技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊毛衫处理液，特别是涉及一种具有抗收缩和防菌功能的羊毛衫处理液。
背景技术
羊毛衫在日常生活使用当中扮演着非常重要的角色。但是人们在使用羊毛衫过程当中，普遍会遇到一些比较棘手的问题。例如使用时间长以后，羊毛衫收缩越来越严重，另外如果保存不当羊毛衫还会被虫蛀和长霉。如何避免收缩率过高和提高抑菌功能一直是羊毛衫研究的一个热点。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题：羊毛衫在使用过程中被菌类污染和洗涤后收缩过多的问题。
技术方案：本发明公开了一种抗收缩防菌羊毛衫处理液，由以下成分按照重量比组成： 夏枯草提取物5～10份、吐温60为3～5份、氯化镁1～3份、大蒜提取物4～6份、乙酸乙酯2～4份、水100～130份。首先制备夏枯草提取物和大蒜提取物，取新鲜夏枯草和大蒜分别为10kg，粉碎后分别加入水100kg，提取时间为5h，温度为常温。将液体进行过滤后得到夏枯草上清液和大蒜上清液，分别浓缩至20kg，得到夏枯草提取物和大蒜提取物。取夏枯草提取物5～10kg、吐温60为3～5kg、氯化镁1～3kg、大蒜提取物4～6kg、乙酸乙酯2～4kg、水100～130kg，常温下混合均匀得到羊毛衫处理液。
有益效果：经过制备得到的羊毛衫处理液处理过的羊毛衫具有良好的防收缩和抑菌功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取新鲜夏枯草和大蒜分别为10kg，粉碎后分别加入水100kg，提取时间为5h，温度为常温。将液体进行过滤后得到夏枯草上清液和大蒜上清液，分别浓缩至20kg，得到夏枯草提取物和大蒜提取物。取夏枯草提取物5kg、吐温60为5kg、氯化镁3kg、大蒜提取物4kg、乙酸乙酯4kg、水130kg，常温下混合均匀得到羊毛衫处理液。
实施例2
制备方法同实施例1，具体成分含量如下：夏枯草提取物10kg、吐温60为4kg、氯化镁2kg、大蒜提取物5kg、乙酸乙酯2kg、水120kg。
实施例3
制备方法同实施例1，具体成分含量如下：夏枯草提取物8kg、吐温60为3kg、氯化镁1kg、大蒜提取物6kg、乙酸乙酯3kg、水100kg。
抗收缩性能和抑菌性能测试
将市售羊毛衫用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的产品常温下浸泡1h。浸泡后晾干，之后正常使用情况下反复清洗20次。测定20次后羊毛衫的收缩率。经过实施例1产品、实施例2产品、实施例3产品浸泡过后清洗20次后羊毛衫收缩率分别为1.2%、0.9%、1.0%。将被实施例1、实施例2、实施例3浸泡过的羊毛衫进行抑菌试验。抑菌实验测试标准为AATCC100，测试结果表明：实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的大肠杆菌抑菌率分别为95.6%、96.3%、96.2%。实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的黑曲霉抑制率分别为98.2%、98.5%和97.7%。
实验结果表明，经本发明羊毛衫处理液处理过的羊毛衫具有良好的防收缩和抑菌功能。

1.一种抗收缩防菌羊毛衫处理液，其特征在于：由以下成分按照重量比组成： 夏枯草提取物5～10份、吐温60为3～5份、氯化镁1～3份、大蒜提取物4～6份、乙酸乙酯2～4份、水100～130份；制备方法为首先制备夏枯草提取物和大蒜提取物，取新鲜夏枯草和大蒜分别为10Kg，粉碎后分别加入水100Kg，提取时间为5h，温度为常温；将液体进行过滤后得到夏枯草上清液和大蒜上清液，分别浓缩至20Kg，得到夏枯草提取物和大蒜提取物;取夏枯草提取物5～10Kg、吐温60为3～5Kg、氯化镁1～3Kg、大蒜提取物4～6Kg、乙酸乙酯2～4Kg、水100～130Kg，常温下混合均匀得到羊毛衫处理液。
