本发明涉及一种耐酸碱红色母粒,红色母粒由以下成分按照重量比组成:颜料红177为14~18份、苯乙烯为19~22份、甘油为3~4份、特丁基对苯二酚为4~5份、酚醛树脂为7~9份、聚丙烯酰胺为3~5份、石灰石粉为2~4份。制备得到的红色母粒具有良好的耐酸碱性和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒,特别是涉及一种耐酸碱红色母粒。
背景技术
色母粒具有非常广的应用,可用在塑料中,帮助颜料均匀的分散在体系中。色母粒一般由颜料和树脂混合而成,再添加一些其他分散剂成分后具有良好的性能。在常规的色母粒使用过程中,由于放置时间过长,会产生色母粒性质不稳定的情况发生。同时,由于色母粒不具有耐酸碱性能,在它应用到塑胶中后,会对塑胶的耐酸碱性能产生影响,因此我们需要增强色母粒的耐酸碱性能。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的色母粒耐酸碱性能较差、稳定性较差的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐酸碱红色母粒,红色母粒由以下成分按照重量比组成:颜料红177为14~18份、苯乙烯为19~22份、甘油为3~4份、特丁基对苯二酚为4~5份、酚醛树脂为7~9份、聚丙烯酰胺为3~5份、石灰石粉为2~4份。其中,颜料红177优选为14份;苯乙烯优选为22份;甘油优选为3份;酚醛树脂优选为9份。
耐酸碱红色母粒制备方法如下:称取颜料红177为14~18kg、苯乙烯为19~22kg、甘油为3~4kg、特丁基对苯二酚为4~5kg、酚醛树脂为7~9kg、聚丙烯酰胺为3~5kg、石灰石粉为2~4kg,用双螺杆锥形混合机进行混匀,混匀时间为15min,再使用双螺杆挤压机进行高温混溶,温度为160℃,螺杆转速为150r/min,螺杆挤压高温混匀后,将混合体进行造粒、干燥,得到红色母粒。
有益效果:本发明制备得到的红色母粒具有优异的耐酸碱性能,可耐15wt%的氢氧化镁溶液浸泡10天不发生变化,耐20wt%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡10天不发生变化。另外在室温下放置6个月后,色泽没有发生变化。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取颜料红177为18kg、苯乙烯为19kg、甘油为4kg、特丁基对苯二酚为4kg、酚醛树脂为7kg、聚丙烯酰胺为5kg、石灰石粉为2kg,用双螺杆锥形混合机进行混匀,混匀时间为15min,再使用双螺杆挤压机进行高温混溶,温度为160℃,螺杆转速为150r/min,螺杆挤压高温混匀后,将混合体进行造粒、干燥,得到红色母粒。
实施例2
红色母粒制备方法同实施例1,具体成分含量如下:颜料红177为16kg、苯乙烯为21kg、甘油为3kg、特丁基对苯二酚为5kg、酚醛树脂为8kg、聚丙烯酰胺为3kg、石灰石粉为3kg。
实施例3
红色母粒制备方法同实施例1,具体成分含量如下:颜料红177为14kg、苯乙烯为22kg、甘油为4kg、特丁基对苯二酚为4kg、酚醛树脂为9kg、聚丙烯酰胺为4kg、石灰石粉为4kg。
制备得到红色母粒后,对红色母粒的耐酸碱性和稳定性进行了考察。实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的红色母粒分别放入15wt%的氢氧化镁溶液浸泡10天,20wt%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡10天。另外在室温下放置6个月。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的红色母粒在15wt%的氢氧化镁溶液浸泡10天,20wt%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡10天后,均没有发生改变,具有良好的耐酸碱性。另外在室温下放置6个月后,色泽没有发生变化,也具有良好的稳定性。

1.一种耐酸碱红色母粒,其特征在于制备方法如下:称取颜料红177为18kg、苯乙烯为19kg、甘油为4kg、特丁基对苯二酚为4kg、酚醛树脂为7kg、聚丙烯酰胺为5kg、石灰石粉为2kg,用双螺杆锥形混合机进行混匀,混匀时间为15min,再使用双螺杆挤压机进行高温混溶,温度为160℃,螺杆转速为150r/min,螺杆挤压高温混匀后,将混合体进行造粒、干燥,得到红色母粒。
