Abstract

一种淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽工件经加热炉加热淬火时,由吊车吊起工件放在淬火槽底部的旋转料盘上。由于管道泵的作用时淬火介质(水、水基溶剂或是淬火油)在一定的压力下通过进水管流入淬火槽部,并冲击旋转叶片,使之旋转。因此带动旋转料盘上的工件旋转。当淬火件冷却到工艺规定的温度,停止管道泵,使进水停止。如果淬火槽内的淬火介质液面升高于溢流口,淬火介质溢流至外部循环水箱内。本发明在淬火槽的下方有旋转料盘旋转叶片通过旋转轴与旋转料盘相连接,旋转轴通过轴承座福鼎在淬火槽的底部。冷却水通过管道泵施加的压力旋转,从而带动旋转盘旋转而带动工件旋转,使淬火工件冷却均匀一至。

技术领域
本发明涉及热处理领域,特别涉及一种淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽。
背景技术
当需要热处理淬火的工件由加热炉加热后,需移出炉外,并放入淬火槽内淬火,淬火介质可以是水、油或是水溶性溶剂。为使淬火工件冷却均匀,而得到均匀一至的淬火组织。当工件进入淬火槽中淬火时则需要工件,相对于淬火介质而运动。传统的周期式淬火槽,槽内的工件不能运动,仅通过吊车把工件吊起在淬火介质中上下或左右运动。这样淬火在油中淬火时,由于操作不当或是吊车失灵而引起火灾发生。而现代化的智能型淬火槽不但投资成本高,也需要大量的电力运作。
发明内容
为了提供一种淬火工件在淬火槽中淬火时可自动旋转的淬火槽。一种淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽1工件经加热炉加热淬火时,由吊车吊起工件放在淬火槽底部的旋转料盘上。由于管道泵6的作用时淬火介质(水、水基溶剂或是淬火油)在一定的压力下通过进水管7流入淬火槽1部,并冲击旋转叶片4,使之旋转。因此带动旋转料盘上的工件8旋转。 当淬火件冷却到工艺规定的温度,停止管道泵,使进水停止。如果淬火槽1内的淬火介质液面升高于溢流口8,淬火介质溢流至外部循环水箱内。
本发明在淬火槽的下方有旋转料盘旋转叶片通过旋转轴与旋转料盘相连接,旋转轴通过轴承座福鼎在淬火槽的底部。冷却水通过管道泵施加的压力旋转,从而带动旋转盘旋转而带动工件旋转,使淬火工件冷却均匀一至。

实施例1
一种淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽1工件经加热炉加热淬火时,由吊车吊起工件放在淬火槽底部的旋转料盘上。由于管道泵6的作用时淬火介质(水、水基溶剂或是淬火油)在一定的压力下通过进水管7流入淬火槽1部,并冲击旋转叶片4,使之旋转。因此带动旋转料盘上的工件8旋转。 当淬火件冷却到工艺规定的温度,停止管道泵,使进水停止。如果淬火槽1内的淬火介质液面升高于溢流口8,淬火介质溢流至外部循环水箱内。

1.一种淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽,其特征在于工件经加热炉加热淬火时,由吊车吊起工件放在淬火槽底部的旋转料盘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽,其特征在于,由于管道泵(6)的作用,淬火介质在一定的压力下通过进水管(7)流入淬火槽(1)底部,并冲击旋转叶片(4),使之旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽,其特征在于,当淬火件冷却到工艺规定的温度,停止管道泵,使进水停止。
4.根据权利要求1所述的淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽,其特征在于,如果淬火槽(1)内的淬火介质液面升高于溢流口(8),淬火介质溢流至外部循环水箱内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的淬火件自动旋转的淬火槽,其特征在于,在淬火槽(1)的下方有旋转料盘(2)旋转叶片(4)通过旋转轴(3)与旋转料盘相连接,旋转轴(3)通过轴承座(5)福鼎在淬火槽(1)的底部。
6.冷却水通过管道泵(6)施加的压力旋转,从而带动旋转盘(2)旋转而带动工件(8)旋转,使淬火工件冷却均匀一致。
