Abstract

一种节能电烙铁座,其特征在于:它是在电烙铁座支架上有筒管,管筒内由温控器控制温度范围,当支架管筒温度底于溶化焊锡温度时,电烙铁电源呈通电状态,当放置电烙铁的支架管同温度高于溶化焊锡一定温度时,温控器将切断电源,电烙铁在一定的温度范围内间断通电加热,从而支架管筒、温控器起到了保温和节能的作用。当暂时不用电烙铁,将电烙铁头放压在弹性开关支架上,弹性开关就断开电路,电源就会迅速地轻松断开。

本发明涉及一种电烙铁座,特别是一种节约能源的电烙铁座。
(二)、背景技术
在日常家电维修中,电烙铁加热无度,既易烧坏电烙铁、又浪费电能,同时又存在一会插电源、一会取插头的麻烦。
(三)、发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单、易于制作的电烙铁座,它既能在温控器的作用下一定范围区间温度中自动循环通、断电,若间断不使用电烙铁,又能将电烙铁发热杆放压在支架弹性开关下轻松断电,本电烙铁座快捷、方便地起到节能断电目的。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,它是在电烙铁座上设有电源插孔,插孔由温控器和弹性开关控制,当电烙铁放入座支架的管筒,温控器根据电烙铁需要的温度范围自动通、断电;当暂时不用电烙铁将发热杆放压在弹性开关上,电源就会轻松断开。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有结构简单、易于制作、方便、节约能源等优点,解决了电烙铁无度加热、快速方便断电。

如图1所示,本发明包括电源线、插头1与节能电烙铁座连接2,电烙铁插座2由温控器5、下压式弹性开关6串联控制;当电烙铁头放管筒3温度低于需要的热度范围,温控器5开启状态,电烙铁插座2通电;当3温度高于需要温度一定值,在温控器5为关闭状态,电烙铁插座2断电;当暂时停用电烙铁时,将电烙铁发热杆压放在下压式弹性开关支架4上,开关6为关闭状态,电烙铁插座2断电,这样就方便、快捷地起到了按需自动断电节能的效果。

1.一种节能电烙铁座,它由电源线、插头(1)与节能电烙铁座连接(2),电烙铁插座(2)由温控器(5)、下压式弹性开关(6)串联控制,当电烙铁头放管筒(3)温度低于需要的热度范围,电烙铁插座(2)通电,当(3)温度高于需要温度一定值,在温控器(5)作用下,电烙铁插座(2)断电,在暂时不用电烙铁时,将电烙铁发热杆压放在下压式弹性开关支架(4)上,开关(6)断开,电烙铁插座(2)断电,这样就方便、快捷地起到了按需自动断电节能的效果。
