现有技术中,为了使工件的磷化表面光滑牢固,工业生产上磷化液的配方往往很复杂,以前常用的磷化液有锌系、锰系,但是我们的合金铸铁的产品的要求是中温磷化,并且工件表面是黑色的,因此,现有的磷化液不能满足我们产品的要求。

本发明的目的是提供一种无毒无害,配制方便的中温磷化液。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种中温磷化液,由下列浓度组份组成:
磷酸二氢锌:30-40g/L,
销酸锌:80~100 g/L,
添加剂A:0.5~2 g/L,
添加剂B:0.5~2 g/L,
添加剂C:0.5~1 g/L。
本发明一种中温磷化液,无毒无害,配制方便,无特殊化学试剂,操作方便。
