Abstract

一种LED发光装置,其包括光源以及光调节装置,还包括荧光粉层,光线直接从光源出射后到达该光调节装置,并经该光调节装置调节之后均匀地照射荧光粉层。光线从光源出射后,经过光调节装置调节器调节光的行进路径,使得光线选择性地出射至荧光粉层。因此,光线是经由光调节装置调节后再射向荧光粉层,避免由于发光二极管的出光指向性高的原因导致的光源直接照射荧光粉层出现激发不均匀,局部因为光强太强而出现光斑的现象。

技术领域
本发明设计一种发光装置,尤其是一种LED发光装置。
背景技术
LED(Light-Emitting Diode, 发光二极管)发展至今,由于其具有节能、省电、高效率、反应时间快、寿命周期时间长、且不含汞、具有环保效益等优点,被认为是新世代绿色节能照明的最佳光源。通常情况下的LED灯具均是以LED芯片搭配荧光粉混光后出射。但由于LED具有较高指向性,其直接发光强度较为集中,则当光线从LED芯片出射后,难以均匀射向荧光粉层,最终导致出光面色温不均甚至局部光斑的情况。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种均匀度较高的LED发光装置。
一种LED发光装置,其包括光源以及光调节装置,还包括荧光粉层,光线直接从光源出射后到达该光调节装置,并经该光调节装置调节之后均匀地照射荧光粉层。
光线从光源出射后,经过光调节装置调节器调节光的行进路径,使得光线选择性地出射至荧光粉层。因此,光线是经由光调节装置调节后再射向荧光粉层,避免由于发光二极管的出光指向性高的原因导致的光源直接照射荧光粉层出现激发不均匀,局部因为光强太强而出现光斑的现象。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,示出了本发明第一实施例的LED发光装置10的示意图。该LED发光装置10包含光源20,光调节装置以及出光窗40。该光调节装置通过调节从光源20出射的光线,使光线出射至该出光窗40,从而激发出光窗40上涂布的荧光粉层50。
在本实施方式中,该光源20为一发光二极管面光源,其具有发光面21以及背面22。该发光面21朝向该光调节装置,该背面22背向该光调节装置。该光调节装置为一反射装置30,并设置在光源20的右侧,即发光面21朝向的一侧。该反射装置30朝向该光源20的表面为一反射面31,也即是光源20的发光面21朝向该发射面31。该出光窗40设置在光源20的左侧,即背面22朝向的一侧。也即是说,反射装置30与出光窗40设置在光源20的相对两侧。该荧光粉层50涂布在出光窗40朝向光源20的表面上。该反射面31可根据需求设置,使光线发散反射或集中反射。本实施例中,该反射装置30的反射面31为一凹弧面,且该光源20设置在该反射装置30的凹弧面的圆心位置处,也即是发光面21设置在该反射装置30的凹弧面的焦平面处。光线经过反射面31后,以均匀的平行光反射至出光窗40,并激发涂布在该出光窗40上的荧光粉层50。由于是经过反射装置30反射后的均匀平行光照射,该荧光粉层50的各个部分的激发程度基本相等。则从该出光窗40出射的光线为均匀的光线,且不存在光斑。
请参阅图2,示出了本发明第二实施例的LED发光装置10a的示意图。该LED发光装置10a包含光源20,光调节装置以及出光窗40。该光调节装置通过调节从光源20出射的光线,使光线出射至该出光窗40,从而激发出光窗40上涂布的荧光粉层50。本实施中的LED发光装置10a与第一实施例中的LED发光装置10的不同之处在于,该光源20直接贴设在出光窗40上且被荧光粉层50所围绕。也即是光线从光源20的发光面21出射,经过发射装置30调节后,从出光窗40也即是光源20的背面出射。荧光粉层50涂布在出光窗40朝向发射装置30的表面避开该光源20的位置。
请参阅图3,示出了本发明第三实施例的LED发光装置10b的示意图。该LED发光装置10b包含光源20,光调节装置以及出光窗40。该光调节装置通过调节从光源20出射的光线,使光线出射至该出光窗40,从而激发出光窗40上涂布的荧光粉层50。本实施例中的光源20为LED点光源,该光调节装置为导光板60。本实施例中的LED发光装置10b还包括一反射器70。该导光板60呈长条型,该光源20设置于其下端,该出光窗40与该反射器70设置于其左右相对两侧。在图3中,光源20位于靠近该导光板60的下端的位置处,该出光窗40位于导光板60右侧,该反射器70位于导光板60左侧。该导光板60采用折射率较大的透明材质制造,使得在该导光板60内部传播的光线在其侧壁位置处容易发生全反射。光线从光源20射出后进入该导光板60的内部,以较大入射角射向该导光板60的侧壁,发生全反射。该导光板60右侧对应该出光窗40的位置处开设有第一出光部61。该第一出光部61优选由具有大量的细微凸起/凹槽的结构组成,使光线在第一出光部61的位置处的全反射被破坏而均匀地出射至该导光板60的外部。该反射器70设置于与出光窗40相对的另一侧,其用于将从导光板60左侧由于不满足全反射条件而逃逸出的光线朝向出光窗40反射。该出光窗40朝向该导光板60的表面涂布有荧光粉层50。由于直接从光源20发出的光线经过了导光板60的调整,间接地从该第一出光部61散射后激发该荧光粉层50。因此,可以避免光源20直接照射导致荧光粉层50激发不均的情况发生。
请再参阅图4,示出了本发明第四实施例的LED发光装置10c的示意图。本实施例中的LED发光装置10c与第三实施例的LED发光装置10b相似,均包括包含光源20,光调节装置以及出光窗40。该光调节装置通过调节从光源20出射的光线,使光线出射至该出光窗40,从而激发出光窗40上涂布的荧光粉层50。且光源20为LED点光源,该光调节装置为导光板60。不同之处在于,本实施例中的LED发光装置10c采用另一出光窗40替换了第三实施例的反射器70,并且在该导光板60上还开设有第二出光部62。该第一出光部61与第二出光部62设置在该导光板60的左右相对两侧。可以理解地,该第一出光部61与第二出光部62还可以设置在导光板60的相邻两侧,此时二出光窗40的位置也需根据第一出光部61及第二出光部62的位置变更。光线从光源20出射后在该导光板60内部发射多次全反射,直到到达该第一出光部61以及第二出光部62处再分别出射至二出光窗40。该二出光窗40对应朝向该第一出光部61与该第二出光部62的表面涂布有荧光粉层50。光线从该第一出光部61与该第二出光部62出射后激发该荧光粉层50,激发后的光线分别从该二出光窗40出射。
光线从光源20出射后,经由导光板60的调节,可选择性地开放光出射的位置,也即是可选择性地设置一个或多个出光部。并且该一个或多个出光部的角度、高度等位置均可有选择性地设置,从而提高光源20的安装灵活度,使得光源20可以分离设置或者内嵌式设置。
光线从光源20出射后,经过光调节装置调节器调节光的行进路径,使得光线在选择性地设置的出光部出射,然后激发设置于出光部附近的出光窗40上的荧光粉层50。可以理解地,荧光粉层50还可设于其它结构上或内,如均光板上或均光板内等,只要光线出射后照射至该荧光粉层50即可。因此,光线可以根据出光部的不同设置,在不同位置处出射,也可以做成全表面出射或者局部出射,灵活度高。再有,光线是经由光调节装置调节后再射向荧光粉层50,也即是光线从光源20出射后间接射向出光窗40,则避免由于发光二极管的出光指向性高的原因导致的光源20直接照射荧光粉层50出现激发不均匀,局部因为光强太强而出现光斑的现象。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED发光装置,其包括光源以及光调节装置,其特征在于:还包括荧光粉层,光线直接从光源出射后到达该光调节装置,并经该光调节装置调节之后均匀地照射荧光粉层。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光调节装置为具有反射面的反射装置,光线从光源出射后射向该反射面,再反射至该荧光粉层。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光源为一发光二极管面光源,该发光二极管面光源包括发光面以及背面,该发光面朝向该反射面,该荧光粉层朝向该发光二极管面光源的背面。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该反射装置的反射面呈一凹弧面,该凹弧面的圆心位置处形成焦平面。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该发光二极管面光源的发光面设置于该焦平面上,光线从该反射面反射后呈平行光射向该荧光粉层。
6.如权利要求2所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光源为一发光二极管面光源,该发光二极管面光源包括发光面以及背面,该发光面朝向该反射装置的反射面,该发光二极管面光源被该荧光粉层所围绕。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光调节装置为导光板,光线从光源出射后射入该导光板,经过全反射后射至该荧光粉层。
8.如权利要求7所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光源为发光二极管点光源,该导光板由透明材料制成,该光源设置于该导光板的一端,该荧光粉层设置于该导光板的一侧,该导光板对应该荧光粉层的位置设有出光部,光线从该出光部射出该导光板并照射该荧光粉层。
9.如权利要求7述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该出光部由细微的凸起及凹槽形成。
10.如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:还包括出光窗,该荧光粉层涂布于该出光窗上。
