Abstract

一种电烙铁散温架,由开关、风扇、套筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管组成。其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,五号脚和六号脚的中间依次安装有二极管和开关。所述的插头用于连接电烙铁的插座,所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为六号脚提供正向电源;当所述的开关导通的状态下,表明电烙铁放置在套筒内;并所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度超过70°;控制模块将导通风扇,使风扇旋转工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用。有益效果,本一种电烙铁散温架具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,从而提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。

电烙铁散温架
技术领域
本发明涉及电烙铁的温度控制技术,具体的讲是一种电烙铁散温架。 
背景技术
目前,市场上的可调恒温电烙铁,虽然能控制电烙铁的工作温度范围,但是,电烙铁在使用过程中,因板路或人员关系,不可避免的要把电烙铁暂时放置,时间一般较为短暂,即休眠状态,此时,虽然在电烙铁在设定的恒温状态下,但因热量较为集中,烙铁头容易氧化,同时,也造成能源的浪费。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电烙铁散温架,具有保证正常使用温度的作用,还可在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用。 
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种电烙铁散温架,由开关、风扇、套筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管组成。其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,五号脚和六号脚的中间依次安装有二极管和开关。 
所述的插头用于连接电烙铁的插座。 
所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为六号脚提供正向电源; 
当所述的开关导通的状态下,表明电烙铁放置在套筒内;
并所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度超过70°;
控制模块将导通风扇,使风扇旋转工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用。
所述的电烙铁离开套筒后,开关复位,控制模块断开风扇的电源。 
与已有技术比较,使用本一种电烙铁散温架可解决电烙铁休眠时的温度过高引起烙铁头高温氧化损坏的弊端。 
综上所述,正因为本一种电烙铁散温架具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,从而提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。

具体实施方式
本发明一种电烙铁散温架,由:开关1、风扇2、套筒3、插头4、控制模块5、烙铁架6、传感器7、二极管8组成。 
在图1中,烙铁架6借助支撑杆与套筒3连接,套筒3的a端装有一个开关1,套筒3的另一端安装一个风扇2,套筒3靠近风扇2的顶端设计一个传感器7,控制模块5安装在烙铁架6的上面支撑杆的中间,控制模块5引出一个电源插头4。 
在图2中,控制模块5的一号脚和二号脚与风扇2连接,三号脚与传感器7连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头4,五号脚和六号脚的中间依次安装有二极管8和开关1。 
所述的控制模块的型号为:GJ-6DLT。

1.一种电烙铁散温架,由开关、风扇、套筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管组成,其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,五号脚和六号脚的中间依次安装有二极管和开关,
所述的插头用于连接电烙铁的插座,
所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为六号脚提供正向电源;
当所述的开关导通的状态下,表明电烙铁放置在套筒内;
并所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度超过70°;
达到在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,从而提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电烙铁散温架,其特征在于,套筒的a端装有一个开关,套筒的另一端安装一个风扇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电烙铁散温架,其特征在于,套筒靠近风扇的顶端设计一个传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电烙铁散温架,其特征在于,控制模块安装在烙铁架的上面,支撑杆的中间。
