发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种菱角黑米肉肠。 
方案是:五花肉25-26kg、菱角12-13kg、黑米9-10kg、盐1.5-1.6kg、味精500-550g、黄酒680-700g、酱油680-700g、肠衣数条。 
制备方法:将五花肉剁成末,黑米和菱角加水煮熟,与其它所有组份混匀装香肠,晒干或烘干即可。 
具体实施方式

五花肉25-26kg、菱角12-13kg、黑米9-10kg、盐1.5-1.6kg、味精500-550g、黄酒680-700g、酱油680-700g、肠衣数条。

五花肉25-26kg、菱角12-13kg、黑米9-10kg、盐1.5-1.6kg、味精500-550g、黄酒680-700g、酱油680-700g、肠衣数条。

五花肉25kg、菱角12kg、黑米9kg、盐1.5kg、味精500g、黄酒680g、酱油680g、肠衣数条。
