技术领域

背景技术
通常,车辆都配备有多个车轮制动器,每个车轮制动器包括:卡钳装置,卡钳装置包括制动盘和一对摩擦衬片,用来对前轮或后轮实行制动,从而使车辆减速或停止;助推器,用来形成制动液压并将制动液压传递给车轮制动器和制动主缸,因此,当驾驶员踩下制动踏板时,助推器和制动主缸上形成的液压被传递到车轮制动器的摩擦衬片上,摩擦衬片压紧制动盘,从而产生制动力。但是,驾驶员踩下制动踏板,使车辆处于制动力增大状态或制动力保持状态时,当制动压力比路面状况大,或车轮制动器上由制动压力所产生的摩擦力比轮胎或路面所产生的制动力大时,轮胎在路面上发生打滑。

当装有该电子控制***的车辆在制动期间出现打滑时,电子控制单元ECU根据各车轮传感器所输入的信号以三种模式来运行防抱死制动***ABS,即,减压、升压和压力保持模式。前右轮FR、前左轮FL、后右轮RR、后左轮RL四个车轮的各控制模式不是完全相同地被控制,而根据路况和防抱死制动***ABS的控制状态来分别进行控制。现在,将通过主液压回路10A分步来描述各控制模式。
首先,处于驾驶员踩下制动踏板1的状态,因此,制动力通过制动主缸3产生的液压呈现,当连接到主液压回路10A的车轮制动器5的制动压力高于路况(处于减压模式)时,ECU通过闭合NO电磁阀11且打开NC电磁阀12,来执行ABS减压模式,从而将制动压力降低到适当的压力。接着,一部分液压(液体)从车轮制动器5中排出,并被临时储存在低压储油器14中,然后,安装在各车轮上的车轮制动器5的制动力减低,防止车辆在路上打滑。

如果制动压力达到能产生最佳制动力的状态,或为了防止车辆共振,制动压力需要保持恒定,则ECU执行ABS的压力保持模式。ABS的压力保持模式消除了车轮制动器5中压力的波动,液压的运动通过主液压回路10A的NO电磁阀11的闭合而被阻止。此时,从泵13排出的液压被传送到制动主缸13,于是,ABS的压力保持模式被稳定地执行。
车辆在恒定模式行驶期间,诸如巡航控制,为了提高操纵性能,ECU执行制动-摩擦衬片主动收回***模式(下文中,称为ABRS模式),来调整制动盘和摩擦衬片之间的间隙,以便在非制动状态下防止由于制动盘和摩擦衬片间的接触而产生的残余摩擦力。换句话说,通过在ABRS模式下将车轮制动器5的液压回路中的一部分液体移走,ECU降低压紧摩擦衬片的活塞的液压,其因此将摩擦衬片从制动盘上收回。
例如,更详细地参照图2,为了执行ABRS模式,ECU在NO电磁阀11闭合且NC电磁阀12打开的状态下使用马达15来驱动泵13。ABRS模式下的电磁阀11和12的打开和闭合状态与ABS工作模式下的状态完全相同,但是,ABRS模式与ABS工作模式的不同在于,ABRS模式是在行驶而非行驶期间执行的。

换句话说,当执行TCS模式时,制动主缸3侧的液体经过吸油路径被抽吸到泵13的入口;排放到泵13出口的液体,经过主路径和打开的CN型电磁阀21被传送到车轮制动器5,并充当制动压力。因此,当驾驶员踩下加速踏板突然起动时,即使驾驶员没有踩下制动踏板1,指定的锁也被应用到车轮上,其因此,即使处于打滑状态,也就是处于恶劣路况下,车辆也能缓慢稳定地起动。
而且,上述ABRS模式可以在TCS中执行。为了实现这个目的,如图3所示,在低压储油器24和吸油路径之间安装电子控制开关阀28,诸如电磁阀。使用NC型阀作为电子控制开关阀28,以便当马达25泵送液体时,液体不回流到低压储油器24中。因为电子控制开关阀28和吸油路径上的换向阀26都是NC型阀,这样的部分L2可以形成为闭合回路部分。闭合回路L3邻近泵23配置,因此可以更快地执行ABRS模式。
当ABRS模式被执行时,ECU闭合NO型电磁阀21,且打开车轮制动器侧的NC型电磁阀22。这样,基于被闭合的NO型电磁阀21和低压储油器24,制动主缸侧的液体回路部分L1和车轮制动器侧液体回路部分L2之间液体的流动被切断。图3中,黑色代表车轮制动器侧闭合回路部分L2。
当泵13运转时,位于NC型电子开关阀28与吸油路径上的NC型换向阀26之间的闭合回路部分L3中的一部分液体被排放到泵23的出口处,且因此在闭合回路部分L3中形成负压。因此,当NC型电子控制开关阀28被打开时,车轮制动器侧闭合回路部分L2中的液体被抽取到泵23的入口,车轮制动器侧的液体量减少,因此,摩擦衬片收回从而离开制动盘。通过使用检测液压的传感器感来调整液体的位移量,使摩擦衬片恢复到其初始位置,即,正常制动位置。
排放到泵13出口处的液体,可以通过闭合NO型TC电磁阀27,而被储存在泵13与NO型TC电磁阀27之间的液压回路中,或者通过打开NO型电磁阀27返回到制动主缸3中。
从上述描述中显而易见,用于车辆的电子控制制动***形成液压回路的车轮制动器侧的局部闭合回路,该电子控制制动***通过驱动马达或泵,使该闭合回路部分的液体流向闭合回路的外部,或使车轮制动器侧闭合回路部分中的液体流向附加准备的另一个闭合回路部分。这样,可以减少制动器侧闭合回路部分中的液体量,从而使摩擦衬片(活塞)从制动盘上收回,且有效地防止由于制动盘和摩擦衬片之间的接触而产生的残余摩擦力。
虽然已经示出和描述本发明的几个实施例,本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行改变,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等效物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆的电子控制***,包括:制动主缸,用于根据制动踏板的动作产生制动液压;车轮制动器,每个车轮制动器包括卡钳装置,卡钳装置包括安装在车辆中的制动盘,用于推进和收回一对摩擦衬片,摩擦衬片压紧制动盘来呈现由从制动主缸传送的制动液压所产生的制动力;分别安装在车轮制动器的上游和下游的多个NO和NC型的电磁阀,用于控制制动液压的流动;低压储油器,用于临时储存电磁阀减压制动期间从车轮制动器流出的液体;泵和马达,用于给储存在所述低压储油器中的液体施加压力,从而使所述液体流向车轮制动器或制动主缸, 
其中,所述多个电磁阀和所述低压储油器之间的部分形成为闭合回路部分,从而使摩擦衬片从制动盘上收回,所述泵被驱动从而使所述闭合回路部分中的一部分液体流向所述泵的出口。 
2.如权利要求1所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动***,其中,通过闭合关闭NO型电磁阀和打开NC电磁阀形成所述闭合回路部分。 
3.如权利要求1所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动***,还包括用于牵引控制的NC型换向阀和TC电磁阀,以及所述低压储油器和所述泵之间的电子控制开关阀; 
其中,所述电子控制开关阀与NC型换向阀之间的部分形成为闭合回路部分,所述泵被驱动,所述电子控制开关阀与NC型换向阀之间的闭合回路部分中的一部分液体流到泵的出口后,所述电子控制开关阀门打开,使所述多个电磁阀和所述低压储油器之间的闭合回路部分中的一部分液体流动。 
4.如权利要求3所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动***,其中,所述电子控制开关阀与所述NC型换向阀之间的闭合回路部分中的液体流到所述泵和所述TC电磁阀之间的部分。 
5.如权利要求3所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动***,其中,所述电子控制开关阀与所述NC型换向阀之间的闭合回路部分中的液体返回到所述制动主缸中。
