一种用于热浸镀锌的锌铝合金
技术领域
本发明属于热浸镀锌领域,具体涉及一种用于热浸镀锌的锌铝合金。
背景技术
钢铁制品被广泛应用于国民生活的各个领域,每年因腐蚀而造成大量的废钢铁,目前,国内外为了防止钢铁缺制品的腐蚀,通常在其表面镀上一层作为牺牲阳极的锌层,在纯锌镀层中加入少量的铝可以消除锌铁界面的铁-锌合金层,使镀件更具加工性,当加入的铝达到5%时,镀层兼具纯锌及纯铝镀层的防蚀特长,然而,当铝含量超过0.03%时,钢铁表面镀不上的机率大增,导致镀层厚度太薄达到工艺要求,不得不采用“双镀法”对镀层进行加厚。
发明内容
本发明的目的解决现有热浸镀锌铝时一次镀覆量低的问题,提供一种易于镀上的锌铝合金。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于热浸镀锌的锌铝合金,按重量计,锌铝合金的组份及含量如下:铝4.5~5%,锶0.01~0.015%,锗0.02~0.03%,余量为锌。
上述锌铝合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将锌、铝、锶、锗按配比量加入溶化炉中,在温度为600~650℃下熔化均匀,然后浇注成型。
有益效果:采用本发明的锌铝合金一次镀覆合金重量可达到400~420g/m2。镀层致密、均匀。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
将50kg铝锭、949.7kg锌锭、0.1kg锶粒和0.2kg锗粒加入至熔化炉中,炉温升至600℃,溶化完成后,机械搅拌均匀,然后浇注成条形状。
实施例2
将45kg铝锭、954.55kg锌锭、0.15kg锶粒和0.3kg锗粒加入至熔化炉中,炉温升至650℃,溶化完成后,机械搅拌均匀,然后浇注成条形状。
采用上述实施例1的合金对钢丝进行热浸镀,钢丝行进速度为12m/min时,一次镀覆合金重量可达400~420g/m2。而采用常规的5%铝-锌合金,在其它工艺条件均相同的情况下,一次镀覆合金重量只有150~170g/m2。采用本发明的锌铝合金热镀后的钢丝加速腐蚀试验:5%NaCl溶液、试验温度35±2℃,试验170小时未见红锈。

1.一种用于提高热浸镀锌一次镀覆量的锌铝合金,一次镀覆量为400-420g/m2,其特征在于:按重量计,所述锌铝合金的组份及含量如下:铝4.5~5%,锶0.1~0.15%,锗0.02~0.03%,余量为锌。
2.权利要求1所述用于热浸镀锌的锌铝合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将锌、铝、锶、锗按配比量加入溶化炉中,在温度为600~650℃下熔化均匀,然后浇注成型。
