添加剂自动控制装置
技术领域
    本发明涉及混凝土加工设备，尤其涉及混凝土搅拌站中的添加剂自动控制装置。
背景技术
   混凝土搅拌站是用来集中搅拌混凝土的联合装置，又称混凝土预制场。由于它的机械化、自动化程度较高，所以生产率也很高，并能保证混凝土的质量和节省水泥，常用于混凝土工程量大、工期长、工地集中的大、中型水利、电力、桥梁等工程。随着市政建设的发展，采用集中搅拌、提供商品混凝土的搅拌站具有很大的优越性，因而得到迅速发展，并为推广混凝土泵送施工，实现搅拌、输送、浇筑机械联合作业创造条件。添加剂自动控制装置是混凝土搅拌站中计量的必备装置，传统的控制添加剂的方法是通过管道泵的传输和传感器的计量。由于添加剂的份量一般比较小，传感器很难进行精准的控制，从而会造成误差大、控制不准确的缺陷；而且管道泵损耗大、能耗高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理，使用方便，控制准确，能耗小的添加剂自动控制装置。
本发明是这样实现的：添加剂自动控制装置，包括机身、密封体、轴承，其特征在于：所述的机身上面设置有电机，机身内通过轴承 A和轴承 C设置有曲轴，曲轴通过轴承B设置有连杆，连杆与柱塞通过连接头连接；柱塞右端连接有泵体，连接头外圈与泵体之间设置有密封函体；密封函体与柱塞之间从右至左设置有密封垫、后导向套、填料、前导向套和填料压盖；所述的泵体前后分别设置有接头，接头孔内设置有止回球阀。
    本发明结构合理，使用方便，控制准确，降低了能耗和成本。

下结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明：
参照附图，添加剂自动控制装置，包括机身2、密封体10、轴承，其特征在于：所述的机身上面设置有电机1，机身内通过轴承 A3和轴承 C18设置有曲轴4，曲轴通过轴承B5设置有连杆6，连杆与柱塞12通过连接头8连接；柱塞右端连接有泵体16，连接头外圈与泵体之间设置有密封函体10；密封函体与柱塞之间从右至左设置有密封垫15、后导向套14、填料13、前导向套17和填料压盖11；所述的泵体前后分别设置有接头19，接头孔内设置有止回球阀20。具体实施时，电机带动曲轴运转，曲轴驱动连杆，连杆带动柱塞作往复运动，添加剂通过接头、止回球阀、泵体、止回球阀、接头，由一端吸入，另一端排出。通过止回球阀中阀球弹簧来控制开关，当上面的接头开启时，下面的接头密封垫就会自动关闭。另外可根据进出口口径大小，确定准确的流量大小。在能耗上，本装置由曲轴连动工作，有相对向心力作用；从混凝土搅拌站需求量来说，最大可采用功率不超过500w，极大地降低了能耗，起到一定绿色环保效应。这样不仅能精确的控制添加剂，还降低了成本，提高了混凝土产品的质量，增强了经济效益。

1.添加剂自动控制装置，包括机身（2）、密封体（10）、轴承，其特征在于：所述的机身上面设置有电机（1），机身内通过轴承 A（3）和轴承 C（18）设置有曲轴（4），曲轴通过轴承B（5）设置有连杆（6），连杆与柱塞（12）通过连接头（8）连接；柱塞右端连接有泵体（16），连接头外圈与泵体之间设置有密封函体（10）；密封函体与柱塞之间从右至左设置有密封垫（15）、后导向套（14）、填料（13）、前导向套（17）和填料压盖（11）；所述的泵体前后分别设置有接头（19），接头孔内设置有止回球阀（20）。
