防腐耐磨粉末涂料,各组份的重量百分比为:70%-85%的不锈钢粉末;7%-8%的蜡、2.5%-2.8%的聚丙烯、6.5%-7.3%的低压聚乙烯、4.5%-5.2%的热塑性弹性体、3.5%-4.2%环氧树脂。本发明,具有防腐、耐磨、强化的功效,可广泛用于各种金属管道,酸碱环境中机械的防腐蚀,亦可用来强化铸管,还可以作刚性材料的粘结剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,尤其是关于在各种金属管道,酸碱环境中机械的防腐蚀用的粉末涂料的制作工艺。
背景技术
阀门的使用通常是要满足不同的工作环境,尤其是在比较恶劣的情况下,如应用于地下、化工行业的阀门更容易生锈、腐蚀,因此一般短时期内就需要检修或更换。涂料在阀门业中的使用主要是油漆为主,起防腐的作用。但随着产品的要求不同和环保意识的不断加强,功能性,装饰性和环保性都提高到了更高的要求。阀门行业开始使用粉末涂料来取代油漆,粉末涂料以无污染及一次喷涂成形等优点给客户形成了共识。因此开发一种性能好,成本低廉的粉末涂料及工艺来适应市场显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种性能优越,降低能耗,节省工艺的低成本且应用广泛的超低亦可用来强化铸管,还可以作刚性材料的粘结剂的防腐耐磨粉末涂料及该涂料的涂敷方法。
本发明提出了一种防腐耐磨的粉末涂料,各组份的重量百分比为:70%-85%的不锈钢粉末;7%-8%的蜡、2.5%-2.8%的聚丙烯6.5%-7.3%的低压聚乙烯、4.5%-5.2%的热塑性弹性体、3.5%-4.2%环氧树脂。
本发明的涂敷方法是:根据上述配方配料后,放入混合机内混合,将混合好的混合料放入双螺杆挤出机挤出,挤出机的一区温度控制在:83±2℃;二区温度控制在:95±2℃;挤出后的片状料冷却后,投入到粉碎机内粉碎、研磨成140-180目的粉末,包装入库。
本发明,具有防腐、耐磨、强化的功效,可广泛用于各种金属管道,酸碱环境中机械的防腐蚀,亦可用来强化铸管,还可以作刚性材料的粘结剂。
