Abstract

本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯。由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:A组分:聚醚多元醇DEP-330N90~100份、水0.1~0.3份、泡沫稳定剂0.55~0.8份、胺催化剂0.35~0.50份、交联剂1.5~2.0份、扩链剂2.0~3.0份、稀释剂20~30份,B组分为黑料30~35份。还提供制备方法,将A组分各原料混合均匀,调节搅拌器转速到4000-4500r/min,将预热的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌,将混合物料倒入模具中脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中制成产品。本发明一次成型不需要反复操作,具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,能耗低,密封性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯是汽车发动机中必不可少的附件,它可以过滤吸入发动机内空气中的固体颗粒,降低发动机的磨损,延长发动机的使用寿命。传统的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯制品在制作过程中是在滤纸的两端用粘合剂粘上端盖,再在端盖的上面粘上橡胶垫圈制成。工人操作起来麻烦,需要反复操作。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,将纸质滤芯趁聚氨酯材料未完全固化之前***其中而制成,一次成型不需要反复操作,具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,能耗低,密封性好等优点;本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
本发明所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:

B组分:
黑料       30~35份。
聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,官能度为3,分子量5000,EO含量14.5%。本发明选择采用此种聚醚多元醇,有增强产品的回弹性和韧性的作用。
泡沫稳定剂优选为泡沫稳定剂201,沧州东塑化工有限公司生产,起到增强泡孔的细腻度的作用。
胺催化剂优选为胺催化剂A33,美国巴斯夫生产,起到发泡作用。
交联剂优选为二乙醇胺。
扩链剂优选为1,4-丁二醇,起到增强产品的硬度以及韧性的作用。
稀释剂为溶剂油。
黑料为黑料PM-200和黑料MDI50LL按照质量比为1:1混合,黑料PM-200和黑料MDI50LL为烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司生产,选择此种组分和含量的黑料可以提高产品的硬度。
本发明聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯的制备方法为:将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整料温为23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min-4500r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中,制成产品。
搅拌器转速为4000r/min-4500r/min,采用这个转速搅拌可以把物料搅拌均匀,会产生很均匀的泡沫,转速大了搅拌产生的泡沫不均匀,转速小了搅拌不均匀。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)将纸质滤芯趁聚氨酯材料未完全固化之前***其中而制成,一次成型不需要反复操作,具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,能耗低,密封性好等优点。
(2)本产品属于一次成型,操作起来方便简单,不会产生污染等。
(3)本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:

黑料(黑料PM-200和黑料MDI50LL按照质量比为1比1混合)32份。
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min,将预热至23℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌25s,将混合物料倒入预热至40℃的模具中,5min后脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中,制成产品。
实施例2
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:

将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25℃,调节搅拌器转速到4200r/min,将预热至25℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌20s,将混合物料倒入预热至45℃的模具中,8min后脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中,制成产品。
实施例3
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:

将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4500r/min,将预热至27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s,将混合物料倒入预热至35℃的模具中,10min后脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中,制成产品。

1.一种聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,官能度为3,分子量5000,EO含量14.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂201,沧州东塑化工有限公司生产。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33,美国巴斯夫生产。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:交联剂为二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:稀释剂为溶剂油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯,其特征在于:黑料为黑料PM-200和黑料MDI50LL按照质量比为1:1混合,黑料PM-200和黑料MDI50LL为烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司生产。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的聚氨酯汽车空气滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整料温至23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min-4500r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,将纸质滤芯***其中,制成产品。
