技术领域
本发明涉及一种北方冬天使用的室内换气扇装置,特别是一种利用水帘吸收灰尘以及PM2.5的空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗。
背景技术
目前,北方冬天室内的空气污染日益严重,不少地方的室内以及室外的空气PM2.5指数经常处于非良好的状态,一些地方达到中度污染,影响人们了的身体健康,一种室内使用的空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗已经成为人们净化室内空气的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗,用于室内空气净化,特别是北方冬天的室内空气净化,利用过滤水帘吸收室外冷空气的灰尘以及PM2.5,为室内提供新鲜的净化空气。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗包括有空气能过滤装置、外壳以及控制器;空气能过滤装置包括有水帘过滤装置以及空气能热水器,水帘过滤装置以及空气能热水器安装于外壳内;水帘过滤装置包括有换气扇、水泵、水帘喷头以及百叶窗,空气能热水器包括有压缩机、气液分离器、排气扇、蒸发器、膨胀阀、存储器以及冷凝管,外壳包括有排风道、进风道以及水箱,水箱位于进风道的下部;蒸发器安装于排风道的排风口,排气扇安装于排风道内,排气扇位于蒸发器的旁边,百叶窗安装于进风道的进风口,换气扇安装于进风道内,换气扇位于百叶窗的旁边,冷凝管安装于水箱内;压缩机的输出口与冷凝管连接,冷凝管与存储器连接,存储器与膨胀阀连接,膨胀阀与蒸发器连接,蒸发器与气液分离器连接,气液分离器与压缩机的输入口连接;换气扇的电机的机座与外壳连接,电机的前轴与换气扇的扇叶固定连接,电机的后轴与水泵的转轴固定连接,水泵的外壳座与外壳固定连接,水帘喷头位于百叶窗的上部,水箱位于百叶窗的下部,水帘喷头与水泵的出水口连接,水泵的入水口与水箱连接;百叶窗设有过滤水帘,水箱设有进水电磁阀以及水位开关;控制器设有控制线与压缩机、换气扇、排气扇以及水泵连接;控制器设有温控器,温控器安装于室外的进风口旁边。
使用时,将空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗装置安装于房间的墙壁上,并使外壳的进风道的进风口位于室外一侧,进风道的出风口位于室内一侧,使外壳的排风道的排风口位于室外一侧,排风道的抽风口位于室内一侧;当室外的温度≤0°C时,温控器将其信号传输给控制器,控制器控制空气能热水器运行,排气扇将室内的空气抽排到蒸发器,利用蒸发器吸收室内空气的热能,同时将室内的空气排出到室外,更换室内的空气;利用空气能热水器的冷凝管将热量传递到水箱的水中,利用冷凝管将水箱的水加热成为热水,用于形成热的过滤水帘,防止过滤水帘被冷空气凝固;同时,控制器控制水帘过滤装置运行,水泵将水箱的热水抽至水帘喷头,由水帘喷头向百叶窗喷出热水形成过滤水帘,换气扇将室外空气经进风道抽入室内,室外空气经进风口进入,经过热的过滤水帘吸收灰尘以及PM2.5后经进风道的出风口进入室内,为室内提供净化的空气;当室外的温度>0°C时,温控器将其信号传输给控制器,控制器控制压缩机停止运行,控制排气扇运行,排气扇将室内的空气抽出到室外,更换室内的空气;同时,控制器控制水帘过滤装置运行,水泵将水箱的水抽至水帘喷头,由水帘喷头向百叶窗喷出水形成过滤水帘,换气扇将室外空气经进风道抽入室内,室外空气经进风口进入,经过过滤水帘吸收灰尘以及PM2.5后经进风道的出风口进入室内,为室内提供净化的空气。
本发明的有益效果是:空气能PM2.5水帘过滤窗设有水帘过滤装置以及空气能热水器,利用空气能热水器的排气扇将室内的污浊空气排除到室外,同时,利用蒸发器吸收室内空气的热能,利用冷凝管将冷水加热成为热水;水帘过滤装置利用热水产生过滤水帘,防止过滤水帘被冷风凝固,利用换气扇将室外的新鲜冷空气抽入,利用过滤水帘吸收空气中的灰尘以及PM2.5,为室内提供新鲜的净化空气。
