Abstract

技术领域
本主题发明涉及电动和混合动力车辆,更具体地涉及用于这种车辆的可编程车厢调节器及其操作方法。
背景技术
电动和混合动力车辆(“电动车辆”)一般支持充电特征,其为使用者提供为充电时间编程的能力从而使能充分的充电时间段以允许电动车辆在出发时间之前达到完全充电的状态。出发时间对应于使用者希望出发的那天中的时间。另外,这种电动车辆一般具有远程车厢调节特征,其激活壁能的优先级(即,电网电能)来调节电动车辆的车厢。遥控钥匙或类似远程设备被使用者采用,以激活远程车厢调节特征。由于使用者远程激活时的壁能的优先级,电动车辆可能耗尽能源的里程的程度小于壁能集中专用于为电池充电的情况。依赖远程车厢调节特征的其他缺点例如包括要求使用者记得激活该特征和远程设备的射频(RF)范围的局限性。
发明内容
在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器包括充电***,其配置用来为电动车辆的电池提供电力。还包括的是车厢调节***,其配置用来从使用者接收输入,以在出发时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境,其中车厢调节***在充电***操作过程中并且在电池的完全充电状态之后操作。
在本发明的另一示例性实施例中,用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器包括使用者界面,其配置用来为使用者提供编程产生预期的车厢调节环境的完成时间的能力。还包括的是充电***,其包括电池和充电源,所述充电源用于产生到电动车辆的电池的电力。进一步包括的是控制器,其与使用者界面可操作地连通用于有选择地确定启动时间,以在由使用者提供的完成时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境和电池的完全充电状态。
在本发明的另一示例性实施例中,提供了调节电动车辆的车厢的方法。方法包括利用充电***为电动车辆的电池充电。还包括的是为车厢调节***编程以在完成时间之前产生预期的车厢调节环境。进一步包括的是在充电***操作过程中并且在电池的完全充电状态之后操作车厢调节***。

本发明还提供了以下方案:
1. 一种用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器,包括:

8. 一种用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器,包括:
使用者界面,其配置用来为使用者提供编程产生预期的车厢调节环境的完成时间的能力;
充电***,其包括电池和充电源,所述充电源用于产生到电动车辆的电池的电力;和
控制器,其与使用者界面可操作地连通用于有选择地确定启动时间,以在由使用者提供的完成时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境和电池的完全充电状态。
9. 根据方案8所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,预期的车厢调节环境包括目标温度。
10. 根据方案9所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,使用者界面从使用者接收多个完成时间。

16. 一种调节电动车辆的车厢的方法,包括:
利用充电***为电动车辆的电池充电;
为车厢调节***编程以在完成时间之前产生预期的车厢调节环境;和
在充电***操作过程中和在电池的完全充电状态之后操作车厢调节***。
17. 根据方案16所述的方法,其特征在于,其进一步包括有选择地检测启动时间,其能够在完成时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境。
18. 根据方案16所述的方法,其特征在于,预期的车厢调节环境包括目标温度。
19. 根据方案16所述的方法,其特征在于,其进一步包括编程多个完成时间。
20. 根据方案19所述的方法,其特征在于,多个完成时间在多天中出现。

具体实施方式
下面的描述实际上仅仅是示例性的,并不打算限制本公开、其应用或使用。应理解的是,在所有附图中,相应的附图标记指代相同或相应的部件和特征。
参照图1,根据本发明的示例性实施例,电动车辆的简化示意图大致由附图标记10显示。尽管在此处显示和描述为插电式电动车辆,应认识到的是,本发明构思的实施例也可以应用于混合动力电力插电式车辆或增程电动车辆。
电动车辆10包括充电***12,其与储能部件14可操作地连通。储能部件14可以是锂离子类型的电池,然而可以采用任何合适的储能部件14以实现需要的功能。特别地,储能部件14被配置用来从电源16汲取能量,电源16例如是可以通过壁装插座直接传输到充电***12的工业电网,或公共充电站。如同利用所有其他的提供能量的电气用具,当以工业电网的形式时,从电源16提供的电力以各种比率充电,典型地取决于一天的中时间和/或一周的哪天。储能部件14能够为电动车辆10供能,电动车辆的可用范围是储能部件14中储存的能量的函数。
电动车辆10还包括乘客车厢18,其用于电动车辆10的乘员的乘坐。乘客车厢18包括仪器,其使得使用者能够操作与电动车辆的驾驶相关的各种控制,以及与使用者的娱乐和舒适相关的仪器。与使用者舒适相关的一个特征是车厢调节***20,其为使用者提供使用加热、通风和空气调节(“HVAC”)***在乘客车厢18内控制一个或多个气候条件的能力。各种选项对于使用者来说是可用的,以激活和控制车厢调节***20。一种已知选项是当使用者在乘客车厢18中时的直接的和瞬时的手动控制。这可以是利用使用者的手的直接激活按钮、旋钮等的形式,或者替代地可以是免提激活,例如允许使用者说出命令的***。用于激活和控制车厢调节***20的另一选项包括远程设备的使用,例如遥控钥匙,其典型地采用射频(RF)信号。当在指定的RF范围内的位置中的时候,远程设备允许使用者激活和控制车厢调节***20。上述选项的每个自从使用者激活需要一定时间段以实现预期的车厢调节环境22,例如目标温度,因而在某时间段使乘客车厢18高于或低于预期的车厢调节环境22。
除了上述的激活和控制方案之外,电动车辆还包括使用者界面24,其设置在乘客车厢18中并与车厢调节***20可操作地连通。使用者界面24为使用者提供为车厢调节***20编程的能力,其用于未来使用,而不是瞬时的激活和控制,如同上述的选项。这种特征减少或消除需要使用者忍耐除了预期的车厢调节环境22之外的车厢条件的时间段。举例来说,使用者可以采用使用者界面24来输入出发时间,其对应于使用者希望实现预期的车厢调节环境22的时间。例如,使用者可以知道完成肯定发生的一天中的特定时间,特定时间由控制器26接收,该控制器与使用者界面24和车厢调节***20可操作地连通。控制器26被配置用来接收各种信息并被配置用来执行与电动车辆10的操作相关的许多功能,其中一个或多个这种功能与车厢调节***20相关。当从使用者界面24收到出发时间时,控制器26有选择地确定启动时间,其将充分地产生预期的车厢调节环境22。确定基于多种因素,并且就目标温度来说,主要因素是相对于乘客车厢18来说的外部温度和内部温度。控制器26还与充电***12可操作地连通,因而使得控制器26能够接收和传输与储能部件14的全部充电有关的数据。
参照图2,显示了充电顺序的曲线图。特别地,举例来说,使用者使得充电***12能够在从6:00PM(下午)直到7:00AM(上午)的小时里从电源16汲取电力。控制器26已经确定在使用者提供到使用者界面24的预期的出发时间时或之前启动时间将充分地提供预期的车厢调节环境22。另外,控制器26有选择地确定部分基于预期的车厢调节环境22的充电开始时间28和出发时间。在所示的例子中,充电开始时间28对应于2:00AM。如图示的,在充电是可用的和在出发时间之前的时候,车厢调节***20在6:00AM和7:00AM之间是工作的。这里,出发时间30对应于7:00AM。应认识到的是,所示的持续时间仅是代表性的,实际的充电时间和车厢调节持续时间将基于各种因素变化。而且,应理解的是,储能部件14的充电可与车厢调节同时或不同时地执行。
参照图3,简化示意图显示了在充电开始时间28的确定和充电***12的操作中控制器26可以进行的另一考虑。控制器26通过中介机构32接收数据,中介机构可以是无线连接。如上所述,当以工业电网的形式时,从电源16汲取电力或能量是以各种比率被充电,典型地取决于一天中的时间和/或一周的哪天。控制器26可以被配置用来接收数据,其足以产生电力使用安排,电力使用安排包括一周中的每天的多个时间的电力比率。控制器26被配置用来尝试根据电力使用安排以最少使用时间为电动车辆10的储能部件14充电。为控制器26提供出发时间允许控制器26确定进行充电的最少使用时间,同时在出发时间之前仍充分地实现预期的车厢调节环境22。替代地,充电***12和/或控制器26可以与局部功率计可操作地连通,局部功率计提供进一步的能量效率增强。
参照图4,流程图大体上显示了调节乘客车厢的方法。电动车辆10和相关的部件已经在前面描述,并且特定部件不需要进一步地详细描述。方法包括利用充电***12为储能部件14充电40,储能部件例如是电池。在储能部件14的充电40之前或之后,车厢调节***20被使用者编程42。程序42可以包括预期的车厢调节环境22和/或出发时间。基于程序输入,其可通过多个部件被传送,例如使用者界面24和控制器26,检测44由主动充电的启动时间和车厢调节***20的启动产生。启动时间在出发时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境22和电池的完全充电状态。车厢调节***20在储能部件14的充电40之后***作46。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器,包括:
充电***,其配置用来为电动车辆的电池提供电力;和
车厢调节***,其配置用来从使用者接收输入,以在出发时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境,其中车厢调节***在充电***操作过程中和在电池的完全充电状态之后操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,预期的车厢调节环境包括目标温度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,在使用者选择的出发时间之前,车厢调节***有选择地确定启动时间以实现目标温度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,车厢调节***被配置用来为多个出发时间提供预期的车厢调节***。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,多个出发时间在多天中出现。
6.根据权利要求2所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,充电***接收电力使用安排。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,充电***以电力使用安排的最少使用时间为电池提供电力。
8.一种用于电动车辆的可编程车厢调节器,包括:
使用者界面,其配置用来为使用者提供编程产生预期的车厢调节环境的完成时间的能力;
充电***,其包括电池和充电源,所述充电源用于产生到电动车辆的电池的电力;和
控制器,其与使用者界面可操作地连通用于有选择地确定启动时间,以在由使用者提供的完成时间之前提供预期的车厢调节环境和电池的完全充电状态。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可编程车厢调节器,其特征在于,预期的车厢调节环境包括目标温度。
10.一种调节电动车辆的车厢的方法,包括:
利用充电***为电动车辆的电池充电;
为车厢调节***编程以在完成时间之前产生预期的车厢调节环境;和
在充电***操作过程中和在电池的完全充电状态之后操作车厢调节***。
