Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺杆挤出装置,包括落料座、料筒、主螺杆和副螺杆,所述料筒与落料座连通,所述主螺杆的一端位于料筒同内,其另一端位于落料座内,所述副螺杆位于落料座内,且平行安装在与主螺杆旋转方向的一侧的上方,所述副螺杆上分布有压片。本发明采用长短双螺杆相结合,主螺杆采用螺纹结构,副螺杆采用压片结构,利用副螺杆的压片将熔料压进主螺杆的螺纹内,由主螺杆旋转带动熔料向前传送,可对各种熔料实现快速进料,同时,由于主螺杆只承受轴向力,副螺杆只承受侧向力,在主螺杆和副螺杆的支撑上更方便,节省了整个装置的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺杆挤出装置,属于材料挤出装置技术领域。
背景技术
现有的熔料挤出装置包括单螺杆挤出装置和双螺杆挤出装置两种。单螺杆挤出装置将熔料塞进螺杆的螺纹内,在螺杆转动过程中利用螺纹与熔料间的摩擦力将熔料将向前推进,这种单螺杆挤出装置能承受较大的挤出压力,实现大功率进料,但其缺点是:较大的塑料等熔料难以塞进螺纹内,造成进料难,不容易将熔料传送出去。而双螺杆挤出装置则是将熔料旋转在两啮合螺杆之间,在螺杆旋转时利用两螺杆啮拿的挤压力将熔料向前传送,这种双螺杆挤出装置能将固体熔料传送出去,但其缺点是:对于液状熔料比较难进行传送,同时由于两螺杆之间是利用挤压力将熔料传送出去,两螺杆会同时承受轴向力和侧向力,这将要设备上增加承托轴承,增加设备成本。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单的螺杆挤出装置。
本发明可以通过采取以下技术方案予以实现:
一种螺杆挤出装置,包括落料座、料筒、主螺杆和副螺杆,所述料筒与落料座连通,所述主螺杆的一端位于料筒同内,其另一端位于落料座内,所述副螺杆位于落料座内,且平行安装在与主螺杆旋转方向的一侧的上方,所述副螺杆上分布有压片。
在上述基础,本发明所述压片在副螺杆上呈错位均匀分布,所述压片的宽度与主螺杆的螺距相等,所述压片沿副螺杆表面呈倾斜分布,其倾斜角与主螺杆的螺纹升角相等,可以使副螺杆和主螺杆旋转时,压片能有效地将材料挤进主螺杆的螺纹里。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用长短双螺杆相结合,主螺杆采用螺纹结构,副螺杆采用压片结构,利用副螺杆的压片将熔料压进主螺杆的螺纹内,由主螺杆旋转带动熔料向前传送,可对各种熔料实现快速进料,同时,由于主螺杆只承受轴向力,副螺杆只承受侧向力,在主螺杆和副螺杆的支撑上更方便,节省了整个装置的成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的最佳实施例作详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明的螺杆挤出装置,包括落料座1、料筒2、主螺杆3和副螺杆4,所述料筒2呈长筒状,落料座1呈圆桶状,所述料筒2与落料座1的一侧连通,所述主螺3杆采用螺纹结构,所述主螺杆3的一端位于料筒2内,其另一端位于落料座1内,所述副螺杆4位于落料座1内,且平行安装在与主螺杆3旋转方向的一侧的上方,所述副螺杆4上分布有压片5,即若主螺杆3向外旋转时,副螺杆4则设置在主螺杆3的前上方,若主螺杆3向内旋转时,副螺杆4则设置在主螺杆3的后上方,这样方便熔料从落料座1上方落下时,副螺杆4能通过其上面的压片5快速地将熔料挤进主螺杆3的螺纹内。为了使副螺杆4更好的设置在落料座1内,本发明的副螺杆4的一端是通过承托轴承固定在落料座1内的料筒2与落料座1一侧的连通处的上方,其另一端则承托在落料座1的另一侧,且伸出落料座1与动力传入机构连接。为了使主螺杆3和副螺杆4旋转同步,在主螺杆和副螺杆的动力传入端可连接同步电机或同步齿轮组结构等。
本发明所述压片5在副螺杆4上呈错位均匀分布,所述压片5的宽度与主螺杆3的螺距相等,所述压片5沿副螺杆4表面呈倾斜分布,其倾斜角与主螺杆3的螺纹升角相等,可以使副螺杆4和主螺杆3旋转时,压片5能有效地将材料挤进主螺杆3的螺纹里。

Claims (4)
1.一种螺杆挤出装置,其特征在于包括落料座、料筒、主螺杆和副螺杆,所述料筒与落料座连通,所述主螺杆的一端位于料筒内,其另一端位于落料座内,所述副螺杆位于落料座内,且平行安装在主螺杆旋转方向的一侧的上方,所述副螺杆上分布有压片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆挤出装置,其特征在于所述压片在副螺杆上呈错位均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆挤出装置,其特征在于所述压片的宽度与主螺杆的螺距相等。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的螺杆挤出装置,其特征在于所述压片沿副螺杆表面呈倾斜分布,其倾斜角与主螺杆的螺纹升角相等。
