本发明公开了一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下技术步骤:a、在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃,催化剂量的辛基锡、对甲基苯磺酸,三聚氰胺,N,N—二甲基乙醇胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃;b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯,硅油,二乙胺,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;c、待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化60~150分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品,本发明所获得聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料具有以下优点:低发烟,低毒性,塑料制品阻烟性能良好,后期稳定性能好,生产工艺简便,成本较低,适于工业化生产。

一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯泡沫塑料领域,特别涉及一种新型环保型阻燃软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法。
背景技术
为提高泡沫塑料的阻燃性,工业上通常在制备聚氨酯泡沫塑料时在发泡配方中添加阻燃剂,以延缓燃烧、阻烟以及使着火部位自熄,从而使聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有一定的阻燃性能。另外,也可采用含阻燃元素的多元醇(即反应型阻燃剂)为泡沫原料,反应型阻燃剂作为一种反应成分参与反应,使聚氨酯本身含有阻燃成分,具有对材料性能影响较小、稳定性好等特点,但是,引入反应型阻燃剂具有反应操作繁琐,生产成本高等缺点,目前还处在实验室研发阶段,工业化应用较少。阻燃剂必须具有以下一种或数种功能:能在着火温度或接近着火温度下吸热分解成不可燃物质;能与泡沫燃烧产物反应生成不易燃物质;可分解出能终止泡沫自由基氧化反应的物质。选择阻燃剂,除了要考虑它对制品的阻燃效果(包括长期阻燃效果、遇火时的烟雾性等),还需考虑加入阻燃剂对发泡工艺的影响,以及对制品物性的影响。人们发现,含磷、氮、卤素、锑、铝、硼等元素的塑料制品具有较好的阻燃性能。传统阻燃材料广泛采用含卤聚合物或含卤阻燃剂组合而成的阻燃混合物。卤素阻燃剂的优点是用量少、阻燃效率高且适应性广,但其严重缺点是燃烧时生成大量的烟和有毒且具腐蚀性的气体,危害很大。一旦发生火灾,由于热分解和燃烧,会产生大量的烟雾和有毒的腐蚀性气体,从而妨碍救火和人员疏散、腐蚀仪器和设备。特别是人们发现火灾中的死亡事故有80% 以上是材料产生的浓烟和有毒气体造成的。因此无卤阻燃剂的研究和开发势必引起重视。
近年来,国内外报道了许多新型阻燃剂以及通过阻燃剂的协同作用来提高聚氨酯硬泡阻燃性能。该类阻燃剂的效果有待进一步提高,且价格相对较昂贵,一定程度上限制了聚氨酯泡沫塑料的应用。我国阻燃技术和阻燃剂发展较为迟缓,我国当前生产的阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料多以液态的含卤磷酸酯为阻燃剂,此类阻燃剂的阻燃效率尚不够令人满意,材料燃烧时生成的烟量及有毒和腐蚀性气态产物较多,对环境不友好。因此,研究阻燃剂和阻燃技术已成为十分重要的课题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种阻烟性能良好,制品稳定性能好,安全环保,适于工业化生产的无毒阻燃型聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,包括以下技术步骤:a、在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃,催化剂量的辛基锡、对甲基苯磺酸,三聚氰胺,N,N—二甲基乙醇胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃;b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯,硅油,二乙胺,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;c、待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化60~150分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。
所述的聚异氰酸酯为聚(亚甲基苯基异氰酸酯)(聚MDI)。
所述的硅油为氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷。
所述的聚四氢呋喃与三聚氰胺的加入质量比为5~16:1。
所述的聚四氢呋喃与聚异氰酸酯的加入质量比为1~5:1。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所获得聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料具有以下优点:低发烟,低毒性,生产工艺简便,成本较低,塑料制品阻烟性能良好,后期稳定性能好。
具体实施方式:
    下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地详细说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1:
在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃(320.0kg),辛基锡(1.3kg)、对甲基苯磺酸(1.0kg),三聚氰胺(50.0kg),N,N—二甲基乙醇胺(5.8kg),釜中充满氮气,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃,在上述所得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯(100.0kg),硅油氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷(5.0kg),二乙胺(3.2kg),水(2.3kg),高速搅拌至发泡,待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化120分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。
实施例2:
在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃(320.0kg),辛基锡(1.3kg)、对甲基苯磺酸(1.0kg),三聚氰胺(38.0kg),N,N—二甲基乙醇胺(5.8kg),釜中充满氮气,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃,在上述所得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯(120.0kg),硅油氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷(5.0kg),二乙胺(3.2kg),水(2.0kg),高速搅拌至发泡,待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化120分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。
实施例3:
在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃(320.0kg),辛基锡(1.3kg)、对甲基苯磺酸(1.0kg),三聚氰胺(30.0kg),N,N—二甲基乙醇胺(5.8kg),釜中充满氮气,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃,在上述所得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯(150.0kg),硅油氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷(5.0kg),二乙胺(3.2kg),水(2.0kg),高速搅拌至发泡,待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化120分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。
实施例4:
在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃(320.0kg),辛基锡(1.3kg)、对甲基苯磺酸(1.0kg),三聚氰胺(25.0kg),N,N—二甲基乙醇胺(5.8kg),釜中充满氮气,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃,在上述所得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯(178.0kg),硅油氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷(5.0kg),二乙胺(3.2kg),水(2.5kg),高速搅拌至发泡,待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化120分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。

1.一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下技术步骤:a、在反应釜中加入计量的聚四氢呋喃,催化剂量的辛基锡、对甲基苯磺酸,三聚氰胺,N,N—二甲基乙醇胺,釜中充满氮气或惰性气体,加热40~60℃,充分搅拌3~5小时,降温至20℃;b、在步骤a得到的产物中加入聚异氰酸酯,硅油,二乙胺,适量水,高速搅拌至发泡;c、待出现大量白色泡体时,将其立即注入模具中,于40~60℃下熟化60~150分钟,脱模,即得软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,聚异氰酸酯为聚亚甲基苯基异氰酸酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,硅油为氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,聚四氢呋喃与三聚氰胺的加入质量比为5~16:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,聚四氢呋喃与聚异氰酸酯的加入质量比为1~5:1。
