Abstract

一种丝状涡轮,包括喷嘴,壳体和转子,所述转子叶片为丝状,丝状叶片可以相互平行呈多层鸟笼状,也可纵横交错呈三维网状。转子轴中空并开有排气孔。这种丝状涡轮用丝状叶片取代传统特斯拉涡轮的薄圆盘,由于丝状叶片固定在两个厚圆盘上,所以比薄圆盘刚度好,不易变形,使转子可以做得直径更大而不易变形。丝状叶片形成的丝网结构还可对喷嘴气流具有一定的消音效果,降低机器噪音。

本发明涉及一种丝状涡轮,属汽轮机技术领域。
背景技术
特斯拉涡轮又称无叶涡轮,其形状是一根轴上按一定间距固定有多个光滑且薄的圆盘,气流从切线方向冲击这些圆盘,利用边界层效应带动这些圆盘和轴一起转动。该涡轮虽然具有结构简单、体积紧凑、效率高、成本低等优点,但因为圆盘尺寸大时刚度不够易变形,导致盘间涡流挠动大,振动大等缺点而未能普及应用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种丝状涡轮,该丝状涡轮包括喷嘴,壳体和转子,所述转子叶片为丝状,一般为金属丝,丝状叶片固定于两个圆盘之间,丝状叶片可以相互平行呈多层鸟笼状,也可纵横交错呈三维网状。转子轴中空并开有排气孔。喷嘴沿切线方向向转子喷气,气流会在壳体内侧的导向作用下形成涡流,由于布满转子的丝状叶片大大增加了转子与气流的接触面,根据边界层效应,转子将被气流带动一起旋转,从而实现转子的转动。这种丝状涡轮用丝状叶片取代传统特斯拉涡轮的薄圆盘,由于丝状叶片固定在两个厚圆盘上,所以比薄圆盘刚度好,不易变形,使转子可以做得直径更大而不易变形。丝状叶片形成的丝网结构还可对喷嘴气流具有一定的消音效果,降低机器噪音。
本发明的有益效果是,可以使涡轮的尺寸做大,从而功率加大且运行更平稳可靠,噪音降低。

具体实施方式
在图中,壳体(2)上有喷嘴(1),壳体(2)内有转子,转子由固定盘(3)和固定于固定盘(3)之间的丝状叶片(4)构成,转子轴(7)中空并开有排气孔(6)联通到排气口(5)。
工作时气体由喷嘴(1),喷入壳体(2)内,气流会在壳体(2)内侧的导向作用下形成涡流,由于固定盘(3)之间布满丝状叶片(4)大大增加了转子与气流的接触面,根据边界层效应,转子将被气流带动一起旋转,从而实现转子的转动,做完功的泛气由转子轴(7)上的排气孔(6)通到排气口(5)排出。

1.一种丝状涡轮,包括喷嘴,壳体和转子,其特征是:转子的叶片为丝状,丝状叶片固定于两个圆盘之间,转子轴中空并开有排气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝状涡轮,其特征是丝状叶片相互平行呈多层鸟笼状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝状涡轮,其特征是丝状叶片纵横交错呈三维网状。
