Abstract
本发明提供了一种屏幕保护贴膜,包括保护膜(1),还包括背胶层(2)、底纸(3),其中,所述保护膜(1)的背面包括屏幕保护区域(11)和面板保护区域(12),所述背胶层(2)的正面贴合于所述保护膜(1)的背面,所述底纸(3)的正面通过所述背胶层(2)连接于所述保护膜(1)的背面,所述背胶层(2)的延展面仅限于所述面板保护区域(12),所述保护膜(1)向背面方向延伸出多个凸起部(10),所述屏幕保护区域(11)与所述底纸(3)之间存在间隙(9)。本发明通过凸起部能够消除静电,使贴膜变得容易贴服,凸起部采用模具压制的手段制成,其工艺简单稳定,良品率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于保护屏幕的贴膜,尤其是适用于手持式电子设备触摸屏的保护贴膜,具体地,涉及屏幕保护贴膜。
背景技术
手持式电子设备触摸屏通过贴膜保护,能够起到免受刮擦、油污等的损害。现有技术中常见的贴膜有如下两种:
一种是贴膜的整个区域均采用复合层结构。例如公告号为CN202261425U、名称为“一种手机贴膜”的实用新型专利公开了一种三层复合结构。其不足之处是非熟练的用户在贴膜时仍容易产生气泡。
另一种是贴膜的局部区域采用复合层结构。例如公布号为CN102508522A、名称为“触摸屏保护器”的发明申请公开了一种包含塑料膜和分布在塑料膜外沿区域的间隔件。其不足之处是:该专利采用在塑料膜的后侧设置微粒提供抗静电效应,但这种方法制作工艺较为复杂,此外发明申请的技术方案因为采用了印刷颗粒方式,容易造成不良品和不耐久(如不耐磨),并且颗粒之间无法精确地做到间隔相同,因此其颗粒分布是不均匀的,影响了抗静电效应以及避免分光和清晰度等光学效应。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种屏幕保护膜。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种屏幕保护贴膜,包括保护膜,还包括背胶层、底纸,其中,所述保护膜的背面包括屏幕保护区域和面板保护区域,所述底纸的正面通过所述背胶层连接于所述保护膜的背面,所述背胶层的延展区域仅限于所述面板保护区域,所述保护膜在其屏幕保护区域内向背面方向延伸出多个凸起部,所述屏幕保护区域与所述底纸之间存在间隙。
优选地,所述凸起部的高度小于或者等于所述背胶层的厚度。
优选地,所述凸起部按照如下任一种形状分布构成点阵:
-折线形;
-网格形;
-同心圆环形。
优选地,所述凸起部是通过压制形成的。
优选地,所述凸起部之间存在间距。
优选地,所述凸起部之间的间距为0.05-0.5毫米。
优选地,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米。
优选地,所述保护膜的厚度为0.1-1毫米,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米。
优选地,还包括印刷层,所述印刷层设置在所述保护膜与背胶层之间。
优选地,所述凸起部呈半球形、棱柱形、或者锥台形。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、在保护膜的背面设计具有多个凸起部后,能够消除静电(抗静电),使贴膜变得容易贴服。
2、凸起部采用模具压制的手段制成,其工艺简单、稳定,且避免了颗粒喷涂过程中对空气的污染、以及降低了对空气清洁度的要求。
3、通过背面具有凸起部的设计,使得贴膜比较耐用,良品率高。
4、通过模具压制手段制成的凸起部,能够精确控制凸起部之间的间距,使得凸起部在保护膜的背面均匀分布,实现了良好的抗静电效应以及避免分光和提高清晰度等光学效应,而颗粒采用喷涂方式设置在保护膜上,因难以控制颗粒之间的间距而不能达到均匀分布的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
在本发明的一个实施例中,根据本发明提供的屏幕保护膜用于贴敷于手持设备的屏幕上,例如可以贴敷于手机或者平板电脑的屏幕上。所述屏幕保护贴膜,如图2所示,包括保护膜1、具有厚度的背胶层2、底纸3、以及印刷层4,其中,所述保护膜的背面包括屏幕保护区域11和面板保护区域12,所述背胶层2的正面贴合于所述保护膜1的背面,所述底纸3的正面通过所述背胶层2连接于所述保护膜1的背面,并且所述背胶层1的延展面局限在所述面板保护区域12内,所述印刷层4设置在所述保护膜1与背胶层2之间,所述屏幕保护区域11与所述底纸3之间存在间隙9,所述保护膜1向背面方向延伸出多个凸起部10,优选地,所述保护膜1仅在其屏幕保护区域11内向背面方向延伸出多个凸起部10。
如图3所示,所述屏幕保护区域11的面积大小和形状与手持设备屏幕的有效显示区域相一致或者说匹配,所述面板保护区域12的面积大小和形状与手持设备屏幕的面板区域相一致或者匹配,其中,所述匹配的含义可以是指形状相似,还可以是指所述面板保护区域12的部分区域处为镂空结构,以使得面板上的摄像头、麦克、按键等部件不被所述保护膜覆盖,例如图1中示出的与按键所对应的镂空区域100。在本实施例中,所述保护膜1为一整体结构,仅为了清楚区分起鉴,通过虚线区分出所述屏幕保护区域11和面板保护区域12;而在本实施例的变化例中,所述屏幕保护区域11和面板保护区域12也可以由不同的材料制成。
具体地,所述凸起部10的高度小于或者等于背胶层2的厚度。其形状为折线形。而在本实施例的变化例中,所述凸起部10还可以按照网格形、或者同心圆环形分布构成不同形状的点阵。而所述凸起部10本身的形状可以呈半球形、棱柱形、或者锥台形。
进一步地,所述凸起部10是通过压制形成的。本领域技术人员可以通过参考现有技术中的压制手段实现所述凸起部10,在此不予赘述。通过不同的压制参数设定,可以使得所述凸起部10之间存在间距。在本实施例的一个优选例中,所述保护膜1为表面高硬度塑料膜,所述保护膜1的厚度为0.1-1毫米,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米,所述凸起部之间的间距为0.05-0.5毫米。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种屏幕保护贴膜,包括保护膜(1),其特征在于,还包括背胶层(2)、底纸(3),其中,所述保护膜(1)的背面包括屏幕保护区域(11)和面板保护区域(12),所述背胶层(2)的正面贴合于所述保护膜(1)的背面,所述底纸(3)的正面通过所述背胶层(2)连接于所述保护膜(1)的背面,所述背胶层(2)的延展面仅限于所述面板保护区域(12),所述保护膜(1)向背面方向延伸出多个凸起部(10),所述屏幕保护区域(11)与所述底纸(3)之间存在间隙(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)的高度小于或者等于所述背胶层(2)的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)按照如下任一种形状分布构成点阵:
-折线形;
-网格形;
-同心圆环形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)是通过压制形成的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)之间存在间距。
6.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)之间的间距为0.05-0.5毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述背胶层的厚度为0.05-1毫米,所述凸起部的高度为0.005-0.5毫米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜(1)的厚度为0.1-1毫米,所述底纸(3)的厚度为0.1-1毫米。
9.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,还包括印刷层(4),所述印刷层(4)设置在所述保护膜(1)与背胶层(2)之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的屏幕保护贴膜,其特征在于,所述凸起部(10)呈半球形、棱柱形、或者锥台形。
