导光液态胶及其应用之触控显示设备
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种液态胶,特别是涉及一种具有导光性的液态胶及其应用之触控显示设备。
【背景技术】
近年来,触控显示器已经被大量应用在各种电子产品中,例如手机、个人数字助理(PDA)或掌上型个人计算机等。触控显示器通常包含触控面板及显示面板,触控面板贴合至显示面板上,用户可触碰触控显示器上显示的图像,藉此输入讯息或操控电子产品。
传统上,在显示面板的表面上通常需贴合导光膜,然后再藉由液态胶将显示面板与触控面板贴合。然而,在显示面板上贴合导光膜的制程需要使用滚轮滚压或使用真空贴合,因此容易造成显示面板损伤不良或残留应力。此残留应力在后续使用液态胶贴合显示面板和触控面板时容易导致贴合不良,同时,液态胶在导光膜上的流动速度非常慢,使得液态胶在流动时容易产生气泡,更加造成显示面板和触控面板的贴合不良。
另外,贴合导光膜之后还需要进行脱泡制程,这使得传统触控显示器的贴合制程繁复且耗时,影响产品的良率与产能。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明设计了具有导光性的液态胶,并利用具有导光性的液态胶来做为显示面板及触控面板之间的贴合媒介,以省去导光膜的设计,进而得以改善因导光膜贴合制程所造成的显示面板损伤、残留应力及后续贴合制程不良的问题。
本发明的实施例提供一种导光液态胶,包括:液态胶以及复数个导光粒子分散于液态胶中,其中导光粒子占导光液态胶的体积百分比为10%至50%。这些导光粒子具有光散射性,可以将线光转变为面光,使得导光液态胶具有导光性。
进一步地,所述的导光粒子占该导光液态胶的体积百分比为10%至50%。
进一步地,所述的导光粒子的粒径介于30nm至5μm之间。
进一步地,所述的导光粒子的材料包括有机透明材料或无机透明材料。
进一步地,所述的导光粒子的材料选自于由二氧化硅、氧化铝、二氧化钛、玻璃粉及透明树脂颗粒所组成之群组。
进一步地,所述的液态胶包括一液态光学胶。
进一步地,所述的液态胶的材料包括压克力系高分子、丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂。
进一步地,所述的压克力系高分子包括丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯及丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物,该环氧树脂包括自由基型环氧树脂、双组分环氧树脂或双阳离子环氧树脂。
另外,本发明的实施例还提供一种触控显示设备,包括:显示面板、触控面板,以及上述实施例的导光液态胶设置于显示面板与触控面板之间,导光液态胶可以将显示面板发出的光均匀地传导出去。
进一步地,所述的导光液态胶直接设置于该显示面板上。
进一步地,所述的导光液态胶中的该些导光粒子将该显示面板发出的光均匀地传导出来。
进一步地,所述的触控显示设备进一步包含:一保护盖,贴合于该触控面板的一上表面。
进一步地,所述的触控面板进一步为一支撑及保护用之面板。

【具体实施方式】
本发明实施例的导光液态胶同时具有导光性、黏着性与流动性,适用于触控显示设备的液态胶贴合制程。当本发明实施例的导光液态胶用于贴合触控显示设备的显示面板与触控面板时,在显示面板的表面上不需再贴合导光膜,因此不会有显示面板损伤不良或应力残留等问题发生。
同时,由于本发明实施例的导光液态胶是直接涂布在显示面板上,导光液态胶在显示面板上的流动速度会大于在传统导光膜上的流动速度,因此可避免气泡产生,提升显示面板与触控面板的贴合品质。
此外,相较于传统触控显示器的贴合制程,使用本发明实施例的导光液态胶进行显示面板与触控面板的贴合制程时,可以省略导光膜的贴合与脱泡步骤,使得触控显示设备的贴合制程简化并缩短制程时间,有效提高触控显示设备的良率与产能。
本发明实施例的导光液态胶包括液态胶,以及复数个导光粒子分散于液态胶中,其中导光粒子占导光液态胶的体积百分比约为10%至50%。实际在比例的设计上,以同时能符合导光性及透明可视度的需求为主。
液态胶可以是液态光学胶,其材料包含压克力系高分子、丙烯酸树脂(acrylicresin)或环氧树脂等高分子材料。压克力系高分子例如为由丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯或其他丙烯酸酯(acrylate)单体共聚而成的共聚物。环氧树脂可以是自由基型环氧树脂、双组分环氧树脂或双阳离子环氧树脂。
导光粒子为具有光散射性的粒子,其粒径介于30nm至5μm之间,导光粒子可由无机透明材料以及/或有机透明材料制成,例如为二氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化铝(Al2O3)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、玻璃粉及透明树脂颗粒等材料。
将导光粒子利用直接混合、搅拌、研磨/珠磨、三滚轴碾压及超声波震动分散等方式均匀分散在液态胶中,形成本发明实施例的导光液态胶,导光液态胶中的导光粒子可以将线光转变为面光,达到导光效果。
此外,本说明书中所称的方位“上方”及“下方”,仅是用来表示相对的位置关系,对于本说明书的图式而言,触控显示设备的上方较接近使用者,而下方则较远离使用者。
参阅图1,其显示依据本发明的一实施例,触控显示设备200的剖面示意图。触控显示设备200包含显示面板100以及触控面板116,显示面板100例如为液晶显示面板或其他显示组件,触控面板116例如为电容式触控面板或其他类型的触控面板。
依据本发明的实施例,导光液态胶110全面性地直接涂布在显示面板100用来射出光线的一表面,如图1所示的上方表面,进而触控面板116即可透过导光液态胶110贴合于显示面板100上方。导光液态胶110由复数个导光粒子114均匀分散在液态胶112中组成,导光粒子114具有光散射性,可以将线光转变成面光,因此导光液态胶110不仅可以将显示面板100与触控面板116贴合,还可以进一步让显示面板100发出的光均匀地传导出来。
因此,依据本发明实施例的触控显示设备200,显示面板100的表面上不需贴合导光膜,导光液态胶110直接做为显示面板100与触控面板116之间的贴合媒介,以同时达到导光与贴合的作用。
接着,在使用导光液态胶110来贴合触控面板116及显示面板100之后,需对导光液态胶110进行固化。导光液态胶110可依据实际所采用之液态胶112的种类的不同,而分别藉由紫外(UV)光固化、热固化、湿气固化、厌氧固化、双组分固化等方式固化。
另外,本实施例的触控显示设备200还包含保护盖(Cover Lens)120贴合于触控面板116上方之表面,用来对触控显示设备200提供支撑及保护作用。保护盖120可利用黏着层118来与触控面板116贴合。其中,保护盖120例如为透明玻璃基板,并且可以进一步是经过强化、抗菌、抗眩等加工处理的透明玻璃基板;而黏着层118则可以是液态胶或其他黏胶。
附带说明的是,上述有关于制程的描述,仅是方便用来说明本实施例的触控显示设备200的架构,并非用来限制本发明。本实施例更可例如是先将保护盖120贴合于触控面板116上方,之后再以导光液态胶110来将上方贴有保护盖120的触控面板116贴合于显示面板100上方。
请参阅图2,其显示依据本发明的另一实施例,触控显示设备200’的剖面示意图。本实施例的触控显示设备200’的架构与设计大致与图1的实施例相同,包含显示面板100及触控面板122,并且显示面板100及触控面板122之间是直接透过导光液态胶110来进行贴合。其差异点在于,本实施例的触控面板122除了是用来做为触碰感测之外,更是直接做为保护层,对触控显示设备200’提供支撑及保护作用。换句话说,触控面板122本身的基板是经过强化、抗菌、抗眩等加工处理,并且进一步形成有感测电极数组(图未示),以用来感测触碰点。
相较于图1的触控显示设备200,图2的触控显示设备200’可以减少一片保护盖120的设置,使得触控显示设备200’整体的厚度减薄,并且可减少使用黏着层118将保护盖120与触控面板116贴合的制程步骤。
综上所述,本发明实施例的导光液态胶可以取代传统触控显示器中的导光膜及用来贴合导光膜与显示面板的液态胶。因此在本发明实施例的触控显示设备中,显示面板的表面不需再贴合导光膜,可以直接透过导光液态胶来与触控面板贴合。
因此,本发明实施例的触控显示设备可以避免因为贴合导光膜而造成的显示面板损伤不良或应力残留等问题发生。同时,导光液态胶直接涂布于显示面板上的流动性佳,可以避免气泡产生,提升显示面板与触控面板的贴合品质。
另外,相较于传统触控显示器的贴合制程,本发明实施例的触控显示设备的贴合制程可以省略导光膜的贴合与脱泡步骤,使得触控显示设备的制程简化且时间缩短,有效地提高触控显示设备的生产良率与产量。
此外,依据本发明实施例的触控显示设备,在显示面板上不需贴合导光膜,因此不会有应力残留等问题发生,这使得在触控面板外侧贴合保护盖的贴合质量提升。
虽然本发明已揭露较佳实施例如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此项技艺者,在不脱离本发明之精神和范围内,当可做些许更动与润饰,因此本发明之保护范围当视后附之申请专利范围所界定为准。

Claims (13)

1.一种导光液态胶,包括:
一液态胶;以及
复数个导光粒子,分散于该液态胶中。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的导光粒子占该导光液态胶的体积百分比为10%至50%。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的导光粒子的粒径介于30nm至5μm之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的导光粒子的材料包括有机透明材料或无机透明材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的导光粒子的材料选自于由二氧化硅、氧化铝、二氧化钛、玻璃粉及透明树脂颗粒所组成之群组。
6.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的液态胶包括一液态光学胶。
7.如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的液态胶的材料包括压克力系高分子、丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂。
8.如权利要求7所述的导光液态胶,其特征在于,所述的压克力系高分子包括丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯及丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物,该环氧树脂包括自由基型环氧树脂、双组分环氧树脂或双阳离子环氧树脂。
9.一种触控显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
一显示面板;
一触控面板;以及
一如权利要求1所述的导光液态胶,设置于该显示面板与该触控面板之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的触控显示设备,其特征在于,所述的导光液态胶直接设置于该显示面板上。
11.如权利要求9所述的触控显示设备,其特征在于,所述的导光液态胶中的该些导光粒子将该显示面板发出的光均匀地传导出来。
12.如权利要求9所述的触控显示设备,其特征在于,进一步包含:
一保护盖,贴合于该触控面板的一上表面。
13.如权利要求9所述的触控显示设备,其特征在于,所述的触控面板进一步为一支撑及保护用之面板。
