本发明公开了一种PE供水管,该管道包括有内抗菌层、中间钢带层以及外PE层,所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂50‑90份、纳米二氧化硅20‑40份、相容剂8‑15份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.5份、硬脂酸1‑3份、硬脂酸锌1‑3份、PE蜡0.3‑0.8份、抗菌剂1‑3份、耐磨剂1‑3份、增韧剂1‑3份、热稳定剂 3‑8 份。本发明通过将不同的原料以及不同的用量进行合同的搭配,制作得到了该PE供水管,经试验检测证明该PE供水管的耐压力较之现在市售的同类型供水管提高了20%以上,但是市场售价并没有提高,适用于高层建筑给排水使用,提高了企业的市场竞争力。

本发明涉及一种PE供水管及其制备方法,属于管道制作技术领域。
背景技术
随着工业水平的不断提高,PE、PVC塑料管道不断取代金属管道,广泛应用于供水、排水领域。该管道由于重量轻、不会生锈、成本低、安装方便等被人们所喜好。但是随着楼房的不断增高,较高的楼层若要保证供水正常,则必须提高供水水压,随着水压的增高,管道所受到的压力也随着增大,由于制备时的工艺以及用料问题,导致高层供水过程中供、供水管爆管的事情时有发生。为此,提供一种能够耐高压的供水管成为了亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种PE供水管及其制备方法。该供水管能够承受较高的水压,避免高层供水过程中出现水管爆裂的情况。
本发明的技术方案:一种PE供水管,该管道包括有内抗菌层、中间钢带层以及外PE层,所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂50-90份、纳米二氧化硅20-40份、相容剂8-15份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份、硬脂酸1-3份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、PE蜡0.3-0.8份、抗菌剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、增韧剂1-3份、热稳定剂 3-8 份。
前述的PE供水管,所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂60-80份、纳米二氧化硅25-35份、相容剂10-13份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份、硬脂酸1-3份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、PE蜡0.3-0.8份、抗菌剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、增韧剂1-3份、热稳定剂5-7 份。
前述的PE供水管,所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂70份、纳米二氧化硅30份、相容剂12份、抗氧剂0.3份、硬脂酸2份、硬脂酸锌2份、PE蜡0.5份、抗菌剂2份、耐磨剂2份、增韧剂2份、热稳定剂6份。
一种前述的PE供水管的制备方法,包括有以下步骤 :
a :按照重量组份比称取各个组份原料;
b :将所述原料置于高混机中搅拌 8~15分钟;
c :将步骤 b 中得到的混合物置于双螺杆机中,经熔融挤出,造粒,工艺条件为:一区温度为135~155℃,二区至六区温度为170~210℃,机头温度为220℃,主机转速为460~520r/min,牵引速度为5~12M/min,牵引压力为0.3~0.5mpa。
前述的PE供水管的制备方法,所述双螺杆机中二区至六区温度逐渐升高,相邻两区之间温度偏差为5~10℃。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过将不同的原料以及不同的用量进行合同的搭配,制作得到了该PE供水管,经试验检测证明该PE供水管的耐压力较之现在市售的同类型供水管提高了20%以上,但是市场售价并没有提高,适用于高层建筑给排水使用,提高了企业的市场竞争力。

本发明的实施例1:一种PE供水管,该管道包括有内抗菌层、中间钢带层以及外PE层,所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂50kg、纳米二氧化硅20kg、相容剂8kg、抗氧剂0.2kg、硬脂酸1kg、硬脂酸锌1kg、PE蜡0.3kg、抗菌剂1kg、耐磨剂1kg、增韧剂1kg、热稳定剂 3kg。
该实施例的PE供水管的制备方法,包括有以下步骤 :
a :按照重量组份比称取各个组份原料;

2.根据权利要求1所述的PE供水管,其特征在于:所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂60-80份、纳米二氧化硅25-35份、相容剂10-13份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份、硬脂酸1-3份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、PE蜡0.3-0.8份、抗菌剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、增韧剂1-3份、热稳定剂5-7 份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PE供水管,其特征在于:所述内抗菌层用以下重量份的原料制成:PE树脂70份、纳米二氧化硅30份、相容剂12份、抗氧剂0.3份、硬脂酸2份、硬脂酸锌2份、PE蜡0.5份、抗菌剂2份、耐磨剂2份、增韧剂2份、热稳定剂6份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的PE供水管的制备方法,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
a :按照重量组份比称取各个组份原料;
b :将所述原料置于高混机中搅拌 8~15分钟;
c :将步骤 b 中得到的混合物置于双螺杆机中,经熔融挤出,造粒,工艺条件为:一区温度为135~155℃,二区至六区温度为170~210℃,机头温度为220℃,主机转速为460~520r/min,牵引速度为5~12M/min,牵引压力为0.3~0.5mpa。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PE供水管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述双螺杆机中二区至六区温度逐渐升高,相邻两区之间温度偏差为5~10℃。
