Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合吸塑桌板,它包括分别吸塑成型的塑料面板和塑料底板,所述塑料底板粘结在所述塑料面板的下表面,所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置。吸塑成型所述塑料面板时吸塑模具上的排气孔的痕迹全部落在所述凹槽中,使得所述塑料面板的表面平整、光滑,无排气孔的痕迹。现有技术中为消除塑料面板上的排气孔的痕迹,往往通过增加塑料面板的厚度来实现,这就会极大增加产品的制造成本,而且无法完全消除掉排气孔的痕迹。本发明的复合吸塑桌板由于塑料面板的表面上不会留有排气孔的痕迹,因此塑料面板的厚度可以做的相当薄,从而使本发明的复合吸塑桌板具有生产制造成本低的优点。

Description

一种复合吸塑桌板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合吸塑桌板。
背景技术
桌子是我们日常生活中最常使用的家具类日用品之一,在家庭居室或是单位办公地或是各类公共场所,人们都能看到它的影子。桌子的种类繁多,有用于工作、学习的办公桌,有用于召开大小会议的各种会议桌,有用于家庭用餐的小餐桌及宾馆、酒店用餐的大餐桌,有用于休闲、娱乐的休闲桌,还有用于摆放电脑的电脑桌等等。
无论桌子用于什么样的目的,桌子的基本结构通常都包括有桌板和桌腿。早期使用的桌板大都以木质材料为原料制作而成,比如,使用木板、纤维板或刨花板等来制作。这些以木质为原材料制作的桌板,一方面会由于对木材砍伐的限制而越来越少地被使用,另一方面也会由于某些缺陷而局限其使用,比如,以中密度纤维板制作而成的桌板,会由于其沉重的质量而使桌子难以搬动,又比如,以刨花板制作而成的桌板,会由于其强度较弱而易于损坏,而且木质桌板还存在防潮性差、不易清洗、木材价格较高而造成产品造价高等弊端。另一种早期使用的桌板为塑料桌板,由于是实心塑料板,其质量十分沉重,搬动十分不便,一般很少使用。
为了解决上述桌板的不足之处,有人设计出了吸塑桌板。吸塑桌板包括利用吸塑成型工艺制造的塑料面板和塑料底板。所述塑料底板通过胶水粘结在所述塑料面板的底面,所述塑料底板和所述塑料面板的四周边缘相互重叠,通过胶水粘结成一个整体。
在制造所述塑料面板的时候,吸塑模具上必须开设若干排气孔,使加热软化后的所述塑料面板吸附在所述模具上,再冷却成型。因此,所述塑料面板上就会随之压印成型有这些排气孔的痕迹,导致所述塑料面板较粗糙、不够平整。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种平整度较高的复合吸塑桌板,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合吸塑桌板,它包括分别吸塑成型的塑料面板和塑料底板,所述塑料底板粘结在所述塑料面板的下表面,所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置。
一较佳实施例之中:所述凹槽的横截面呈锥形状。
一较佳实施例之中:所述塑料面板的厚度为0.8-1.4mm。
一较佳实施例之中:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.0-1.2mm。
一较佳实施例之中:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.2mm。
一较佳实施例之中:所述凹槽的数量是两个,呈直线状间隔布置。
一较佳实施例之中:所述凹槽的数量是两个,其中一个呈花瓣形状布置,另一个呈嵌套在所述花瓣形状中的圆形状布置。
一较佳实施例之中:所述凹槽的数量是若干个,呈网格状布置。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置,吸塑成型所述塑料面板时吸塑模具上的排气孔的痕迹全部落在所述凹槽中,使得所述塑料面板的表面平整、光滑,无排气孔的痕迹。
2.现有技术中为消除塑料面板上的排气孔的痕迹,往往通过增加塑料面板的厚度来实现,这就会极大增加产品的制造成本,而且无法完全消除掉排气孔的痕迹。本发明的复合吸塑桌板由于塑料面板的表面上不会留有排气孔的痕迹,因此塑料面板的厚度可以做的相当薄,减少原材料使用量,从而使本发明的复合吸塑桌板具有生产制造成本低的优点。
3.所述塑料面板的厚度为0.8-1.4mm,能够有效降低产品的制造成本。特别是所述塑料面板的厚度为1.0-1.2mm,不但能够更加有效降低产品的制造成本,而且成型工艺简单。特别是所述塑料面板的厚度为1.2mm,不但能够更加有效降低产品的制造成本,简化成型工艺,而且保证了所述塑料面板的强度。
4.所述凹槽的横截面呈锥形状,有利于在吸塑成型时所述塑料面板整体贴合在吸塑模具有,进一步提高了所述塑料面板的表面平整度。
5.由于所述塑料面板的表面上没有排气孔的痕迹,因此本发明的复合吸塑桌板外观简洁、美观、大方。
6.所述凹槽的数量、在平面内的形状并不固定,可以做成任何形状的图案,美化产品。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1及图2,将本发明的两块复合吸塑桌板100通过铰链300铰接在一起,然后再配设上折叠脚架400,即形成可折叠的折叠桌500。
请参照图3及图4,本发明的复合吸塑桌板100包括一塑料面板10及一塑料底板20。所述塑料底板20粘结在所述塑料面板10的下表面11。
所述塑料面板10和所述塑料底板20由吸塑成型工艺制成。所述塑料面板10的上表面12向下凹陷设有两个直线状的凹槽13,所述两凹槽13间隔布置。所述凹槽13的横截面呈锥形状。所述凹槽13对应吸塑模具600上的排气孔620的位置设置,使得在吸塑成型时所述排气孔620的吸塑痕迹印留在所述凹槽13中。所述吸塑模具600上对应所述凹槽13凸设有两个锥形状的凸筋640,所述排气孔620设置在所述凸筋640上。所述塑料面板10的厚度为0.8-1.4mm,优选为1.0-1.2mm,更加优选为1.2mm。
请参照图5,其绘示了本发明第二种折叠桌500a的整体示意图,所述折叠桌500a与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述凹槽13a其中之一呈花瓣形状布置,另一个呈嵌套在所述花瓣形状中的圆形状布置。
请参照图6,其绘示了本发明第三种折叠桌500b的整体示意图,所述折叠桌500b与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述凹槽13b数量是若干个,呈网格状布置。
请参照图7,其绘示了本发明第四种折叠桌500c的整体示意图,所述折叠桌500c与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述凹槽13c数量是若干个,这些凹槽13c大体呈球场形状布置。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

1.一种复合吸塑桌板,它包括分别吸塑成型的塑料面板和塑料底板,所述塑料底板粘结在所述塑料面板的下表面,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置;所述凹槽的数量是两个,呈直线状间隔布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述凹槽的横截面呈锥形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为0.8-1.4mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.0-1.2mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.2mm。
6.一种复合吸塑桌板,它包括分别吸塑成型的塑料面板和塑料底板,所述塑料底板粘结在所述塑料面板的下表面,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置;所述凹槽的数量是两个,其中一个呈花瓣形状布置,另一个呈嵌套在所述花瓣形状中的圆形状布置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述凹槽的横截面呈锥形状。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为0.8-1.4mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.0-1.2mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.2mm。
11.一种复合吸塑桌板,它包括分别吸塑成型的塑料面板和塑料底板,所述塑料底板粘结在所述塑料面板的下表面,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的上表面向下凹陷设有凹槽,所述凹槽对应吸塑模具上的排气孔的位置设置;所述凹槽的数量是若干个,呈网格状布置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述凹槽的横截面呈锥形状。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为0.8-1.4mm。
14.根据权利要求13所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.0-1.2mm。
15.根据权利要求14所述的一种复合吸塑桌板,其特征在于:所述塑料面板的厚度为1.2mm。
