Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于咽喉的内窥镜手术的喉镜。
背景技术
在咽喉的内窥镜手术的已知技术中,喉镜用于观察咽喉的内腔,插管被放置在咽喉的内部以使得患者在手术介入期间能够呼吸。该插管保持在喉镜的外侧和下方。然而,在对于咽喉的后半部的手术介入的情况下,插管必须对于喉镜在前部升高。在手术介入期间,插管必须待在喉镜上方。由于插管和喉镜二者均是圆柱形的并且由于没有结构用于将插管固定在喉镜上,所以插管从喉镜的顶上滑动并且可能掉落到喉镜的后部。在这种情况下,必须暂停手术并且将插管再次放置到喉镜上方。前述步骤使得手术时间延长并且有时甚至妨碍手术的完成。
在已知技术中,编号为US5665052的美国专利文献提出了在内窥镜手术期间使用的喉镜和多功能插管式管心针。
在已知技术的另一应用中,编号为WO2006118984的国际专利文献提出了喉镜承载的插管以及柔性成像设备。由于插管被连接到喉镜,所以这使得外科医生有机会检查患者的咽喉并且促进外科医生对于难以执行内窥镜手术的患者的工作。
发明内容

脊4沿着通道3延伸并且与通道3一样长。脊4的最上端在与放置在咽喉内的主体2的最上端的水平上。脊4将放置在通道3中的插管的喉部固定并且防止插管从主体2之上滑移。
为了用户舒服地完成外科手术,将光源放置在所述洞穴5之一中,并且将用于产生真空的抽吸导管放置在另一洞穴5中。

Claims (4)
