Abstract

一种层绞式光缆。其包括的多根松套管内设有多根光导纤维和阻水纱,松套管之间设有填充绳,填充绳外为纵包阻水带,纵包阻水带外设有轧纹钢带,轧纹钢带外为聚乙烯外护套。纵包阻水带和阻水纱遇水迅速膨胀,达到阻水效果;轧纹钢带和填充绳提高光缆的抗拉性能,使得光缆能够承受比较大的安装落差。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种光缆,特别是具有抗拉、防水性能的层绞式结构的光缆。
    背景技术
    目前,光缆主要是采用松套管、松套管内的光纤以及缆芯外的护套组成,为了防止水和潮气进入光缆,影响光纤传输效果,在松套管内放置阻水纤膏,在缆芯外及缆芯间隙处填充阻水缆膏,由此传统的光缆在使用时,清洁油膏花费很多时间,油膏会污染环境,会影响光纤质量,同时也会受到安装落差的限制,使用场合也多受限制。
    发明内容
    为了克服现有的光缆中的油膏污染环境,影响光缆通信质量的不足,本发明提供一种层绞式光缆,其不会引发二次污染,具有抗拉、防水性能,通信质量高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为,层绞式光缆包括多个松套管,每个松套管内设有多根光导纤维和阻水纱,松套管之间设有填充绳,填充绳外为纵包阻水带,纵包阻水带外设有轧纹钢带,轧纹钢带外为聚乙烯外护套。
本发明的有益效果是,纵包阻水带和阻水纱遇水迅速膨胀,达到阻水效果;轧纹钢带和填充绳提高光缆的抗拉性能,使得光缆能够承受比较大的安装落差。

在图1中,层绞式光缆包括四个松套管3,每个松套管3内设有多根光导纤维1和阻水纱2,松套管3之间设有填充绳4,填充绳4外为纵包阻水带5,纵包阻水带5外设有轧纹钢带6,轧纹钢带6外为聚乙烯外护套7。

1.一种层绞式光缆,其包括多个松套管,每个松套管内设有多根光导纤维和阻水纱,其特征是:松套管之间设有填充绳,填充绳外为纵包阻水带,纵包阻水带外设有轧纹钢带,轧纹钢带外为聚乙烯外护套。
