Abstract

本发明公开了一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用以下技术方案:a、在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330和三羟甲基丙烷TMP,催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,三聚氰胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯,硅油,三乙胺,加全氟醇,链引发剂,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;c、待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化30~100分钟,脱模,即得聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品,本发明将有机氟基团引入聚氨酯链段中进行改性,制得含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料拒水拒油性能好,安全无毒,环境友好,工艺操作简单。

一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及塑料领域,特别涉及一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法。
背景技术:
在过去的几十年中硬质聚氨酯泡沫量在全世界快速稳步增长,依据IAL报告提供的数据,2001年全球聚氨酯消耗量为987.6万t其中硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料为227.1万t,占,23%,2002年全世界共生产聚氨酯产品1016.4万t,随着聚氨酯行业的持续发展,目前全球聚氨酯泡沫塑料的需求年均增长率一直保持在7%左右,截止2010年,世界聚氨酯产品产量约为1690万吨,据有关资料报道,聚氨酯硬泡(RPUF)具有优良的物理机械性能、电学性能、声学性能及耐化学腐蚀性能,并与多种材料具有很强的粘结力,聚氨酯硬泡主要用于冷藏、建筑保温、汽车等行业,近年来,国内由于建筑墙体、层面保温、热力管道、油田运输管道、冰箱和冰柜保温,家具、门窗板材等领域大量应用,聚氨酯硬泡增速较快,过去5年内,年均需求增速超过25%,2007年国内聚氨酯硬泡产量达到90万吨左右。未来随着建筑保温节能市场的不断拓展,聚氨酯硬泡需求有望迎来爆发式增长,硬泡领域为聚氨酯行业未来最大的需求亮点,预计未来5年内,聚氨酯硬泡仍将以15%~20%以上的速度增长。为了弥补耐水、拒油性能低这一缺陷,通常在聚氨酯结构中嵌入强疏水性链段,众所周知,氟碳烷烃具有极低的表面自由能,在各种基体低表面能改性中已得到广泛应用。有机氟热稳定性和化学稳定性好,可使塑料泡沫表面能降低至油、水和污渍不能浸润的程度,且不影响硬质泡沫塑料手感、透气性、透湿性、色牢度、色光和进行其它后处理工艺。
发明内容:
发明目的:针对现有技术的不足,本发明将有机氟基团引入聚氨酯链段中进行改性,提供了一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的,一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法,本发明采用以下技术方案:
a、在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330和三羟甲基丙烷TMP,催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,三聚氰胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;
b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯,硅油,三乙胺,加全氟醇,链引发剂,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;
c、待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化30~100分钟,脱模,即得聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。
所述的全氟醇为全氟辛醇。
所述有机硅油为聚醚改性有机硅油SF-8427。
所述链引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:拒水拒油性能好,安全无毒,环境友好,工艺操作简单。 
具体实施方式:
    下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地详细说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1:
在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330(350.0kg)和三羟甲基丙烷TMP(56.0kg),催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡(0.92kg),三聚氰胺(60.0kg),釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;向得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(335.0kg),有机硅油SF-8427(135.0kg),三乙胺(15.2kg),加全氟醇(135.0kg),偶氮二异丁腈(1.0kg),水(3.2kg),高速搅拌至发泡;待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化80分钟,脱模,即得拒水据油型聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。
实施例2:
在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330(380.0kg)和三羟甲基丙烷TMP(80.0kg),催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡(0.98kg),三聚氰胺(60.0kg),釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;向得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(360.0kg),有机硅油SF-8427(140.0kg),三乙胺(15.2kg),加全氟醇(135.0kg),偶氮二异丁腈(1.0kg),水(3.2kg),高速搅拌至发泡;待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化80分钟,脱模,即得拒水据油型聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。
实施例3:
在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330(380.0kg)和三羟甲基丙烷TMP(56.0kg),催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡(0.92kg),三聚氰胺(60.0kg),釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;向得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(345.0kg),有机硅油SF-8427(135.0kg),三乙胺(15.2kg),加全氟醇(135.0kg),偶氮二异丁腈(1.0kg),水(3.2kg),高速搅拌至发泡;待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化80分钟,脱模,即得拒水据油型聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。
实施例4:
在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330(380.0kg)和三羟甲基丙烷TMP(66.0kg),催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡(0.92kg),三聚氰胺(60.0kg),釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;向得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(375.0kg),有机硅油SF-8427(145.0kg),三乙胺(15.2kg),加全氟醇(135.0kg),偶氮二异丁腈(1.0kg),水(3.2kg),高速搅拌至发泡;待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化80分钟,脱模,即得拒水据油型聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。

Claims (4)

1.一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用以下技术方案:a、在干燥、清洁的反应釜中加入计量的聚醚多元醇N330和三羟甲基丙烷TMP,催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,三聚氰胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体进行保护,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~6小时,降温至25℃,待用;
b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯,硅油,三乙胺,加全氟醇,链引发剂,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;
c、待大量泡体出现时立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化30~100分钟,脱模,即得聚氨酯硬泡塑料制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:全氟醇为全氟辛醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种拒水拒油型含氟聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:有机硅油为聚醚改性有机硅油SF-8427。
4.根据权利要求1所述含氟水性聚氨酯拒水拒油整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:链引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
