本发明提供一种以榴莲为主原料,纯天然的,制作简单方便、无污染、无添加剂,且营养丰富,有效促进身体健康,提高免疫力的营养粉。
本发明的方案如下:
原料及重量份数为:榴莲粉40-50 份、荞麦粉20-25 份、芝麻粉15-20份、白果5-8 份、莲子5-8 份、绿豆6-9 份、黄豆4-5 份、苡米2-3份、木耳3-6 份、黑米3-6 份。
最佳的,原料及重量份数为:榴莲粉45 份、荞麦粉20 份、芝麻粉17份、白果7 份、莲子5 份、绿豆9 份、黄豆4 份、苡米2份、木耳5 份、黑米3 份。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、  榴莲的营养价值极高,含淀粉、糖、蛋白质,另含维生素、铁、钙、钾等。食用后对人体体质会有很大改善;
2、  制作过程简单,原料为市场上常见物品,材料便宜;
3、  榴莲性热,是寒性体质者的理想补品。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例一:
原料及重量份数为:榴莲粉40份、荞麦粉20份、芝麻粉15份、白果5份、莲子5份、绿豆6份、黄豆4 份、苡米2-份、木耳3 份、黑米3 份。
实施例二:
原料及重量份数为:榴莲粉45 份、荞麦粉20 份、芝麻粉17份、白果7 份、莲子5 份、绿豆9 份、黄豆4 份、苡米2份、木耳5 份、黑米3 份。
实施例三:
榴莲粉50 份、荞麦粉25 份、芝麻粉20份、白果8 份、莲子8 份、绿豆9 份、黄豆5 份、苡米3份、木耳6 份、黑米6 份。
通过三个实施例不同的用量配方,实施例一中各成分用量相对较少,经冲泡后口味较清淡,而相应的营养不会过于丰富,适合营养过盛的人饮用;实施例二各成分用量均匀,经冲泡后味道适中,各方面营养均衡,适合大多数人饮用;实施例三各成分用量充足,经冲泡后味道浓郁,而相应的营养方面比较丰富,适合体质虚弱者饮用。
由以上三种实施例可知实施例二是最佳实施例配比,适合普通大众。
本发明经过加工制作成颗粒或块状食品,包装成袋,方便食用。
