹具上的定位销和固定插销来固定住散热器安装横梁板和散热器的支架,从而使散热器安装横梁板在夹具中固定稳定,保证了焊接的准确性,从而为焊接提供了方便。
    本发明结构简单,制作方便,便于操作,有效的提高了生产效率,提高了生产质量。

1.左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,包括定位平台(4),在所述定位平台(4)上由左向右依次设置有左夹紧装置(3),夹紧装置(2)和右夹紧装置(1),其特征在于:在所述左夹紧装置(3)和所述夹紧装置(2)上分别设置有有定位装置(5),在所述左夹紧装置(3)上、所述定位装置(5)的上方设置有定心夹紧机构(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,其特征在于:所述每个定位装置(5)均包括有L形支架(7),在所述每个L形支架(7)上通过螺纹连接有定位销(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述左右散热器安装横梁板总成夹具,其特征在于:所述定心夹紧机构(6)为固定插销。
