本发明的目的是提供一种能够付与牙齿的美白、尤其是牙齿光泽感,且能得到持续光泽感的口腔用组合物。即本发明提供含有(A)成分:1,1’-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,以及(B)成分:非离子表面活性剂的口腔用组合物;牙膏用组合物或作为牙膏用组合物的上述口腔用组合物;含有上述口腔用组合物作为黏着剂层的牙贴用片;含有上述口腔用组合物和支撑体的牙贴用套装。

本发明涉及口腔用组合物。
背景技术
作为给予牙齿光泽的口腔用组合物,报告有如下文献:含有紫胶的牙膏组合物(专利文献1);含有蜡的牙膏组合物(专利文献2);含有(A)具有特定的相对电容率及蒸汽压的牙齿美白成分、(B)溶解于牙齿美白成分且从氯化钙水溶液中析出的物质、以及(C)凝胶化制剂,实质上不含水及过氧化物的牙齿美白用非水类凝胶组合物(专利文献3);含有包含活性剂和载体基剂的单体的牙齿增白组合物(专利文献4),所述载体基剂中包含蜡及持续剂。

但是,专利文献1以及2的技术,蜡或紫胶对牙齿的附着不充分。专利文献3的技术,用于牙齿时需要使用特殊的使用工具。专利文献4的技术,作为成分的蜡剂在口腔内由于受到唾液引起的稀释等,变得易剥离脱落,有效果不能持续的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种能够付与牙齿的美白、尤其是牙齿光泽感、且能够持续得到光泽感的口腔用组合物。
本发明人为了解决上述课题,进行了反复的认真研究。该过程中发现,1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物可以贴在牙齿表面不被口腔内的唾液等水冲走,光泽持续效果高。
但是,由于1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物单独时是不溶性的,因此单独配入牙膏等口腔用组合物的其他成分中时会有分散性差的问题。也易产生液体分离等,对于得到稳定组合物会有问题。
本发明人认真研究了1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物在口腔用组合物中的稳定性改善技术。其结果发现,通过与非离子表面活性剂并用,在组合物中的分散性得到改善,不发生液体分离,能提高组合物的稳定性。进一步地,还发现可以持续光泽感。本发明是基于该认识的发明。
本发明提供以下的〔1〕~〔13〕。
〔1〕一种口腔用组合物,其中,含有〔A)成分:1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,以及(B)成分:非离子表面活性剂。
〔2〕如上述〔1〕所述的口腔用组合物,其中,(B)成分是选白于甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯高级醇醚及山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯构成的组群中的1种或2种以上。
〔3〕如上述〔1〕或〔2〕所述的口腔用组合物,其中,相对于口腔用组合物的总量,〔A)成分的配比量在0.01质量%以上。
〔4〕如上述〔1〕~〔3〕的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,相对于口腔用组合物的总量,(B)成分的配比量在0.1质量%以上。
〔5〕如上述〔1〕~〔4〕的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,进一步含有(C)成分:有机类粘合剂。
〔6〕如上述〔5〕所述的口腔用组合物,其中,(C)成分是选自于纤维素类粘合剂、卡拉胶及海藻酸钠构成的组群中的1种或2种以上。

本发明的口腔用组合物能够付与牙齿光泽感。而且,本发明的口腔用组合物,1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物的分散性优异,可以充分发挥该共聚物优异的牙齿光泽效果。此外,本发明的组合物稳定性优异,不易产生液体分离。本发明的口腔用组合物,通过作为牙膏剂组合物或牙贴用组合物,能够简单地付与牙齿光泽感。因此,本发明在口腔审美领域中有用。

本发明的口腔用组合物,含有作为(A)成分的1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,以及作为(B)成分的非离子表面活性剂。
(A)成分的1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物是含有源自1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)的单元和源自聚丙二醇的单元的共聚物。
优选1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物的分子量为4,000~18,000。1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物的性状通常为无色~淡黄色的黏性液体。
(A)成分可以是单独1种的1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,也可以是分子量及/或侧链不同的2种以上的1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物的组合。
相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(A)成分的配比量在0.01质量%以上。通过在0.01质量%以上,可以对牙齿付与充分的光泽感。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(A)成分的配比量在30质量%以下,优选在20质量%以下。通过在30质量%以下,不会产生液体分离,能得到在稳定性方面更优异的口腔用组合物。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(A)成分的配比量为0.01~30质量%,更优选为0.01~20质量%。
(A)成分1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,可以是源自天然的,也可以是化学反应的生成物,还可以是市售品。作为市售品,例如,可列举多元醇预聚物2(Bertek制药公司制及日光化学株式会社制)、多元醇预聚物14(Bertek制药公司制及日光化学株式会社制)等。
(B)成分非离子表面活性剂是具有溶于水时不发生离子化的亲水基的表面活性剂。(B)成分可以是单独1种的非离子表面活性剂,也可以是2种以上的非离子表面活性剂的组合。
作为非离子表面活性剂,例如,如下所示:硬脂酸单甘油酯、月桂酸十甘油酯等甘油脂肪酸酯;蔗糖脂肪酸酯、麦芽糖脂肪酸酯、乳糖脂肪酸酯等糖脂肪酸酯;麦芽糖醇脂肪酸酯、乳糖醇脂肪酸酯等糖醇脂肪酸酯;聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酯酸酯等聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯;聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油等聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯;肉豆蔻酸单乙醇酰胺、肉豆蔻酸二乙醇酰胺等脂肪酸乙醇酰胺;山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯;聚氧乙烯硬脂醚等聚氧乙烯高级醇醚;聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯脂肪酸酯等。这其中,优选甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯高级醇醚、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯,更优选甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂醚,进一步优选聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油。
优选聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油的环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔数为30摩尔以下,更优选为20摩尔以下。通过在30摩尔以下,可以稳定地配入(A)成分。此外,从获得的容易性的观点考虑,优选平均加成摩尔数为5摩尔以上,更优选为10摩尔以上。优选聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油的环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔数为5~30摩尔,更优选为10~20摩尔。
作为聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油,可以使用市售品。作为市售品,例如,可以使用日光化学株式会社的HCO-5、HCO-10、HCO-20、HCO-30,日本乳剂(エマルヅョン)株式会社的EMALES HC-5、HC-7、HC-10、HC-20、HC-30,青木油脂工业株式会社的BLAUNONBCW-20(聚氧乙烯的平均加成摩尔数:20)等。
相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(B)成分的配比量在0.1质量%以上,更优选在1质量%以上。通过在0.1质量%以上,可以提高(A)成分的分散性。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(B)成分的配比量在30质量%以下,更优选在20质量%以下。通过在30质量%以下,可以防止液体分离等,提高稳定性。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(B)成分的配比量为0.1~30质量%,更优选1~20质量%。
本发明的口腔用组合物,进一步地,还可以含有(C)成分有机类粘合剂。由此,能提高(A)成分的分散性,付与牙齿充分的光泽感。(C)成分可以是单独1种的有机类粘合剂,也可以是2种以上的有机类粘合剂的组合。
作为有机类粘合剂,例如,可列举纤维素类粘合剂、卡拉胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、黄蓍胶、刺梧桐树胶、***胶、刺槐豆胶等。作为纤维素类粘合剂,例如,可列举羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟甲基乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、阳离子化纤维素等。卡拉胶可以是卡拉胶κ、ι及λ的任一种。
这其中,优选纤维素类粘合剂、卡拉胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶,优选羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶κ、黄原胶。口腔用组合物为牙贴用组合物时,优选羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶κ。口腔用组合物为牙膏用组合物时,优选海藻酸钠、卡拉胶κ。
配入(C)成分时,相对于口腔用组合物的整体,优选(C)成分的配比量在0.05质量%以上,更优选在0.1质量%以上。通过在0.05质量%以上,可以提高(A)成分的分散性。相对于口腔用组合物的整体,优选配比量在7.0质量%以下,更优选在5质量%以下。通过在5质量%以下,可以防止组合物的表面粗糙。相对于口腔用组合物的整体,优选(C)成分的配比量为0.05~7.0质量%,更优选为0.1~5.0质量%。
本发明的口腔用组合物,也可以含有(D)成分糖醇及/或醇。由此,(D)成分作为粘度调节剂发挥作用,能提高(A)成分的分散性,付与牙齿充分的光泽感。(D)成分可以是单独1种的糖醇、单独1种的醇、2种以上的糖醇、2种以上的醇、以及1种以上的糖醇和1种以上的糖醇组合的任一种。
作为糖醇,例如可列举甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、聚丙二醇等多元醇,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、乳糖醇、赤藓糖醇等糖醇。作为醇,可举出乙醇。作为(D)成分,优选甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乙醇。糖醇可以单独1种使用,也可以2种以上组合使用,优选2种以上组合使用。作为2种以上组合时的优选例,可列举山梨糖醇和甘油的组合、山梨糖醇和木糖醇的组合、山梨糖醇和丙二醇的组合、山梨糖醇和聚乙二醇的组合、山梨糖醇和乙醇的组合。
配入(D)成分时,相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选配比量在0.1质量%以上,更优选在1质量%以上。通过在0.1质量%以上,可以提高(A)成分的分散性。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(D)成分的配比量在45质量%以下,更优选在40质量%以下,本发明的口腔用组合物为牙膏组合物时,进一步优选在30质量%以下。通过在45质量%以下,可以防止液体分离等,提高稳定性。相对于口腔用组合物的总量,优选(D)成分的配比量为0.1~45质量%,更优选为1~40质量%。本发明的口腔用组合物为牙膏组合物时,进一步优选(D)成分的配比量为0.1~30质量%。
本发明的口腔用组合物,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,可以配入(A)~(D)成分以外的任意成分。作为(A)~(D)成分以外的任意成分,例如,可列举研磨剂、湿润剂(增稠剂)、粘合剂、发泡剂(阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂)、甜味剂、着色剂(色素)、防腐剂、香料、其他有效成分等。
作为研磨剂,例如如下所示:沉淀二氧化硅、硅胶、铝硅酸盐、锆硅酸盐等的二氧化硅类研磨剂;磷酸氢钙二水合物、无水磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、不溶性偏磷酸钙、磷酸钙、磷酸四钙、磷酸八钙等的磷酸类研磨剂;氢氧化铝、氧化铝等铝类研磨剂;二氧化钛;晶体锆硅酸盐;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯;轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙等碳酸钙类研磨剂;碳酸镁、磷酸镁等镁类研磨剂;硅酸酐、沸石、硅酸锆等硅酸类研磨剂;羟基磷灰石、氟磷灰石、缺钙磷灰石等磷灰石类研磨剂;合成树脂类研磨剂等。研磨剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。作为研磨剂,优选二氧化硅类研磨剂、碳酸钙类研磨剂、磷酸类研磨剂。通过使用这些研磨剂,可以提高牙贴用片的黏着性以及唾液的吸水性。
相对于组合物的总量,研磨剂为无机粉末时的配比量通常为7~50质量%。一般地,二氧化硅类研磨剂的配比量为7~30质量%,磷酸类研磨剂及重质碳酸钙的配比量为15~50质量%。
作为湿润剂(增稠剂),可以使用例如山梨糖醇、丙二醇、分子量200~6000的聚乙二醇、乙二醇、还原淀粉糖化物等多元醇等的1种或2种以上(通常配比量为5~50质量%)。
作为粘合剂,例如,可列举蒙脱土、聚丙烯酸钠、羧基乙烯聚合物(商品名称:卡波姆)、硅胶、铝硅胶、硅酸铝镁(商品名:VEEGUM)、锂皂石、增粘性硅酸酐。粘合剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。优选粘合剂的配比量为组合物全体的0.1~10质量%。
作为清洁助剂,例如如下所示:碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠等碱剂;柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、乙酸等有机酸及其盐。清洁助剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
作为发泡剂,例如,可列举阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂。
作为阴离子性表面活性剂,例如,可列举烷基硫酸盐(例如,月桂基硫酸钠、肉豆蔻硫酸钠)、N-酰肌氨酸盐(例如,N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N-肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠等)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氢化椰油脂肪酸单甘油酯单硫酸钠、月桂基磺基乙酸钠、N-酰基谷氨酸盐(例如,N-棕榈酰基谷氨酸钠)、N-甲基-N-酰基牛磺酸钠、N-甲基-N-酰基丙氨酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠等。其中,优选烷基硫酸盐,更优选月桂基硫酸钠。
作为阳离子性表面活性剂,例如,可列举烷基铵、烷基苯甲基铵盐等。作为两性表面活性剂,例如,可列举月桂基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱、N-椰油脂肪酸酰基-N-羧甲基-N-羟乙基咪唑啉甜菜碱、椰油脂肪酸酰胺丙基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱、椰油脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱等。
作为两性表面活性剂,例如,可列举N-酰基谷氨酸盐、2-烷基-N-羧甲基-N-羟乙基咪唑啉甜菜碱等。
发泡剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。发泡剂的配比量可根据本发明的口腔用组合物的形态、使用目的等进行适当选择,但相对于口腔用组合物的总量,(B)成分和发泡剂的合计优选为0.3~4.0质量%的量。
作为香料,可以使用牙膏组合物中所使用的公知的香料材料。作为香料材料为,例如,如下所示:薄荷油、留兰香油、茴香油、桉叶油、冬青油、肉桂油、丁香油、百里草油、鼠尾草油、柠檬油、橙油、薄荷油(ハツカ油)、豆蔻油、芫荽油、橘皮油、梨莓油、熏衣草油、迷迭香油、月桂油、洋甘菊油、藏茴香油、马郁兰油、桂油、柠檬草油、牛至油、松针油、橙花油、玫瑰油、茉莉油、鸢尾花精油、薄荷净油、百叶蔷薇、橙花等的天然香料;将这些天然香料加工处理(例如,除初馏分、除后馏分、分馏、溶液提取、精炼、香料粉末化等)得到的香料;薄荷醇、羧酸、茴香脑、桉叶素、水杨酸甲酯、肉桂醛、丁香酚、3-L-薄荷氧基丙烷-1,2-二醇、百里酚、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、苧烯、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、N-取代-对薄荷烷-3-甲酰胺、蒎烯、辛醛、柠檬醛、胡薄荷酮、乙酸香芹酯、茴香醛、乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、环己基丙酸烯丙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苯基环氧丙酸乙酯、香草醛、十一碳内酯、己醛、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异戊醇、己烯醇、二甲基硫醚、甲基环戊烯醇酮、糠醛、三甲基吡嗪、乳酸乙酯、乳酸甲酯、硫代乙酸乙酯等单品香料;草莓味、苹果味、香蕉味、菠萝味、葡萄味、芒果味、黄油味、奶味、水果混合味、热带水果味等调和香料等。使用了这些香料材料的赋香用香料也可以作为香料使用。香料可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
香料的配比量虽然没有特别的限定,但使用香料材料时,优选相对于口腔用组合物的总量,为0.000001~1质量%。使用赋香用香料时,优选相对于口腔用组合物的总量,为0.1~2.0质量%。
作为甜味剂,例如,可列举糖精钠、阿斯巴甜、甜菊糖、甜菊提取物、对甲氧基肉桂醛、新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮、紫苏葶、索马甜、天冬氨酰苯丙氨酸甲酯等。甜味素可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
作为着色剂,例如,可列举红色2号、红色3号、红色225号、红色226号、黄色4号、黄色5号、黄色205号、蓝色1号、蓝色2号、蓝色201号、蓝色204号、绿色3号,氧化钛等。着色剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
作为防腐剂,可列举:对羟基苯甲酸酯类(例如,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯等)、对羟基安息香酸酯(例如,对羟基安息香酸甲酯、对羟基安息香酸丁酯)、安息香酸钠等。防腐剂可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
甜味剂、着色剂及防腐剂各自的配比量可在不阻碍本发明的效果的范围内适当地调整。
其他的有效成分,如果是(A)~(D)成分以外的成分就可以。例如,可列举聚磷酸盐类、碱金属单氟磷酸酯(例如,单氟磷酸钠等)、氟化合物(例如,氟化钠、氟化亚锡等)、水溶性磷酸化合物(例如,水溶性磷酸的钾盐、水溶性磷酸的钠盐等)、抗炎症剂(甘草酸及其盐、甘草次酸、氨甲环酸、ε-氨基己酸、尿囊素氯羟基铝、甘菊环烃、氯化钠、维他命C、维他命E等)、酶(例如,葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、葡聚醣酶等)、扁柏醇、抗坏血酸、d1-生育酚乙酸酯、二氢胆固醇、α-没药醇、氯已定盐、叶绿素铜、叶绿酸铜钠盐、叶绿素、螯合型磷酸化合物(例如,甘油磷酸)、铜化合物(例如,葡萄糖酸铜等)、乳酸铝、氯化锶、硝酸钾、小檗碱、异羟肟酸及其衍生物、顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、表二氢胆甾醇、杀菌剂(氯化十六烷基吡啶、苯扎氯铵、三氯生、氯化溶菌酶等)、牙石预防剂(沸石、聚磷酸盐(例如,三聚磷酸钠等)等)、烟焦油去除剂(聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等)、感觉过敏预防剂(例口,乳酸铝、硝酸钾等)等。口腔用组合物为牙贴用组合物时,优选聚磷酸盐。口腔用组合物为牙膏用组合物时,优选氟化合物。
药效成分可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内,药效成分的配比量可以采用各自药效成分的有效量。
作为本发明的口腔用组合物的利用形态,例如,可列举牙膏、液态牙膏、液体牙膏、湿粉状牙膏、粉状牙膏等牙膏组合物、漱口组合物、牙贴用组合物(膏体组合物)。
本发明的口腔用组合物可以作为牙贴用组合物。牙贴用组合物可以以直接贴在牙齿的方式使用,也可以以含有牙贴用组合物和支撑体的牙贴用片的方式使用。尤其是通过与牙贴用片的方式使用,由于可以长时间贴在牙齿上(包上),因此与其他使用方式比较,可以付与牙齿高光泽感,在光泽的持续性方面,也能得到显著的效果。牙贴用片可以例如以牙贴用膜、牙贴用片的方式制剂化。
本发明的口腔用组合物的剂形,可以根据使用方式进行选择,没有特别限定。作为剂形,例如,可列举溶液状、凝胶状、膏状等。
本发明的口腔用组合物的制造方法没有特别限定,可根据剂形,用各自通常的方法配制得到。
例如作为牙膏用组合物时的制造方法,例如,可在配制水溶性成分后,混入其以外的成分,根据需要进行消泡(例如,减压等)的方法。得到的牙膏,可以收容于容器中制成制品。容器的形状、材质没有特别限制,可以使用通常的牙膏用组合物中使用的容器,例如,可列举聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、尼龙等塑料容器等。
牙贴用组合物(膏体组合物)的制造方法的一例如下所示。将水溶性成分投入水中使之溶解。根据需要,将得到的溶液pH用pH缓冲剂等通常调节至4.0~10.0,优选5.0~9.0。在该溶液中依次投入其他的成分混合。混合可以根据需要在减压条件下进行。投入表面活性剂混合。表面活性剂的投入可以在常压下进行,但表面活性剂的混合更希望在减压条件下进行。
得到的牙贴用组合物,如上所述,可以和支撑体一起制成牙贴用片。即,牙贴用片是含有包含上述牙贴组合物的黏着层和保持黏着层的支撑体的片。
优选支撑体优选具有可以适用于口腔内的安全性。支撑体的材料优选水不溶性材料。例如,可列举纤维素、纤维素衍生物(例如,羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素等)、纸、纸浆、丝绸、棉、聚乙烯、发泡聚乙烯、聚丙烯、发泡聚丙烯、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、乙酸乙烯酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、乙酸酯、尼龙、人造丝、金、铂、银、钯、钛、镍、铬、钴、铜、铝、铁等。这些材料可以单独1种或2种以上组合使用。
作为支撑体的形态,例如,可列举织造布、非织造布、膜、金属箔等。这其中,从安装感、抑制唾液分泌的观点考虑,优选织造布、非织造布、膜,更优选非织造布。
作为织造布及非织造布的材料,在上述材料的例子中,优选选自于聚乙烯、发泡聚乙烯、聚丙烯、发泡聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龙、人造丝、棉、纸浆、纸及丝绸中的1种或2种以上的组合,更优选聚乙烯、人造丝、聚酯,更优选低密度聚乙烯、人造丝、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。非织造布的每单位面积质量优选为10~300g/m2。非织造布的制造方法没有特别限定,例如可以是干式法、湿式法、纺粘法、熔喷法、热粘合法、化学结合法、针刺法、水刺法、针脚式接合法、蒸汽喷射法等的任一种。
支撑体可以由单独1层构成,也可以由2层以上构成。由2层以上构成时,距离与黏着剂层(牙贴用组合物的层)接触的层最远的层,优选由亲水性及吸水性高的材料形成的层构成。由此,由于可以吸收并保持口腔内产生的唾液,故能更加提高使用感。作为亲水性及吸水性高的材料,例如,可列举人造丝、纸浆、棉、丝绸、纸。与膏体组合物接触的层,优选由水不透过性的材料构成。由此,膏体组合物可高效率地吸附到牙齿上,且可显著地抑制膏体组合物的干燥。作为水不透过性的材料,例如,可列举聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等。支撑体的表面,可以是粗糙面也可以是光滑面。
作为支撑体,优选在由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯构成的层和由人造丝构成的层之间具有由聚乙烯或聚丙烯构成的中间层的3层结构。尤其,更优选在由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯构成的水刺非织造布和含有人造丝的水刺非织造布之间具有聚乙烯或聚丙烯的中间层的3层结构,进一步优选在由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯构成的水刺非织造布和含有人造丝的水刺非织造布之间具有低密度聚乙烯的中间层的3层结构。这些3层结构的支撑体记载于日本专利特开2010-168370号公报。
使牙贴用组合物(膏体组合物)支撑(保持)于支撑体中的方法没有特别限制。例如,可列举使用刮板、摊开器等的用具,向支撑体上涂抹膏体组合物的方法。
在牙贴用片中,牙贴用组合物构成直接黏着在牙齿上的黏着剂层。优选黏着剂层由离型纸包覆。由此可以保护黏着剂层。离型纸的材料,优选聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等)。离型纸的材料,可以是单独1种,也可以是2种以上。优选离型纸的单面或双面上涂布有非黏着性物质(例如,蜡、硅酮、聚四氟乙烯(商品名称:Teflon(注册商标))等),优选单面上涂布有硅酮。离型纸的厚度,通常为25~200μm,优选为35~100μm。
牙贴用片的尺寸没有特别限定。厚度通常为0.1~5mm,优选为0.2~3mm。黏着剂层作为正面时的横向宽度通常为3~10mm,优选5~7mm。纵向宽度通常为1~7mm,优选为2~5mm。
牙贴用片的形状没有特别限定。只要是能够贴到牙齿外周至少一部分的形状就可以,优选能够贴到嘴唇侧的牙齿的面的至少一部分的形状,牙贴用片也可以有翻折部分、切入部分等。
牙贴用片的制造方法没有特别限定。例如,一体型制剂时,可以通过在支撑体和离型纸之间涂上膏体组合物,切制成所希望的尺寸及形状进行制造。
上述牙贴用片是预先将牙贴用组合物涂到支撑体上的一体型制剂,但将支撑体和牙贴用组合物分开包装,使用时将膏体组合物涂到支撑体上的制剂,作为本发明的实施方式也是有用的。即,也可以是包含收纳于容器中的牙贴用组合物、支撑体和刮板的牙贴用套装。
本发明的口腔用组合物对牙齿的适用条件没有特别限定,但优选例如每次每个上下颚用片大约0.2g~2g左右,1天1~5次左右,每次的处理时间为1分~5分左右。由此,可以付与牙齿表面良好的光泽,能长时间地持续光泽感。
当本发明的口腔用组合物适用于牙齿表面时,形成皮膜,产生光泽感。推测光泽感的产生源于以下的作用。组合物中(A)成分1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,通过该共聚物结构中存在的酰胺基之间的氢键等分子间相互作用力,形成缔合对。进一步地,2个以上的缔合对通过范德华力等的相互作用形成束状,缠绕成网眼状,阻碍了相互间的运动,失去了流动性。可以认为在口腔内,由于在该网眼状的缠绕中锁住了唾液,由此产生了光泽感。
实施例
下面,以实施例以及比较例对本发明进行具体的说明,但本发明并不仅限于下述实施例。另外,表中的%在没有特别规定的情况下为质量%,表中的山梨糖醇为纯度70%,其他各成分为纯度100%。
实施例1~17、比较例1~5〔由牙贴用片形成的包装体〕
关于各实施例及比较例,如表1-1~1-3所示配入成分,制成牙贴用片。
〔膏体组合物的配制〕
向(D)成分中边搅拌边投入粘合剂(增黏性硅酸酐),进一步添加溶有水溶性成分((A)成分、(C)成分、三聚磷酸钠)的蒸馏水。根据需要使用pH缓冲剂使调节后的膏体组合物的pH为5.0~9.0。接着依次投入研磨剂(硅酸酐)、香料、甜味剂(糖精钠),减压到4kPa混合均匀。暂且返回到常压,投入表面活性剂((B)成分及月桂基硫酸钠)后再度减压至4kPa混合,配制膏体组合物。另外,pH是将25℃的膏体组合物本身的pH直接用pH计(东亚DKK株式会社制,HM-26S)进行测定的。
〔牙贴用片的制作〕
将用上述方法配制的膏体组合物(黏着剂层)涂布在将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯非织造布(水刺法,信和株式会社制)积层于低密度聚乙烯·人造丝非织造布(具有低密度聚乙烯膜层的人造丝非织造布,水刺法,信和株式会社制)的低密度聚乙烯侧得到的3层支撑体的黏着剂涂层面上。3层支撑体的厚度如下:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层为12μm,低密度聚乙烯层为12μm,人造丝层为20μm。为将黏着剂层制成规定的厚度,边用支撑体和离型纸(藤森工业株式会社FILMBYNA75E-0010BD乳白)的用硅酮涂覆的面夹住,边用摊开器(花荣机械工业制,三辊涂布机)涂布,得到多层体。接着,将多层体分切成横向宽度62mm、纵向宽度25mm的大小,并同时分切成横向宽度52mm、纵向宽度24mm的大小,分别作为上颚用牙贴用片、下颚用牙贴用片。
没有离型纸的牙贴用片,例如,可以通过从用上述方法配制的牙贴片上只剥离离型纸的方法或通过在支撑体的黏着剂涂布面上用刮板等涂布膏体组合物的方法来配制。
牙贴用片的配制中使用的各成分的详细如下所述。
·1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物(分子量4000,多元醇预聚物-2,日光化学株式会社制)
·1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物(分子量18000,多元醇预聚物-14,日光化学株式会社制)
·巴西棕榈蜡(东亚化成株式会社制)
·紫胶(金田株式会社制)
·聚氧乙烯(平均EO加成摩尔数20)氢化蓖麻油(符合医药部外品原料规格2006,日本表面活性剂(サ一ファクタント)工业株式会社制,NIKKOL HCO-20)
·山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯(理研维他命株式会社RIKEMAL系列,POEM系列)
·聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚

实施例18~22、比较例6~8
关于各实施例以及比较例,配入表2所示的成分,制成牙膏。
〔牙膏的配制〕
(1)常温下在纯化水中混合溶解水溶性成分(粘合剂(增黏性硅酸酐)、丙二醇、防腐剂(对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯)等除外)配制A相。
(2)配制使粘合剂以及防腐剂在常温下分散于丙二醇中的B相。
(3)将B相添加混合于搅拌中的A相中,配制C相。
(4)使用1.5L的捏合机(石山工作所制),在常温下将水溶性成分以外的成分(含有香料、研磨剂(硅酸酐)、(B)成分的表面活性剂)混合到C相中,通过减压(2666Pa)进行消泡,得到牙膏1.2kg。
牙膏的配制中使用的各成分的详细如下所述。

·山梨糖醇(70%水溶液制品,符合医药部外品原料规格2006,三菱商事Foodtech株式会社制)

关于实施例以及比较例的牙贴用片以及牙膏进行下述评价。
〔评价〕
〔1.光泽效果的评价〕
关于牙贴用片,让10名受试者紧贴到牙齿3分钟,剥离后刷牙,漱口一次后,用镜子观察4颗前牙(上下),评价光泽效果。关于牙膏,让10名受试者用1g牙膏刷牙3分钟,漱口一次后,用镜子观察4颗前牙(上下),评价光泽效果。评价标准如下。
(光泽效果的评价标准)
◎:感觉到牙齿表面非常有光泽或光泽感。
○:感觉到牙齿表面有光泽或光泽感。
△:感觉到牙齿表面稍微有光泽或光泽感。
×:感觉不到牙齿表面有光泽或光泽感。
〔2.液体分离的评价〕
将牙膏或膏体组合物分别填充于层压管中,每管50g。层压管为直径26mm、管口内径8mm的层压管(大日本印刷株式会社制)。容器的层构成如下:从最外层开始,为低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)55/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)12/LDPE20/白LDPE60/乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚树脂(EMAA)20/涂覆绝缘树脂(AL)10/EMAA30/LDPE20/直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)30(数值表示各层的厚度(μm)),总厚度为257μm。
各实施例以及比较例各准备3只。将这些分别在50℃下保存一个月后,在草纸上挤出牙膏或膏体组合物10cm,测定草纸上渗出的液体的长度,液体分离的程度按下述4个阶段的评分来评价。算出3只评分的平均值,根据下述评价标准进行评价。
(评分)
4分:完全观察不到液体分离。
3分:挤出时,管口边能看到极少的液体分离,但使用上没有问题。
2分:挤出时,管口边能看到1~3cm的液体分离。
1分:挤出时,管口边能看到超过3cm以上的液体分离。
(评价标准)
◎:3.5分以上、4.0分以下
○:3.0分以上、不足3.5分
△:2.0分以上、不足3.0
×:不足2.0分
另外,制剂的液体分离稳定性依赖于温度,温度越高显示有促进液体分离的倾向。作为在一个月的保存时间内使评价成为可能的保存温度,选择50℃。
〔3.光泽效果的持续性评价〕
关于牙贴用片,让10名受试者紧贴到牙齿3分钟,剥离后,用镜子观察4颗前牙(上下)的表面,评价光泽及光泽感,作为初期值。在此30分钟后观察各牙齿表面,评价光泽及光泽感。关于牙膏,让10名受试者用1g牙膏刷牙3分钟后,用镜子观察3颗前牙(上下)的表面,评价光泽及光泽感,作为初期值。在此30分钟后观察各牙齿表面,评价光泽及光泽感。评价标准如下。
(评价标准)
◎:与初期值相比,能感觉到30分钟后的牙齿表面非常有光泽或光泽感。
○:与初期值相比,能感觉到30分钟后的牙齿表面有光泽或光泽感。
△:与初期值相比,能感觉到30分钟后的牙齿表面稍微有光泽或光泽感。
×:与初期值相比,感觉不到30分钟后的牙齿表面有光泽或光泽感。

由表1-1~1-3可清楚了解到,与比较例1~5的试验包装体比较,实施例1~17的牙贴用片的光泽效果、液体分离稳定性及光泽效果的持续性的任一个都优异。由表2可清楚了解到,与比较例6~8的牙膏比较,实施例18~22的牙膏的光泽效果及液体分离稳定性优异。该结果表明,本发明的口腔用组合物可以付与牙齿充分的光泽感,防止液体分离,且能持续光泽感。
Claims (13)
1.一种口腔用组合物,其中,含有(A)成分:1,1-亚甲基-双(4-异氰酸基环己烷)·聚丙二醇共聚物,及(B)成分:非离子表面活性剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,(B)成分是选自于甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯高级醇醚及山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯构成的组群中的1种或2种以上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的口腔用组合物,其中,相对于口腔用组合物的总量,(A)成分的配比量在0.01质量%以上。
4.如权利要求1~3的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,相对于口腔用组合物的总量,(B)成分的配比量在0.1质量%以上。
5.如权利要求1~4的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,进一步含有(C)成分:有机类粘合剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的口腔用组合物,其中,(C)成分是选自于纤维素类粘合剂、卡拉胶及海藻酸钠构成的组群中的1种或2种以上。
7.如权利要求1~6的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,进一步含有(D)成分:糖醇及/或醇。
8.如权利要求7所述的口腔用组合物,其中,(D)成分是选自于甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇及乙醇构成的组群中的1种或2种以上。
9.如权利要求1~8的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,为牙膏用组合物。
10.如权利要求1~8的任一项所述的口腔用组合物,为牙贴用组合物。
11.一种牙贴用片,其中,含有包含权利要求10所述的口腔用组合物的黏着剂层和支撑所述黏着剂层的支撑体。
12.一种牙贴用套装,其中,包含收纳于容器中的权利要求10所述的口腔用组合物、支撑体和刮板。
13.一种付与牙齿表面光泽的方法,是将权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物附着于牙齿表面。
