Conventionally, filling of a liquid chamber of a flexible bag packaging container with a liquid chemical has been generally performed through a mouthpiece provided in the liquid chamber. The mouthpiece on the liquid cavity is designed for meeting the functions of dosing and transfusion, and the section size of the mouthpiece is usually smaller, so that the problems of long liquid filling time and low production efficiency exist when the mouthpiece is used for filling liquid medicine.
To this end, chinese patent ZL200510025981.6 discloses a side or bottom fill sealed plastic infusion container which is provided with a filling port on a soft bag, beside a mouthpiece or beside a hanging bag hole at the rear, fills a medical fluid through the filling port, and closes the filling port after filling.
The special filling opening is formed in the liquid cavity of the soft bag infusion product, so that the liquid medicine can be conveniently filled, the side wall of the soft bag filling opening is required to be prevented from being stained with the liquid medicine when the liquid medicine is filled, otherwise, the heat sealing effect of the filling opening is influenced, and therefore, the problem that a proper filling system is designed for filling the liquid medicine through the filling opening needs to be solved by technical research and development personnel is solved.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a soft bag to be filled by the soft bag infusion product liquid medicine filling system of the present invention, and it can be seen from the diagram that a liquid chamber 3 enclosed by a sealing edge 2 is arranged on the soft bag 1, and a filling opening 4 formed by a reserved unsealed gap is arranged on the liquid chamber 3. Referring to fig. 3, before filling the liquid medicine, two side walls of the soft bag liquid cavity 3 are attached together and are in a sheet shape.
The structure of the liquid medicine filling system of the soft bag infusion product is shown in figure 2.
The soft bag transfusion product filling system comprises a rack, wherein a soft bag fixing unit, a filling opening unit 6, a liquid medicine filling unit 5, a filling opening clamping unit 7, a soft bag liquid cavity clamping unit 8 and a filling opening welding 9 are arranged on the rack.
Because the components in the system of the present invention may be disposed on a common frame or on separate frames, and the frames may be in the form of a base or a support, and the switching of the components during the filling process of the liquid medicine may be performed by using a known robot or a known driving mechanism including a guiding device and an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, and the arrangement of the components may be different depending on the switching means, a specific frame structure is not shown in fig. 2.
In addition, the existing soft bag infusion product production equipment is provided with corresponding soft bag fixing devices, the fixing devices can be soft bag fixing clamps moving along with the production line and can also be soft bag fixing devices fixed on stations, and the existing soft bag fixing devices can be applied to the filling system of the invention directly or only by simple adaptive adjustment, so that the specific structure of the soft bag fixing unit is not shown in fig. 2.
When the soft bag to be filled with the liquid medicine is of a single liquid cavity structure, and the filling port on the liquid cavity is arranged on the bottom edge of the soft bag in a centering manner, the hanging bag hole is usually also arranged on the bottom edge of the soft bag in a centering manner, so that the filling system in the invention in fig. 2 is also provided with a soft bag hanging bag hole punching unit 10. The punching unit 10 for punching holes of punching bags mainly comprises a pair of punching dies 101 and a cylinder 102 for driving the punching dies 101 to operate.
The liquid medicine filling unit 5 mainly includes a liquid medicine supply device 51 and a filling head 52 connected by a pipe, and the cross section of the filling head 52 is a flat nozzle as shown in a-a in the figure. The liquid medicine filling unit 5 completes the filling of the liquid medicine by inserting the filling head 52 into the filling port 4 on the soft bag liquid chamber 3. Referring to fig. 5, the cross-sectional dimension of the filling head 52 is smaller than the inner cavity dimension of the filling opening 4 after opening, so that the filling head 52 can be inserted into or withdrawn from the filling opening 4 without contacting the side wall of the filling opening 4.
The filling port opening unit 6 mainly includes a control device 61, a vacuum pump 62, a pair of vacuum suction heads 63, and a driving cylinder 64 thereof. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the filling opening unit 6 opens the filling opening 4 by respectively sucking both side walls of the filling opening 4 by a pair of vacuum suction heads 63.
The filling opening clamping unit 7 mainly comprises a pair of clamping plates 71 and a driving air cylinder 72 thereof, wherein the clamping plates 71 are provided with clamping openings 73 matched with the cross section shapes of the filling heads 52, and meanwhile, the clamping working surfaces of the clamping plates 71 are also provided with flexible layers 74 made of flexible materials. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, after the filling head 52 is inserted into the opened filling opening 4, a pair of clamping plates 71 clamp the side walls of the filling opening 4, so that the two side walls of the filling opening 4 are opposite to each other and wrap around the outer side wall of the filling head 52, and meanwhile, the side walls of the filling opening 4 wrapping the rear margin of the filling head 52 are attached to each other.
The soft bag liquid chamber holding unit 8 mainly includes a pair of chucks 81 and a driving cylinder 82 thereof. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, after the soft bag liquid chamber 3 is filled with the liquid medicine, the pair of clamp heads 81 clamp the two side walls of the liquid chamber 3 below the filling head 52 and above the liquid level of the liquid medicine together, thereby isolating the liquid level of the liquid medicine from the filling port 4 and the filling head 52 above the liquid level.
The filling opening welding unit 9 mainly includes a control device 91, a welding mold 92 and a driving cylinder 93 thereof. Referring to fig. 13, after the pair of clamps 81 are clamped to the flexible bag liquid chamber 3, the pair of clamps 71 are removed, and the filling head 52 is withdrawn from the filling opening 4, the welding mold 92 heat seals the filling opening 4.
It is to be noted that the drive mechanism constituted by the drive cylinder in each unit described above may be replaced by a known robot operation mechanism, a drive device constituted by a guide device and a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder may be used, a known screw drive device may be used, or the like.
In fig. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the filling head 52 is a flat nozzle, but a circular tube-shaped filling head and other filling heads having an appropriate cross-sectional shape may be used.
The function of the chuck 81 is to isolate the liquid medicine in the soft bag liquid chamber 3 from the filling port 4 and the filling head 52, and firstly, to prevent the liquid medicine from vibrating from contaminating the side wall of the filling port 4 when the filling head 52 is withdrawn from the filling port 4; secondly, after the side walls of the soft bag liquid cavity 3 are clamped together, the heat sealing operation of the welding mold 92 is facilitated, and the phenomenon that the two side walls of the soft bag liquid cavity 3 are opened towards two sides to influence the heat sealing quality is avoided. The side wall above the liquid level in the liquid cavity 3 is clamped by the chuck 81, and because cavities above the liquid level of liquid medicine in some soft bag liquid cavities are smaller, if the width of a clamping edge formed after the clamping of the chuck 81 is too large, the volume of the soft bag liquid cavity 3 is reduced too much, so that the liquid medicine rises to the filling opening 4, therefore, in order to avoid the liquid medicine from rising to pollute the side wall at the filling opening 4, the width of the clamping edge formed after the clamping of the chuck 81 is required to be as small as possible under the condition that the side wall of the soft bag liquid cavity 3 is not damaged. To this end, the collet 81 may be formed from two laterally opposed sheets as shown in FIG. 2; or a thin plate and a clamping seat, the thin plate clamps two side walls of the liquid cavity 3 by utilizing the side edges of the thin plate to be matched with the clamping working surface on the clamping seat, the width of the clamping edge is determined by the thickness of the thin plate, and the width of the clamping working surface on the clamping seat can be a plane or a long-strip-shaped surface with the same width as the thickness of the thin plate. Furthermore, the flexible layer made of flexible material can be disposed on the clamping working surface of at least one of the clamping heads 81 to avoid damaging the side wall of the liquid chamber 3 during clamping.

The prepared soft bag infusion product is shown in figure 14, wherein a filling opening 4 on a soft bag liquid cavity 3 is hermetically sealed by a heat sealing edge 4-1, and a hanging bag hole 4-2 is arranged at the outer side of the heat sealing edge 4-1.
