技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用充电装置,所述车辆用充电装置,用于对插电式混合动力车辆及电动汽车等配备有车载电池的车辆之中的、对应于模式3的充电***的车辆进行充电。
背景技术
对于预计今后会快速普及的插电式混合动力车辆及电动汽车等的充电***,美国的SAE(美国汽车工程师协会)和日本的JEVA(现在的JARI日本汽车研究所)制定了标准***。在该标准***中还设定了多种模式,例如,有作为地面侧的设备,只要求充电电缆和漏电切断机构的模式(模式1)、和作为地面侧的设备还要求包含对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号(CPLT)的充电控制机构的控制机构的模式(模式3)。对于这些标准***的内容,记载在专利文献1的背景技术栏中。
在采用了这些模式之中的模式3的车辆的情况下,在利用车辆侧的充电控制回路检查了充电电缆的连接情况及车载电池的充电状态等之后,开始充电。
在图4中,表示与对应于模式3的车辆30的车辆用充电装置20中的充电开始控制相关的电路图,在图5中示出表示对于每种充电状况图4的A点的电位(充电控制信号)的变化的曲线图。在图4的电路图中,在模式3的车辆30没有连接充电电缆1的状态下,车辆用充电装置20的A点的电位(充电控制信号)为12V。
充电电缆1由构成充电电路的电源线1a、发送充电控制信号的信息线1b、和接地线1c构成。当将充电电缆1连接到车辆30上时,由于车辆侧的充电控制电路6的电阻R2和电阻R1串联连接,所以被分压,A点的电位(充电控制信号)变成9V。充电控制部7通过从12V向9V的电位变化,检测出模式3的车辆30的充电电缆1被连接,之后,充电控制部7使振荡器10振荡,变成9V振荡的状态。借此,脉冲状的9V进入车辆侧,车辆侧的充电开始控制电路6将允许受电开关12接通。其结果是,借助电阻R3的电阻分压,A点的电位(充电控制信号)变化成6V振荡,受电准备完毕。充电控制部7在这种状态下向继电器5输出接通信号,充电电流在充电电路2中流动,开始经由车辆侧的充电器向车载电池4的充电。
另外,上述充电开始控制,在车辆侧,用驱动之外使用的辅助蓄电池来进行,但是,根据车的种类,有的具有睡眠模式功能,若在检测出充电电缆1的连接之后的规定时间内没有开始充电,则为了防止车辆30的辅助蓄电池的电池溢流,停止向车辆侧的充电控制电路6的电源供应。在要对处于睡眠模式的状态的车辆再次开始充电的情况下,为了解除睡眠模式,操作者有必要从物理上进行解除充电电缆1的连接以及将其再次连接。
另一方面,在车辆用充电装置20中,预定为了利用电费便宜的深夜电力对车辆30充电,设置能够在将充电电缆1连接后经过规定时间之后开始充电的定时器控制功能,或者,为了在集体住宅等对多台车辆交替地充电,设置交替地重复充电开始和充电停止的功能。但是,由于若将所述具有睡眠模式功能的车辆30连接到车辆用充电装置20上,则产生和上面所述的同样的问题,所以,事实上,存在着不能使用这些功能的问题。

本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种车辆用充电装置,通过车辆用充电装置的控制,在具有将充电电缆刚刚连接到车辆上之后不开始的定时器控制功能、或暂时使充电停止的功能的车辆用充电装置中,设置定时器控制功能、或暂时使充电停止及再次开始的控制功能,即使在将具有睡眠模式功能的车辆连接到车辆用充电装置上的情况下,操作者也不必从物理上进行充电电缆的连接解除及再次连接。
为了解决上述课题,根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的一种实施方式,是一种车辆用充电装置,所述车辆用充电装置经由充电电缆向搭载有充电控制电路的车辆进行充电,其中,所述车辆用充电装置配备有:充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及复位器,在充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制地复位。

具体实施方式
总体说明
根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的一种实施方式,是一种经由充电电缆向搭载有充电控制电路的车辆进行充电的车辆用充电装置,其中,所述车辆用充电装置配备有:充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及复位器,在充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制地复位。
根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的另外一种实施方式,在上述实施方式的车辆用充电装置中,其特征在于,充电控制信号发送限制器具有如下功能:在经由充电电缆与车辆连接之后,通过由限制器进行的控制,限制对于车辆侧的充电控制电路的充电控制信号的发送。
根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的另外一种实施方式,在上述实施方式的车辆用充电装置中,其特征在于,限制器是在设定时刻允许充电的定时控制器。
根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的另外一种实施方式,在上述实施方式的车辆用充电装置中,其特征在于,限制器是控制用计算机,所述控制用计算机构成为了交替地对车辆充电、而交替地重复充电开始和充电停止的使充电暂时停止及再次开始的控制功能。
根据本发明的车辆用充电装置的另外一种实施方式,是一种经由充电电缆向搭载有充电控制电路的车辆进行充电的车辆用充电装置,其中,所述车辆用充电装置配备有:充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及复位器,在满足了规定条件时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制性地复位。
发明的效果
在根据本发明的车辆用充电装置中,利用配备有:充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及复位器,在充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制地复位的结构,当利用定时器控制功能或暂时地使充电停止及再次开始的控制功能进行的充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,充电控制信号被迅速地强制复位,因此,即使对于具有睡眠模式的车辆,也不用由操作者从物理上进行充电电缆的连接解除及再次连接,能够通过定时器控制或暂时使充电停止及再次开始的控制来进行充电。
图中所示的实施方式的说明
下面,说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是表示利用充电电缆1将与模式3(作为充电时与车辆连接的充电装置侧的控制器,要求包含有对车辆侧的充电控制电路6发送充电控制信号(CPLT)的充电控制器的模式)对应的类型的车辆用充电装置20和车辆30连接起来的状态的框图。充电电缆1由供应电源的电源线1a、发送充电控制信号的信息线1b、和接地线1c构成。电源线1a连接到在车辆用充电装置20内部具有漏电断路器(ELB)的充电电路2上,将从交流电源3供应的电力经过充电电缆1通过车辆侧的充电器向车载电池4充电。在充电电路2上设置用于对通电进行接通、切断控制的继电器5。
7是充电装置的充电控制部,配备有作为交流-直流变换器的电源8。
在该充电控制部7上,隔着振荡器(振动器)10和电阻R1设置有充电控制信号端子11。其电压(A点的电压)被输入给充电控制部7。
在与车辆侧的充电控制电路6之间交换充电控制信号(CPLT)的振荡器10,激发出预定的占空比(脉冲宽度/脉冲周期)的充电控制信号。充电控制信号的占空比由充电控制装置的充电容量、充电电缆的种类等决定。
在车辆侧的充电控制信号端子11’与接地端子14’之间,相互并联地连接有与电阻R3串联的受电允许开关12、电阻R2、电容器13。该受电允许开关12由车辆侧的充电控制电路6进行控制。另外,占空比(脉冲宽度/脉冲周期)越大,意味着能够供应越大的充电电流,车辆侧的充电控制电路6读取从振荡器10输出的充电控制信号的占空比,控制向车载电池4的充电电流。
如图2所示,充电控制部7配备有:充电控制器71,所述充电控制器71对车辆侧的充电控制电路6发送充电控制信号,进行对车辆30的充电开始控制;充电控制信号发送限制器72,所述充电控制信号发送限制器72限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及复位器73,所述复位器73将充电控制信号强制地复位。
在本实施方式的车辆用充电装置中,在未将充电电缆1连接到车辆30上的情况下,调整充电控制器71发送的充电控制信号,以便充电控制端子11的电压变成12V,当将充电电缆1连接到对应于模式3的车辆30上时,被设置于车辆侧的充电控制电路6上的电阻R2分压,充电控制端子11的电压降低到9V。
充电控制部7通过从该12V向9V的电位变化,检测出模式3的车辆30的充电电缆1被连接了,之后,充电控制部7使振荡器10振荡,变成9V振荡的状态。当以9V振荡的充电控制信号进入车辆侧时,内置于车辆侧的充电控制电路6中的充电允许开关12接通。其结果是,充电控制信号的电压被内置于车辆侧的充电控制电路6中的另外的电阻R3分压,变成6V振荡,受电准备完毕。
在这种状态下,充电控制部7向对充电电路2进行开闭的继电器5输出接通信号,车辆侧的充电控制电路6在能够由脉冲信号供应的电流值的范围内,开始向车载电池4的充电。另外,脉冲的频率因站台(stand)的不同而异,但是,电压及占空比被标准化。另外,车辆用充电控制装置利用6V振荡的脉冲信号进行充电开始的意思的显示。
如图2所示,在充电控制部7的充电控制器71上连接有充电控制信号发送限制器72。另外,充电控制信号发送限制器72,在充电电缆连接后,利用从由内置于在设定的时刻开始充电的车辆用充电装置20中的定时控制器等构成的限制器16发送的控制信号,对充电控制器71进行输出或者解除限制信号的控制。即,在充电控制信号发送限制器72对充电控制器71输出限制信号的状态下,不进行由充电控制器71进行的充电控制信号的发送,车辆30不能开始充电。例如,充电控制信号发送限制器72,由于直到成为充电开始时刻为止一直由定时控制器输出“禁止充电”的控制信号,所以,对充电控制器71输出限制信号。从而,即使根据从12V向9V的电位变化检测出模式3的车辆30的充电电缆1被连接,充电控制器71也不能使振荡器10发生振荡。
在成为了充电开始时刻的时间点,由于定时控制器输出“允许充电”的控制信号,所以,充电控制信号发送限制器72对充电控制器71解除限制信号。从而,充电控制器71可以使振荡器10发生振荡,开始充电。
另外,作为限制器16,也可以是***的控制计算机,所述***的控制计算机,为了交替地对车辆充电,进行交替地重复充电开始和充电停止的使充电暂时停止及再次开始的控制。例如,在连接了多个车辆用充电装置的充电***中,能够同时对多个车辆进行充电。在充电的车辆的数目少时,能够连续地进行充电。在车辆的数目多、超过合同供电量的情况下,通过对一部分车辆暂时停止充电,以不超过合同供应电量的方式由控制计算机控制各个车辆用的充电装置的充电。
另外,在将太阳能发电等的电源用于充电的情况下,由于发电量根据太阳照射量而变化,所以,预定进行控制计算机根据发电量的变化暂时使充电停止、或者再次开始的控制。
当各个车辆用充电装置20的充电控制信号发送限制器72检测到来自于该控制用计算机的“禁止充电”的控制信号时,充电控制信号发送限制器72对充电控制器71输出限制信号。借此,以充电控制器71暂时停止充电控制信号的发送、向各个车辆30的充电停止的方式来进行控制。
另外,在进行如上所述的控制的车辆用充电装置20中,在将具有睡眠模式功能的车辆30连接到车辆用充电装置20上的情况下,在识别了车辆30与充电电缆1的连接之后,在一定时间内不开始充电的情况下(例如,振荡器10不激发充电控制信号的情况下),为了防止车辆30的辅助蓄电池的电池溢流,停止向车辆侧的充电控制电路6的电源供应。
本发明的特征部分为,通过设置进行如下控制的复位器73,即,在由定时控制功能或使充电暂时停止及再次开始的控制功能产生的限制信号被解除、来自于充电控制器71的充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,如图1、图2所示,将A点的电位(充电控制信号)强制地复位(9V→0V→9V地变化),即使是具有睡眠模式功能的车辆30,也能够进行由定时控制功能或使充电暂时停止及再次开始的控制功能的控制进行的充电。
在充电控制信号发送限制器72解除限制信号、解除来自于充电控制器71的充电控制信号的发送限制的情况下,通过进行复位器73将A点的电位(充电控制信号)强制地复位(9V→0V→9V地变化)的控制,模拟充电电缆1的连接解除及再次连接的物理上的作业。
即,通过将A点的电位(充电控制信号)从9V变到0V,模拟充电电缆1的连接解除。这时,由于在物理上,充电电缆1被连接着,所以,与车辆侧的充电控制电路6的电阻R2连接。从而,来自于充电控制部7的充电控制信号与将充电电缆1连接到车辆30上时一样,由于电阻R2和电阻R1串联连接,因而被分压,A点的电位(充电控制信号)变成9V。
从而,充电控制部7通过A点的从0V向9V的电位变化,识别出充电电缆1被连接到了模式3的车辆30上。
另外,由于充电控制信号发送限制器72对充电控制器71解除限制信号,充电控制信号的发送限制被解除,所以,充电控制器71使振荡器10振荡、成为9V振荡的状态。当向车辆侧的充电控制电路6输入9V的充电控制信号时,内置的受电允许开关12接通。其结果是,充电控制信号的电压被内置于车辆侧的充电控制电路6的电阻R3分压,变成6V振荡,受电准备完毕。在这种状态下,充电控制装置向对充电电路2进行开闭的继电器5输出接通信号,再次开始向车载电池4的充电。
另外,在上述实施方式中,在充电控制信号发送限制器72解除了限制信号时,使复位器动作,但是,复位器73也可以在充电控制信号发送限制器72解除了限制信号之后的规定时间之内进行复位动作。
另外,在振荡器10以9V开始振荡并经过规定时间之后不开始充电的情况下,即,在A点的电位(充电控制信号)不以6V振荡的情况下,复位器73也可以进行复位动作。
这样,在车辆变成睡眠模式之后再次开始充电的情况下,作为复位动作,复位器73进行使A点的电位一度为0V、之后返回到原来的电位的动作。
另外,限制器16也可以根据车辆用充电装置20的温度上升而暂时停止充电。
另外,在上述实施方式中,对于充电控制器71、充电控制信号发送限制器72及复位器73被设置于充电控制部7的情况进行了说明,但是,也可以由集成电路等构成充电控制部7,充电控制器71、充电控制信号发送限制器72及复位器73由装入其中的程序来实现。
另外,在上述实施方式中,在充电控制信号发送限制器72的限制信号被解除了时,复位器73动作,但是,也可以在充电控制部7设置判定器,在该判定器满足了规定条件时,复位器73将充电控制信号强制地复位。
例如,在车辆用充电装置20的交流电源3停电的情况下,将在之后电力恢复时,判定器作出恢复电力的检测判定时作为规定条件。也可以是在满足了该规定条件时,只要由复位器73强制地将控制信号复位就能够再次开始充电,在这种情况下,优选地,在再次开始充电之前,自动地检测有无其它异常。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用充电装置,所述车辆用充电装置经由充电电缆向搭载有充电控制电路的车辆进行充电,其中,所述车辆用充电装置配备有:
充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;
充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及
复位器,在充电控制信号的发送限制被解除时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制地复位。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用充电装置,其特征在于,充电控制信号发送限制器具有如下功能:在经由充电电缆与车辆连接之后,通过由限制器进行的控制,限制对于车辆侧的充电控制电路的充电控制信号的发送。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆用充电装置,其特征在于,限制器是在设定时刻允许充电的定时控制器。
4.如权利要求2所述的车辆用充电装置,其特征在于,限制器是控制用计算机,所述控制用计算机构成为了交替地对车辆充电、而交替地重复充电开始和充电停止的使充电暂时停止及再次开始的控制功能。
5.一种车辆用充电装置,所述车辆用充电装置经由充电电缆向搭载有充电控制电路的车辆进行充电,其中,所述车辆用充电装置配备有:
充电控制器,所述充电控制器对车辆侧的充电控制电路发送充电控制信号,以控制向车辆的充电;
充电控制信号发送限制器,所述充电控制信号发送限制器限制该充电控制信号的发送;以及
复位器,在满足了规定条件时,所述复位器将充电控制信号强制地复位。
