Abstract
本发明提供一种保护电气开关设备以及其固定装置，其包括一个定位于一个型材轨的带有一个锁钩的接触器，借助于一些导电插头使一个可更换的热继电器与该接触器相连。在这二个相对器壁之间形成一个通路以便使一个旋凿可进入这个锁钩的一个孔眼。
Description
本发明涉及一种热保护的电气设备，一方面，它包括一个接触器，其一个壁被延伸在具有适合与型材轨结合的、並能借助一工具打开锁钩的固定底座中间，该接触器在靠近它的前端面有一些电源端子和至少一个信号端子，而另一方面，它包括一个带有连接平面的热继电器，该连接面带有一些导电插头，该插头适合***这些电源端子以形成电气连接，为了固定该继电器，将这个平面放置在紧近接触器壁处。
在遵循上述结构并已广泛地用于电动机供电的先有设备中，为了有通路进入该固定锁钩并更换该装置，需要把热继电器与接触器相分离;这个需求是由于该锁钩一般是被安置在接触器的对称平面，而其本身是通过该热继电器的一个区域，该热继电器包含有将其连接到接触器一些端子的一些导电插头。
实际上，不需要经常更换单个接触器，因为所选的电源开关的触点的操作周期数是明显大于有效使用的触点操作周期数;然而，设计者必须考虑到可能出现的电磁线圈的变坏和控制柜内重新组织设备的需求，以使维修人员便于工作。
本发明力图向用户提供一种保护开关设备，它的一般结构遵上所述，其中，根据所提需求，采取相应措施。
本发明的目的是这样来实现：这个连接面有一个凹座或孔口，它在操作锁钩的凹口与邻近于接触器前端面的热继电器前端面之间，与信号端子对置地垂直延伸到型材轨的固定平面RR′。
本发明参考下述的二个附图阅读以下的描述将更为明了：
图1是一种保护开关设备的正视图，在该图中，接触器和继电器是被分离的;和
图2是图1中的该设备的一个左视图，在该图中，接触器和继电器是被联结在一起的。
一个保护开关设备 1 是由一个能使多相电流通到负载（例如一个电机）的接触器 2 和一个能对低的持续过载电流起反应的热继电器 3 所构成。
接触器 2 被固定到一个型材轨 4上，该型材轨被固定到墙或板（例如5）上。
首先，该接触器 2 有第一组电源开关，其输入端和输出端分别以标号6、7、8和9、10、11所示，其次，该接触器有第二组信号开关（由图1能看出仅仅包含一个开关），开关有一个输入端 13，和一个输出端 14。
接触器的外壳 12 在它的底部 15 下面有一个凹座 16 并由一个固定边 17 被限制住，在它的对面，容纳一个有弹性的可移动钩或锁钩 20 的末端18（见图2），这个固定边和这个末端被定位到型材轨 4 的折缘21、22上（见图1），该锁钩 20 有一个悬臂23和一个操作眼状物（或操作凹口）24，它相对于接触器的对称平面PP′是被横向偏置的。
这种偏置可使悬臂和/或凹口直达外壳 12 边壁 25 的平面，但並不一定意味着：锁钩 20 的末端 18 本身基本上是相对于平面PP′被偏置的。
然而，这种横向偏置使该操作凹口 24 接近于壁 25 ，在该壁旁安装了辅助开关的端子13、14。
该热继电器3的外壳26以其上的一个面27对置在接触器的一个表面28上，它有三个突出的导电插头31、32、33，它们的间距和长度被选成能***端子9、10、11，而且在此能被相应的螺钉夹持住。
这些插头构成以下电流回路的输入，该回路由双金属片组成并在其对面29上的输出端35、36、37终止。
必需指出，处于这些端子上螺钉跟前的数目字与所述部件的标号无关，它们相应于被选作识别其功能的标准化标号。当继电器3与接触器2相连接时，实际上该平面PP′形成了这二个部件所共有的一个对称平面。
在表面27的一边区设置一个凹座或孔口30，它的定位面对着辅助开关端子14，但并不妨碍包含插头31、32、33的区域38。最好使这个孔口敞开到热继电器的一个侧面19上，该侧面延伸在接触器的横向面25上。
当该接触器和该热继电器相连结时（见图2），这个孔口实际上垂直地延伸到型材轨的固定平面RR′，该孔口由表面27、28的紧接靠近所限定，并使在继电器3前端面43（在接触器的前端面44的邻近）和操作凹口24之间能够放进一个工具（例如一个旋凿40），以便在G方向传递一个移动用于释放锁钩20的末端18。
如图2所示，该热继电器的机械连接其一部分是由夹入端子的插头所提供的，並由从平面27突出一个钩子41穿入到平面28内敞开的凹口42来完成的。
Claims (2)
1、一种热保护电气设备，其一方面包括一个接触器，它的一个壁被延伸在具有适合与型材轨锁合的、並能借助一工具打开锁钩的固定底座中间，该接触器在靠近它的前端面有一些电源端子和至少一个信号端子，而其另一方面包括一个带有连接平面的热继电器，该连接面带有一些导电插头，该插头适合***这些电源端子以便形成电气连接，为了固定该继电器，将这个平面放置在这接触器壁的紧近处，
其中上述连接面有一个凹座或孔口在操作锁钩的凹口与邻近于接触器前端间的热继电器前端面之间，与信号端子对置地垂直延伸到型材轨的固定平面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的开关设备，其中，信号端子靠近接触器的一个边壁，在那儿上述凹座终止于热继电器的横向表面，向着一个锁钩的凹口延伸，该锁钩相对于该继电器和该接触器所共有的界面是横向偏置的。
