本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆制动***的液压单元,其按反馈原理工作并包括:液压单元上用于制动压力生成装置的主缸连接部;在一至少部分地设置在液压单元中的制动回路中的、实施为输入阀和输出阀的压力调节阀,制动回路能经由液压单元上的车轮制动器连接部连接到至少一对车轮制动器;回流通道,回流通道在液压单元中在下游连接到输出阀并经由液压的第一连接部通入低压蓄压器的一由活塞界定出的压力介质腔室中,回流通道经由压力介质腔室上的液压的第二连接部既能连接到泵的吸入侧也能经由在基位关闭的换向阀连接到通往制动压力生成装置的主缸连接部;以及朝向压力介质腔室的方向阻断的止回阀,止回阀在第二连接部的区域中***回流通道中。
背景技术
从EP0950004B1获知上述类型的用于机动车辆制动***的液压单元。该液压单元在输出阀的下游具有泵抽吸路径,一低压蓄压器连接到该泵抽吸路径上;该低压蓄压器设置在一弹簧加载的止回阀的下游,经由该止回阀使泵抽吸路径与泵连接。此外,泵抽吸路径借助一在基位关闭的换向阀在常规情况下与通往制动器压力生成装置的压力介质连接部分隔开,需要将止回阀上的弹簧关闭力设计成足够大以可靠地防止制动器压力生成装置的压力介质一旦换向阀打开就流入低压蓄压器中。
在一为储存压力介质而设置于低压蓄压器中的储存腔室中流体密封地接纳一可平动的活塞,为了确保低压蓄压器的自清空,需要将活塞弹簧的致动力设计成足够大以便能够除活塞摩擦外还克服配置在低压蓄压器的下游的止回阀弹簧的相对大的关闭力。在防抱死制动控制期间,被相应较强地弹性加载的止回阀防止了在仅需很小的制动压力的情况下在泵运行期间在车轮制动器中形成负压。
刚度大的活塞弹簧的相对大的预加载力具有这样的缺点:在防抱死制动控制期间强制需要很高的液压致动力来占用低压蓄压器容积,其又对车轮制动器的快速减压造成不利影响。如上所述,止回阀的相应较强的弹簧加载又形成了另外的障碍。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是:以如下方式改善上述类型的液压单元:以尽可能低的结构和功能成本实现低压蓄压器和止回阀的更好的响应性能。
本发明的目标在于,实现尽可能快速的车轮制动器压力降低,从而既在常规防抱死制动控制期间的所有状态下防止车轮抱死,又在再生制动回路的输出阀打开的再生制动期间允许由驾驶者产生的制动压力优先到达再生制动回路的低压蓄压器而不是相连的车轮制动器。本发明的另一目标在于,在不必依靠高刚度止回阀弹簧的情况下,在输出阀打开并且泵被激活时避免车轮制动器中产生负压。
根据本发明,对于上述类型的液压单元通过下述特征来解决该技术问题:在活塞的基位中在压力介质腔室与第二连接部之间的液压连接被断开,其中,在活塞与第二连接部之间设有一弹性密封元件,弹性密封元件在活塞的基位中使在第二连接部与压力介质腔室之间起作用地设置的液压连接断开,密封元件与朝向压力介质腔室的方向阻断的止回阀组合成一能被独立操纵的阀组件。

具体实施方式
图1是用于机动车辆制动***的液压单元17内的线路结构的原理图,该制动***按照反馈原理工作。所示制动回路的线路布置实施成双回路制动***。双回路制动***的主缸连接部18将液压单元17与制动压力生成装置19相连接,主缸连接部18在液压单元17内经由多个设置在一制动回路中的压力调节阀与车轮制动器连接部20相连接,在所述车轮制动器连接部上连接有一对车轮制动器21。为了调节液压单元17内的压力,为每个车轮制动器21配设有输入阀22和输出阀23,其中在每个输出阀23下游连接有一回流通道,所述回流通道经由第一连接部1通向低压蓄压器26的压力介质腔室4。回流通道一方面可经由第二连接部2和在压力介质腔室4的下游设置在第二连接部2中的止回阀7而与泵27连接,而另一方面在自主干预以外经由一在基位中关闭的换向阀24与制动压力生成装置19断开。
根据所示的可电磁致动的压力调节阀的阀基位,两个输入阀22以及在主缸连接部18与输入阀22上游之间设置在制动管线中的分隔阀25在基位中无流打开。因此,在泵压力连接部上游安装在制动管线中的分隔阀25使得能够,与输入阀22和输出阀23相结合在实际防抱死制动控制功能外与用于每个制动回路的可电致动的换向阀24共同作用从而——例如为了行驶动力学控制的目的——实现驱动防滑控制和自主的制动操作。
如上所述,在输出阀23的下游连接的回流通道经由第一液压连接部1通入低压蓄压器26的由活塞3界定的压力介质腔室4中,压力介质腔室4既可以经由第二液压连接部2连接到泵27的吸入侧,也可以经由在基位中关闭的换向阀24连接到通往制动压力生成装置19的主缸连接部18,又一特征是,朝向压力介质腔室4的方向阻断的止回阀7在第二连接部的区域内***到回流通道中。
此时,为了防止当输出阀23打开并且泵27在防抱死制动控制的情形中被激活时车轮制动器21中产生负压,本发明规定,在活塞3的基位中使在压力介质腔室4与第二连接部2之间的液压连接断开,但不受其影响地压力介质腔室4保持与第一连接部1液压连接,使得压力介质始终可以从车轮制动器21排出到压力介质腔室4中。因此,在图示的活塞3的基位中,低压蓄压器最初是空的,或者说压力介质腔室4的容积(Volumeninhalt)被限制在最低。在压力介质腔室4的空的状态下,活塞3由于活塞弹簧5的作用而处于其使第二连接部2关闭的基位,因此活塞3承担以简单方式将压力介质腔室4与第二连接部2分隔开的功能。因此,在输出阀23打开的情况下,泵27不能从车轮制动器21抽吸压力介质。仅在充足的压力介质从车轮制动器21排出时,经由第一连接部1启动的压力介质腔室4的充填过程才开始,使得仅在由于活塞弹簧5和活塞摩擦引起的力被液压地克服时第二连接部2才被活塞3释放。结果,仅在达到压力介质腔室4的充分充填程度时活塞3才离开第二连接部2。接着,流体插置在第二连接部2中的止回阀7可以几乎无阻力地被朝向泵27的方向流过,这是因为由于活塞3的分隔作用而使止回阀弹簧的设置原则上不再是必要的。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于按反馈原理工作的机动车辆制动***的液压单元,包括:
所述液压单元上用于制动压力生成装置的主缸连接部;
在一至少部分地设置在所述液压单元中的制动回路中的、实施为输入阀和输出阀的压力调节阀,所述制动回路能经由所述液压单元上的车轮制动器连接部连接到至少一对车轮制动器;
回流通道,所述回流通道在所述液压单元中在下游连接到输出阀并经由液压的第一连接部通入低压蓄压器的一由活塞界定出的压力介质腔室中,所述回流通道经由压力介质腔室上的液压的第二连接部既能连接到泵的吸入侧也能经由在基位关闭的换向阀连接到通往制动压力生成装置的主缸连接部;以及
朝向压力介质腔室的方向阻断的止回阀,所述止回阀在所述第二连接部的区域中***所述回流通道中,
其特征在于,在所述活塞(3)的基位中在所述压力介质腔室(4)与所述第二连接部(2)之间的液压连接被断开,

7.如权利要求1所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述阀组件被力锁合地固定在界定所述压力介质腔室(4)的端壁(9)的阶梯孔口(8)中,所述第二连接部(2)通入所述端壁中。
8.如权利要求1所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述阀组件包括管状的阀壳体(10),在所述阀壳体的面对所述第二连接部(2)的端部部段上为形成止回阀(7)而设有被接纳在锥形阀座(11)中的阀球(12);而在该管状的阀壳体(10)的背向所述第二连接部(2)的端部部段上固定弹性密封元件(6)。
9.如权利要求8所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述弹性密封元件(6)力锁合和/或形锁合地保持在管状的阀壳体(10)上。
10.如权利要求9所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述弹性密封元件(6)通过橡胶密封件的硫化保持在管状的阀壳体(10)上。
11.如权利要求8所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述阀球(12)被一软的弹簧(13)朝向阀座(11)的方向加载,为此所述弹簧(13)支撑在一壳架(14)中,该壳架借助一接合部(15)沿所述管状的阀壳体(10)的凸缘(28)固定。
12.如权利要求8所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述管状的阀壳体(10)连同所述密封元件(6)延伸到设置在活塞(3)的底部中的碗形凹部(16),密封元件(6)以流体密封方式贴靠在该碗形凹部上从而使第二连接部(2)与压力介质腔室(4)分隔开。
13.如权利要求12所述的液压单元,其特征在于,所述活塞(3)的轮廓连同所述碗形凹部(16)的轮廓通过对薄板的深拉产生。
