本发明的目的是,配制出一种无污染、纯绿色、集营养健康功能于一身的蓝莓胶原蛋白果汁饮料。其技术内容是,由野生蓝莓、野生树莓、梨、胶原蛋白配制而成,具有抗衰老、保视力之功效。野生树莓,除富含果糖、维生素、氨基酸,风味香醇,酸甜可口外,还有三大保健药用功能:一是人体可吸收的植物SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)含量居各种水果之首,经常食用,可清除氧自由基,提高免疫力,美容,抗衰老;二是天然抗致癌物质“鞣化酸”,对结肠、宫颈、乳腺和胰脏癌有特殊疗效;三是富含天然阿斯匹林“水杨酸”,可镇痛解热、抗血凝,可减少心脑血管栓塞的发生。胶原蛋白,可提高护肤养颜功效。梨汁具有止咳平喘,改善品味的作用。

本发明涉及一种饮品,具体地说是一种蓝莓胶原蛋白果汁饮料。
背景技术
目前,国内的饮料可以说种类繁多,但归结起来主要分果、蔬汁、碳酸和功能几类饮料。这些饮料品尝起来,尽管各具特色,但真正既具有营养价值、又具有一定保健功能的却为数不多。而且,这些饮料大都营养成份单一,有的还含防腐剂。
发明内容

 具体实施方式:蓝莓胶原蛋白果汁饮料的配制工艺,其特征是,野生蓝莓、野生树莓、梨按比例,经过精选、清洗、榨汁、过滤、杀菌、调配(加溶解后的胶原蛋白),搅拌,均质,灌装,杀菌,贴标,装箱,以上便构成本发明。
