技术领域
本发明总体涉及万向节组件,更具体地确保万向节在组装期间完全接合。
背景技术
对于某些万向节的组装,重要的是确保万向节的部件在组装过程中完全接合。这确保了组件的正常功能。例如,在转向组件中,中间转向柱轴可以连接到万向节叉以形成万向节。万向节叉转而连接到转向齿轮输入轴。在转向齿轮输入轴到万向节叉的组装期间,希望的是确保部件在组装过程中完全接合,从而避免装配线工人以为组件是完全接合的,但是事实上不是。
发明内容

参照图1-5,一部分车辆转向组件20被显示。转向组件20可以包括转向盘22、转向柱24、万向节叉(万向节联接件)26、转向齿轮输入轴28和转向齿轮组件30。转向柱24可以包括中间轴32。转向盘22、转向柱24和转向齿轮组件30可以是常规的所以将不进一步在此讨论。中间轴32可以连接万向节叉26,以形成万向节34,其允许相对于万向节叉26枢转中间轴32。此万向节34也可以是常规的所以将不进一步在此讨论。

Claims (10)
1.一种万向节组件,包括:

万向节联接件,其包括主体,主体具有带开口的输入轴孔,输入轴孔构造成通过开口以可滑动的接合接收轴,主体包括第二紧固件孔,其大致垂直于输入轴孔延伸;
弹簧夹,其包括固定到主体的固定端,由柔性材料制成的并从固定端延伸的柔性中间部分,和在固定端的相对端的指部,指部在开口前面延伸并且构造成在轴滑动进入输入轴孔时接合轴并在轴处于相对于输入轴孔的完全***位置时延伸进入保持槽口,在所述弹簧夹的通常不弯曲位置,所述柔性中间部分抵靠所述主体的弹簧表面平放;和
