3D提花鼓罩
技术领域
本发明公开一种3D提花鼓罩,属于水刺无纺布生产设备的技术领域。
背景技术
水刺无纺布主要通过高压净水处理而成。高压净水处理的原理是:经过梳理后的纤维层,在水刺机内的输送过程中,高压净水会对经过鼓罩外壁的纤维层进行连续高压喷水,使得纤维层内的纤维相互缠绕、缠结,得到水刺无纺布的基布。水刺无纺布的基布,再经过烘干处理便可得到水刺无纺布成品。现有水刺机内的鼓罩,主要包括由内而外依次复合固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩,网罩上开设有数个均匀分布的100目网孔。在高压净水喷射到鼓罩上的同时,高压净水会通过100目的网孔被支撑罩内腔内的高压吸力吸入到支撑罩内腔内,再由支撑罩内腔输送出去进行循环使用。由于现有的网罩外表面为平面(即非凹凸面),且其上的网孔的目数为100目,因此生产出来的水刺无纺布在视觉感官上为平纹,因为上面的孔隙非常微小,因此水刺无纺布的表面平整,无立体感,外观单一,手感较硬,吸液速度较慢、用途有一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种3D提花鼓罩,通过该3D提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布不仅具有立体效果,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种3D提花鼓罩,包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩、衬网以及带有数个微孔一的网罩,所述网罩的外表面上设置有数个图案成型凹槽,且各图案成型凹槽的槽壁上均开设有数个微孔二。图案成型凹槽是指由各种形状的凹槽所组成的图形。具体的图形要求,可根据客户的需求来设置。主题“3D提花鼓罩”中所提到的“提花”,是指通过本发明的鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布上的花纹,让人在视觉感官上有提花的效果,而并非指传统意义上的真正提花效果,也不是指真正施行了提花工艺后得到的提花效果。
    作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述网罩的外表面上设置有数个凸块,凸块的横截面可以是常规的形状,比如圆形、方形、星形、菱形等,当然,凸块的横截面还可以是其它非常规的形状,比如动物图形、花的图形等。通过凸块的增设,使得通过本发明生产出来的水刺无纺布上的花纹立体效果更佳。
所述图案成型凹槽和凸块均匀分布在整个网罩上。
通过本发明3D提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布,不仅立体效果好,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
通过本发明3D提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布的各项性能指标测试结果见下表:

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明3D提花鼓罩,包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩1、衬网2以及带有数个微孔一4的网罩3,网罩3的外表面上设置有数个图案成型凹槽5,且各图案成型凹槽5的槽壁上均开设有数个微孔二6。网罩3的外表面上还设置有数个凸块7。图案成型凹槽5和凸块7均匀分布在整个网罩3上。
    本实施例中的微孔一4与微孔二6均为100目大小的通孔。该实施例中,图案成型凹槽5为长条状,且均匀分布在网罩3上;凸块7为圆柱体。衬网2为14目不锈钢网。
通过本发明3D提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布,不仅具有立体效果,而且手感柔软,亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。

1.一种3D提花鼓罩,包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩、衬网以及带有数个微孔一的网罩,其特征在于:所述网罩的外表面上设置有数个图案成型凹槽,且各图案成型凹槽的槽壁上均开设有数个微孔二。
2.如权利要求1所述的3D提花鼓罩,其特征在于:所述网罩的外表面上设置有数个凸块。
3.如权利要求2所述的3D提花鼓罩,其特征在于:所述图案成型凹槽和凸块均匀分布在整个网罩上。
