技术领域
本发明公开一种立体鼓罩,属于水刺无纺布生产设备的技术领域。
背景技术
水刺无纺布主要通过高压净水处理而成。高压净水处理的原理是:经过梳理后的纤维层,在水刺机内的输送过程中,高压净水会对经过鼓罩外壁的纤维层进行连续高压喷水,使得纤维层内的纤维相互缠绕、缠结,得到水刺无纺布的基布。水刺无纺布的基布,再经过烘干处理便可得到水刺无纺布成品。现有水刺机内的鼓罩,主要包括由内而外依次复合固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩,网罩上开设有数个均匀分布的100目网孔。在高压净水喷射到鼓罩上的同时,高压净水会通过100目的网孔被支撑罩内腔内的高压吸力吸入到支撑罩内腔内,再由支撑罩内腔输送出去进行循环使用。由于现有的网罩上,其网孔的目数为100目,因此生产出来的水刺无纺布在视觉感官上为平纹,因为上面的孔隙非常微小,因此水刺无纺布的表面平整,无立体感,外观单一,手感较硬,吸液速度较慢、用途有一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种立体鼓罩,通过该立体鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布不仅具有立体效果,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
    一种立体鼓罩,包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩,网罩上开设有数个网孔和数个图案成型孔单元。图案成型孔单元是指由各种形状的通孔所组成的图形。具体的图形要求,可根据客户的需求来设置。
    作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述网孔为24目网孔。
所述的网孔和图案成型孔单元均匀布满网罩。
通过本发明立体鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布不仅立体效果好,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
通过本发明立体鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布,其各项性能指标测试结果见下表:

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明立体鼓罩,包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩1、衬网2、网罩3,网罩3上开设有数个网孔31和数个图案成型孔单元32。图案成型孔单元32是指由各种形状的通孔所组成的图形。具体的图形要求,可根据客户的需求来设置。其中,网孔31为24目网孔,且网孔31和图案成型孔单元32均匀布满整个网罩3。衬网2为14目不锈钢网。
通过本发明立体鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布,不仅具有立体效果,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。

1.一种立体鼓罩,其特征在于:包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩,网罩上开设有数个网孔和数个图案成型孔单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的立体鼓罩,其特征在于:所述网孔为24目网孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的立体鼓罩,其特征在于:所述的网孔和图案成型孔单元均匀布满网罩。
