防转动的配料器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种配料器,用于输出液态至软膏状物料,包括具有配料出口的配料头、贮料室和配料器头部,其中配料头可以相对于配料器头部从配料备用位置移动到下降位置,或反之。
背景技术
这种配料器已知不同的设计。例如可参见WO2009/127651A1。此外还可以参见DE102007007402A1。
在上面列举的两篇国际专利申请文件已知的配料器中,配料器头部可相对于处于其下方的配料器套筒部件旋转运动。在这里配料器头部仅水平运动。配料器头部也采用与配料器套筒部件相同的外径。在缩回状态实际上呈现为一个统一的圆柱。
上述特征,单项或组合,也优选地在本申请的范围内提供。在由上面列举的两篇国际专利申请文件已知的配料器中还规定,配料头在伸出和缩回过程中与配料器头部一起转动。这导致使用者发现,在伸出配料头时设计在配料头内沿径向打开的配料出口,处于一个相对于配料头缩回的位置,以及相对于通常握在第二只手中构成贮料室的部分,亦即具体而言配料器套筒部件,沿圆周错开的位置。
发明内容
以此为基础,本发明要解决的技术问题是,将如前言所述以及原则上由列举的两篇国际专利申请文件已知的配料器设计并改进为,使配料出口在配料头伸出时不能或至少不能相对于配料器套筒部件显著旋转运动。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过一种用于输出液态至软膏状物料的配料器解决,所述配料器包括具有配料出口的配料头、贮料室和配料器头部,其中配料头能相对于配料器头部从配料备用位置移动到下降位置,或反之,其中规定,配料器头部使配料头仅轴向伸出或缩回,其中,能相对于配料器贮料室和/或泵室转动的套筒部件作用在配料头上使所述配料头垂直运动,所述套筒部件在转动过程中实行轴向运动,并且所述套筒部件通过仅仅水平运动的配料器头部驱动,其中,所述配料器头部相对于所述套筒部件旋转运动。
在这种情况下安排为,配料器头部使得配料头仅轴向伸出或缩回。配料头在伸出或缩回时,不随同实行配料器头部原则上如在按列举的两篇国际专利申请文件的配料器中提供的旋转运动。配料头相对于配料器头部保持无旋转运动。
为此,配料头优选地防旋转地与固定的配料器部分,例如配料器套筒部件或泵室相连接。但尽管如此,所述连接仍允许配料头与固定的配料器部分之间轴向相对运动。本发明采取的途径是,规定包括配料出口在内的整个配料头只能轴向运动。在配料头轴向移动时,相对于贮料室和/或泵室,但尤其是,作为替代或补充方式,相对于一个在操作时被使用者另一只手抓住的固定部分,不造成沿周向的相对运动。
可以用不同的方式达到伸出和缩回。例如配料头可以通过绳索与配料器头部连接,从而在配料器头部旋转运动时借助绳索实施配料头轴向伸出,配料头然后可例如克服弹簧力重新回缩。也可以例如采用齿轮/齿条接合装置。在这种情况下,例如与在配料头和配料器头部外部的配料器部分固定连接的有水平轴线的齿轮,与一个设计在配料头上的垂直齿条配合作用,其中,在配料器头部上水平环形设置的(内)齿可以与小齿轮配合作用。
然而优选地,配料头借助在配料头与配料器头部之间的滑槽导引装置仅轴向运动。
优选的是,配料器头部鉴于配料头至少部分相对于接合壁伸出的配料出口有回缩口,该回缩口有用于配料出口相对于配料器头部运动的界面,所述界面相对于垂直线倾斜延伸。因此基于说明的运动学和由此造成的配料头与配料器头部之间的相对运动,配料头可以达到简单地缩回和从配料器头部伸出,即使在配料出口区域内。作为替代或补充方式,也可以在必要时沿周向仅仅在配料出口伸出的区段设计为斜面,以及在必要时仅配料器头部在缩回状态容纳配料出口的区域有足够大的开口宽度。因此,在缩回状态,在配料出口或配料头的沿径向伸出设计有配料出口的区段,与配料器头部面向内相关的径向边缘区之间,在上侧可以达到表面毗连地闭合或接合。
在另一个细节中也优选的是,为了达到配料头垂直运动,在配料器头部与配料头之间设一个可转动的套筒部件。此可转动的套筒部件于是优选地可相对于配料器贮料室和/或泵室转动。此外,它优选地作用在配料头上,而且借助配料器头部作用在该套筒部件上。
此外作为补充,套筒部件在转动过程中实行轴向运动。由此可以达到配料头与配料器头部角向运动相比明显更大的轴向移动,尽管如此在操作过程中仍保持滑槽导引装置有利的倾斜角,如果利用这种设计的话。

具体实施方式
首先参见图1和2表示和说明配料器1,该配料器1用于输出液态至软膏状物料。配料器1有一个安装在同时形成外表面的配料器头部2中的配料头3。配料头3连接在泵室4之上,参见例如图5。泵室4有进口阀5和出口阀6。泵室4也可以只设一个阀。
在泵室4下方设计一个贮料室7,在该贮料室7中例如可以安装一个在这里没有详细表示的随动活塞。此外,在配料器头部2内还安装一个***件9,该***件9有一个或多个移动导槽10,套筒部件8借助一个或多个凸块11在其中滑行。***件9优选地设置为相对于构成或至少在外面围绕贮料室的套筒12旋转固定或者防相对扭转。在这里可仅通过在例如下面还要提及的弹簧16与相关支承面之间的磨擦接合便已经达到防止转动或防相对扭转。***件9一方面设计有作用在阀门元件14上的固持部分13。另一方面它设计有向下开口且内装复位弹簧16的安装腔15。此外,***件9还设计有一个垂直导引装置17,它与配料头3的对向导引部分18配合作用。提及的这些部分或导引装置也可以分别设置作为独立的部件。垂直导引装置17可以整体或分别例如由两个沿周向错开、在***件9上沿径向外伸、垂直延伸的条状件构成。对向导引部分18相应地也可以是垂直延伸的条状件。它可以沿径向内突起地设计在配料头3的一个向下伸的罐形壁上。垂直导引装置17与对向导引部分18的配合作用,只允许配料头3轴向运动。配料器头部2通过形状配合式掣子19与套筒部件8配合作用,并且在此包括一个设计在配料器头部2内侧、啮合在套筒部件8相应的槽20内的突起33。槽20可以设计在套筒部件8的一个水平环形并向外突伸的径向隆凸上。沿周向观察,可以看到在配料器头部2与套筒部件8之间设计有多个形状配合式连接。突起33优选地设计为仅垂直延伸的肋条。在移动过程中,此肋条可垂直地在槽20中游动。
此外,套筒部件8还设计有导引滑槽21,与配料头3固定连接的在这里设计为销钉的滑块22(图3)在其中滑行。
在配料器头部2从图3所示位置向右旋转到按图4的位置时,可以看到滑块22上行,使配料头3向上伸出。与此同时,套筒部件8借助导槽10提升,从而造成配料头3出口超出量u,此超出量大于旋转时滑块22经过的相应的高度差。
在泵室4的出口阀6所在那一侧连接有一个输出小管23。当在配料头2上加压时,输出小管23可与***件9一起垂直向下移动,以减小泵室4的容积,从而排出相应容积的物料。输出小管23在其上端有一个孔口24。此外,输出小管23被配料头3的一个在上部区围绕它的闭合段25围绕。闭合段25沿垂直方向在下部转变为配料头输出小管27,该输出小管27有为输出小管23配设的出口28。当配料头3垂直上移时,出口28与孔口24重叠。因此,在配料头3下移的状态,近乎通过闭合段25实现阻塞孔口24。输出小管23不需要运动,或许在泵动时除外,但在这件情况下它在一定程度上与配料头输出小管27刚性接合。基于配料头在垂直伸出状态稳定的位置,亦即在本实施例中通过滑槽21的水平段29达到,以及必要时通过滑槽10的水平段达到,其中在滑槽上分别作用滑块22或11,可以通过下压配料头3进行泵动,于是,在图6的构型中,物料可以从泵室4通过输出小管23、孔口24、出口28和配料头输出小管27从配料出口30排出。
在这方面有利的是,配料器头部2的端面区31在配料出口30垂直的下方可封闭设计,因为配料出口30相对于端面区31仅周向错开,且尽管有伸出的区段32仅在此壁区31缩回,对此还可例如参照图1和2。

输出小管23在其面朝配料头3的端部通过基本上水平的端壁34封闭。构成配料头输出小管27的部件,还沿垂直方向在出口28两侧构成在出口28上方的导向段35或在出口28下方的导向段36。在所述部件内,与出口28对置地设计一个通孔37。通孔37利用于与一个从配料头3顶盖区38内侧向下伸的接合部分39锁紧连接。此外,配料头输出小管27部分设计在上述部分内,以及部分设计在配料头3也构成壁38的部分内。在缩回状态,见图1,优选地壁38的外表面与配料器头部2的端面区31平面齐平地接合。
所述构成配料出口30、相对于配料头3其余圆形设计的区域、但无论如何相对于接合壁41伸出的区段32,缩回配料器头部2的回缩口40内。回缩口40设计在壁区31内。
与本实施例中提供的在区段32的轮廓形状与回缩口40相应的开口轮廓形状之间直接相配合的闭合位置不同,回缩口40可以设计为沿周向,无论如何在其径向区段内,离区段32有一个距离,这一距离使得在区段32和/或回缩口40上不需要斜面设计(但仍然可以设置)。

Claims (2)

1.一种配料器(1),用于输出液态至软膏状物料,包括具有配料出口(30)的配料头(3)、贮料室(7)和配料器头部(2),其中配料头(3)能相对于配料器头部(2)从配料备用位置移动到下降位置,或反之,其特征为:配料器头部(2)使配料头(3)仅轴向伸出或缩回,其中,能相对于配料器贮料室(7)和/或泵室(4)转动的套筒部件(8)作用在配料头(3)上使所述配料头(3)垂直运动,所述套筒部件(8)在转动过程中实行轴向运动,并且所述套筒部件(8)通过仅仅水平运动的配料器头部(2)驱动,其中,所述配料器头部(2)相对于所述套筒部件(8)旋转运动。
